Speaking to a crowd in New Hampshire Tuesday, the senator from Vermont thanked the 13 million people who voted for him during the primaries, but noted he didn’t secure enough delegates to win the nomination.
“It is not enough to win the nomination,” Sanders told the crowd. “Hillary Clinton goes into the convention with a lot more delegates. Secretary Clinton has won the Democratic nominating process. And I congratulate her.”

“She will be the Democratic nominee for president. I intend to do everything I can to make sure she is the next president of the United States.”

I'm not surprised at all... Bernie is almost more "establishment" than Clinton...

Hopefully this will slap some sense into the "Bern" supporters.. but probably not.

I think Berinie has chosen the route of influence.
His pledge for Hilary in return for influence over her policy.

Black or white thinking, all or nothing leads to fanaticism.
Bernie does not deniy the dangers that Hilary poses, yet he tries to make the best out of a bad situation.

In this time, it is important to seek for leaders who want to build bridges.
Who look for the common denominator instead of the splitting differences.
Leaders who have the heart in the right place and seek to unite ALL the people toward a brotherhood of man.

I think, based on his recent campaigning, he has chosen hypocrisy, but probably doesn't even see it that way (political rhetoric has very little follow through, even more so for candidates).

To me this was the perfect example of why all politics are just lies that are convenient for the time.

the Bern had a great campaign staff and speech writers, but his actions show us exactly what he is; an establishment toad that will do what it takes to support the establishment (whats best for the people isn't considered).

IF I ever voted again, it won't matter who one corrupted politician endorses; I'll vote when I KNOW the candidate is honorable....
Hillary will regret that she didn't go into hiding with Bill sooner because their times are up. When the criminals protecting them are prosecuted and locked up, they'll soon join them too.
According to an interview highlighted on Brasscheck Tv, the insider said that Hillary has evidence on everyone in Congress and she's basically blackmailing them to get what she wants.

Perfect example of criminals protecting criminals....

Yes, you made that point clear in the opening post Target. :)

I happen to have a different opinnion on this matter.

Make no mistake:
There will be a point in the near future, where it will depend on the quality of our leaders whether this planet and our school of learning will survive.

I agree, I just don't think the US system of politics will provide any quality leaders; the system just doesn't work that way currently. I can't think of a single "powerful" country that could do that.... these positions attract the wrong kind of people.

Some Americans voted for him ( G W Bush) twice. A majority of those who voted did not vote for him at all. Thus, in point of fact, the Bush crime family and its handlers stole the pResidential [s]election twice. In 2000 the criminals on the US Supreme Court assisted with the theft. In 2004, it was the US Congress that assisted with the theft. That we Americans let these thefts of power and control happen, again and again (and even now) is worse than a majority of us voting for the lying, corrupt Bush the simple. Long Time Progressive Stephen Lendman Blows The Whistle On Bernie Sanders Who Is Part Of Hillary’s Cover

Sanders Defects to Clinton Camp, Endorses Pure Evil, Betrays Loyal Supporters

by Stephen Lendman

Sanders is part of the problem, not the solution, a longtime self-serving con man, betraying his supporters for 30 years.

I predicted defection to Clinton months earlier, both candidates likeminded on most issues – differing largely in rhetoric and style.

On Tuesday at a Clinton Portsmouth, New Hampshire campaign event, he proved it by endorsing a legally-challenged neocon she-devil, an unindicted war criminal/racketeer, her email scandal one of many on her rap sheet.

Throughout the campaign Sanders said one thing. In the end, he sold out to wealth, power and privilege, betraying loyal supporters – more evidence of America’s debauched one-party state with two right-wings.

Deplorably Sanders said “I have come here to make it as clear as possible as to why I am endorsing Hillary Clinton, and why she must become our next president.”

Fact: He’s in bed with pure evil, endorsing what demands committed opposition, ending with Clinton in prison serving hard time – along with husband Bill for his involvement.

Sanders: “Hillary Clinton understands that we must fix an economy in America that is rigged and that sends almost all new wealth and income to the top one percent.”

Fact: Hillary is a Wall Street/war-profiteer’s tool – exclusively supporting monied interests, popular ones be damned.

Sanders: “(W)e produced, by far, the most progressive platform in the history of the Democratic (sic) party.”

Fact: What rubbish! Democrat New Deal, Fair Deal, Great Society programs are disappearing, targeted for elimination.

Fact: The Democrat party platform is hugely regressive, not progressive – dirty business as usual pretending otherwise.

Nothing in it about opposing corporate coup d’etat trade deals. Nothing meaningful about reigning in Wall Street or war-profiteering.

Nothing about ending endless wars of aggression. Nothing about rescinding police state repression, holding killer cops accountable – putting people above privilege and profits.

Not a dime’s worth of difference separates Democrats from Republicans on issues mattering most.

Endorsing Clinton shows where Sanders really stands – contemptuous of world peace, rule of law principles and democratic values – equity and justice mere meaningless words.

Sanders is like all the rest – bought over too many times to count, debauched like the dirty system he’s part of.

In November, vote independent or stay home. Above all reject Clinton, America most recklessly dangerous presidential aspirant in history – WW III perhaps likely on her watch.

Dump the Bern: Democrats Revolt After Bernie Endorses Hillary

‘Bernie Sanders fans are dumping the Vermont senator in mass after he endorsed
Wall St.-backed Hillary Clinton on Tuesday.

“So disappointed. Bernie sold out millions and many of us fell for it,” one former
fan tweeted. “Never again.”

“Personally, I don’t think I will support Hillary. I don’t trust her,” Sanders fan Lisa

Not too good to refuse, an offer he can't refuse. Its a euphemism from the movie Godfather, and it means they threatened him, probably by showing him pictures of his grandchildren (if he has any) playing in the yard along with a comment about how terrible it would be if something happened to such nice children.

If course this is all just speculation, and he may have been in their pocket since day one. Given his record, I'd say they probably threatened him in some way, though.

From bernie to trump

i just wanted to write something because there seem to be many on the left who liked what bernie had to say, and could sense that he was a sincerely good person. They then watched the drama unfold and, in the process probably were enlightened about bernie’s excellent anti –war track record. His warnings of doom regarding financial deregulation under bill clinton. He was vindicated.

Looking at his track record it would be correct that he has in so many ways been a maverick, but on the right side of history in what he advocated and warned against. Many on the left realise this, and many of these have investigated corruption stories around hillary and realise that the clintons are some of the dirtiest politicians ever to occupy high office.(how are so many able to allege rape in the public domain without getting sued?)
these intelligent leftists are of course saddened to see the end of bernie’s campaign, and will reluctantly vote for hillary because almost anything is better than trump.

It is to these caring people that i write, and i am going to suggest that supporting hillary would be a mistake for the world.

1. Firstly a note on political shades (which part of the illusory left right spectrum do the candidates occupy). The clintons are wholly crony/corporate. It is useful to compare the pronouncements on various social issues, compared to bernie-listen carefully to the wording. Bernie is about concrete progressive innovation. Hillary is a master wordsmith and deals in ambiguous aspirational mouthings. So many people cannot hear the difference. On hard policy questions she has been clearer-clearly offering very small to no actual policy. Bottom line- the clinton shade is centre, with full covert lobby compliance and token progressive mouthings. Harder for you liberals to hear is that trump is of the same political shade. Centre ground-not right. But he is not a creature of the lobbies.us europeans miss this because they smell racism, populism and xenophobia. This is true, but is a trump strategy to mobilise a popular vote, and win the republican ticket. Look back into the man’s history – you will see in essence a political thinker who would be as comfortable on the right of the democrats and the left of the republicans.

2. Next on to a thought-form common among the intelligent left in america. It goes like this: 'obama inherited the worst chaos and weakest finances that any in-coming president has had to face. He turned around the situation , stopped the wars, brought the boys home etc. If we vote for hillary we will get a similar scenario- repair and recovery for a distressed america and middle east.'

I am sorry but this is an illusion, and very dangerous. There has been economic progress domestically, but internationally things have been disastrous.
On the domestic front the economy is recovering from the 2008 financial crisis. Ask yourself what caused this crisis? My answer is firstly the repeal of glass stegall by clinton in 1999, an act that bernie opposed and correctly warned of the dire consequences. Secondly, with sub-prime mortgages, one has to recognise that it was clinton who destabilised the usa mortgage market, and crony banks that exported the contagion to the world. My point being that president clinton behaved destructively and irresponsibly because he was in the pocket of financial special interests. (as is his wife)

looking internationally we have a multiple car crash scenario, with hillary clinton up to her neck in fetid responsibility for much of it, in her capacity as secretary of state.

A) libya
the nasty dictator was threatening to kill some of his restive subjects. Here we go again. After iraq surely nobody would fall for that one again? Yes we can!
This time, we obtained a legal fig leaf-a un mandate to enforce a no fly zone. But i ask you, what has that to do with bombing people? Can there be any doubt that the law was broken, in exploiting the mandate to bomb libyan troops in support of an insurrection? Hillary voted for iraq aggression so it is no surprise that she had no objection to the rape and destruction of libya on her watch. She was not only silent-she was a main actor in this murderous debacle. What happened to libya’s gold, weapons and oil? In terms of weapons, the whole sahara region has been destabilised, and large amounts of weapons were shipped to syria via turkey, and handed to al qaeda (al nusra) by the cia. Hillary again silent on this evil.(but probably directly responsible).

B) syria
hillary says that isis is a great threat, and we need to work with our allies to fight them. Who is the best local power to destroy isis? It is assad backed by russia. People have been stunningly slow to realise this because of media distortion, but this is the case, and obvious now. What has hillary been doing? Everything possible to prolong the suffering in syria and undermine its sovereign government. A good secretary of state would be offering support to assad as a bargaining chip to get his promised elections and retirement. No sign of logic from hillary there. Just more slaughter and chaos

c) ukraine
this catastrophe has hillary’s name all over it, via victoria nuland and fracking special interests. The coup was cia backed. The new government was installed – ‘brokered’ by the usa, and the interests and safety of the 50 million ukrainians has been the lowest priority in all these machinations.

D) ever increasing drone killings
for what? What has she done to stop this? Do you think she will when in power? What criticism has she offered on the saudi genocide in yemen and the gaza mass murder?

A note on obama and kerry
there have been points where these two have shown resistance to the evil tide of events, suggesting that they are almost but not quite powerless. On syria, kerry had a slip of the tongue and gave the syrians the chance to do a deal and drop the chemical weapons. Obama personally blocked lethal support for the current ukrainian junta, which hillary was pushing for. These two aberrations suggest to me that a vote for hillary is not a vote for more of the same-it is a vote for worse.

A note on domestic state illegal data collection.
Hillary will not be pinning a medal on snowden. She will not be releasing bradley manning. ‘nuff said.

What this adds up to is that hillary would be a disaster for the world. A better leader would be any normal human, if they professed to ignore the special interests and deal peacefully with other big powers. Even donald trump.

“Business as usual for the Democrats now” – Jesse Ventura on Sanders

With Bernie Sanders formally endorsing Hillary Clinton for president, it’s looking
like there won’t be a fight on the floor of the Democratic National Convention.
Many Sanders supporters are against the endorsement. One of them is former
Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura, who joins “News with Ed,” and says that it’s
“business as usual for the Democrats now,” and by endorsing Clinton, Sanders
has gone against his anti-big business message.

Stein said she tried to reach out to Bernie, even offered to be his running mate for the Green party. Who knows what they could have stirred up -- maybe even an alternate convention of some kind. She seems to have a lot of integrity.

TTYTT, I always had mixed feelings about Bernie, even more so since this campaign. Something just didn't sit right with me, like he was the guy that had to run and say all these things about the banks, etc. Is he genuinely afraid of a Trump presidency? And why not afraid, or at least alarmed--as he stated himself many times--of a HC regime? In any case, he sold out and sold his supporters out. He could have taken many other approaches, even eventually helping HC if need be. His followers, many of them young people, feel the disgrace, because that's what it is. The upshot is-- he went on endlessly about change and revolution, but it will never happen when someone like him capitulates so easily to what he's supposed to be so opposed to. BS knows this.

The disillusionment -- and ultimately cynicism -- will run deep.

Perhaps the disenfranchisement of the public is the whole point. It brings to mind something I heard years ago from Freeman Fly, how Clinton was impeached but didn't quit, then Bush got it but wasn't elected, the Obama came along but wasn't actually elegible (birth certificate controversy). Now this election where both candidates have negative approval ratings. Lets see how many people will see through the charade before revolt, hence billions spent on arming just about every agency and bureau of fed.gov.

Well, this seems to be completely in character:

THE DAY AFTER: Bernie mentions Hillary ZERO times during 23 minute speech
The love fest between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders lasted about as long as it took to tear down the stage at their “unity” rally on Monday.

Sanders gave a speech to the League of United Latin American Citizens in Washington, DC one day after his appearance with Clinton, and he mentioned her a total of zero times.

That’s zero — with a “Z.”

It wasn’t like he didn’t have time to say “Hillary Clinton.” He had 23 whole minutes.

He has apparently moved on.

You Yanks are screwed. Sad, but so true. I just hope that somehow things will work out, but I can't see it happening. Trump might be a wolfe in sheepskin, but Hillary is crooked as Hell, no doubt. So much smoke and no one can pin a fire on her? If the USA ellects her, the whole world is going belly up.

There is tons of various fires all directly pinned to her.

the problem is that +90% of US media is controlled by a total of 6-7 people, all of the same ethnic temple worshiping deeply tribal group. and that they and the groups surrounding Hillary have quick acting clean up squads who press in on whistle blowers, reporters, and people involved in the given shenanigans..they move in on them in mere days, for the most part. They even have multiples of 'suicided' people who are written up officially as suicides who were shot in the chest with two different guns, from a distance .....or shot in the back of the head twice. And much much more.

The fix is in and the fix is running the show. (http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/RANCHO/POLITICS/BODIES.php#axzz4ERo0Qz4t)

We are dealing with a psychotic multi-headed hydra with no allegiances to any political party, as long as that political system serves it's desires.

From Bernie's supporters today, a message on Facebook saying he has been secretly meeting with Jill Stein to form a coalition ticket (if he doesn't get the Democratic Party nomination) which would combine Greens, Independents, Democrats and even Republicans disillusioned with Trump.
That might work, but there are serious misgivings about the Green Party, reports being they have been heavily infiltrated.
This whole election just reeks to me of manipulation--the only question is how deep down the rabbit hole do you have to go to find out what the "plan" is...
(And the above, if true, is certainly no secret anymore.)

DNC Comms Guy Mocked Story Saying DNC Is Bad At Cybersecurity; Revealed Because DNC Is Bad At Cybersecurity
Protip: maybe don't laugh off accusations that you're bad at cybersecurity in emails on a network that has already been infiltrated by hackers. That message did not make it through to one Eric Walker, deputy communications director for the Democratic National Committee. As you've heard by now, the DNC got hacked and all the emails were posted on Wikileaks. An anonymous user in our comments pointed us to a now revealed email from Walker brushing off a story in BuzzFeed, quoting cybersecurity professionals arguing that both the RNC and the DNC are bad at cybersecurity, mainly because they're handing out USB keys at their conventions.

Reporters who registered for the Republican and Democratic National Conventions were given tote bags by convention organizers filled with instructions and logistical information. Buried inside the totes were thumb drives, also known as USB flash drives, with information on the upcoming events.

“Who does that anymore? It’s just asking to get infected with any variety of malware,” said Ajay Arora, CEO of VERA, a cybersecurity firm. “Those thumb drives are the number one way to infect a computer… It is borderline stupidity to give them out to people, or for people to even think of using them.”

Thumb drives are known within the cybersecurity world for their fundamental security weaknesses, because when someone plugs a thumb drive into their computers they are opening up their system to anything on that drive — from the best hotels to stay in during the Republican National Convention to a virus that silently uploads itself onto the hard drive. Neither the Republican or Democratic National Committees replied to a BuzzFeed News inquiry about the thumb drives.

That's a reasonable assessment. It's dumb to hand out USB keys these days and anyone should be aware of that by now. But Walker's email sarcastically mocked this:

The thesis: we hand out thumb drives at events, which could infect the reporters/attendees' computers. So that means that we're bad at cybersecurity. Okay.

Well, truth be told, there are many reasons why you may be bad at cybersecurity, including the fact that you apparently let a group of hackers sit on your network for a year or more. But also, handing out USB keys is a super bad idea too.

I used to read and listen to Greg Palast. I stopped after I got a copy of a book he released not long after 9/11. The name of the book escapes me but I have it at home somewhere. I quit reading this book and set it aside never to look at it again, or to listen to or read anything from Palast on a regular basis, after I read a passage in the book (somewhere between pages 50 and 75) where Palast states words to the effect that 9/11 happened the way we are told it happened, Osama Bin Laden did it, and that we should all get over it. (Not unlike Noam Chomsky.) I then concluded that he does not stand for what he wants us to think he stands for. That does not mean Palast is necessarily wrong about each subject he discusses, but he is suspect to me. Maybe he's had a change of heart and mind since he wrote that book and made that statement. But as far as I am aware, he still subscribes to the official conspiracy theory of 9/11 and that makes him suspect in my book.

ANOTHER MYSTERIOUS DEATH=> Activist and Sanders Supporter Who Served Papers to DNC on Fraud Case Found Dead
On July 3, 2016, Shawn Lucas and filmmaker Ricardo Villaba served the DNC Services Corp. and Chairperson Debbie Wasserman Schultz at DNC’s headquarters in Washington, D.C., in the fraud class action suit against the Democrat Party on behalf of Bernie Sanders supporters.

Shawn Lucas was thrilled about serving the papers to the DNC before Independence Day.

According to Snopes Lucas was found dead on his bathroom floor.

We contacted Lucas’ employer on 4 August 2016 to ask whether there was any truth to the rumor. According to an individual with whom we spoke at that company, Shawn Lucas died on 2 August 2016. The audibly and understandably shaken employee stated that interest in the circumstances of Lucas’ death had prompted a number of phone calls and other queries, but the company had not yet ascertained any details about Lucas’ cause of death and were unable to confirm anything more than the fact he had passed away.

An unconfirmed report holds that Lucas was found lying on the bathroom floor by his girlfriend when she returned home on the evening of 2 August 2016. Paramedics responding to her 911 call found no signs of life.

This follows the death of 27 year-old Democratic staffer Seth Conrad Rich who was murdered in Washington DC on July 8. The killer or killers appear to have taken nothing from their victim, leaving behind his wallet, watch and phone. Shortly after the killing, Redditors and social media users were pursuing a “lead” saying that Rich was en route to the FBI the morning of his murder, apparently intending to speak to special agents about an “ongoing court case” possibly involving the Clinton family.

Interesting insight as to why Hillary snubbed the Bernie supporters...

With the recent interview with Julian Assange, at 28:00 minutes Assange points out the very possible reason why Clinton did not pick Bernie Sanders, or a key Bernie Sanders supporter, instead she picks a relative nobody in Tim Kaine. Assange points out the possible strategy that Hillary plotted out (at least from a couple years back)...

Prior to Debby Wasserman-Schultz attaining the head position on the DNC, she was Hillary's campaign manager in her last run to be elected. Before Wasserman-Shultz was the head of DNC, it was Tim Kaine that had been in that position. Tim Kaine stepped down in order to have Hillary's previous campaign manager - Debby Wasserman-Schultz - take the position. Now, to possibly persuade Tim Kaine to do so at the time, he may have been promised the position of VP.

So in essence, Hillary sort of painted herself into a corner whereby the promise she made to Tim Kaine led her to preventing herself from picking someone else that could have lured Bernie Sanders supporters to back her.

A more strategical VP pick, i.e. someone to "assuage the Bern," so to speak, is meaningless anyway if the general election is rigged.

The game plan for the Big November Steal, regardless who the VP pick is, is fairly clear to me:

1. Bait Trump with some politically incorrect fodder, e.g. Khan, crying baby, etc. This can be ongoing, or an continual onslaught right up until November 8.
2. When Trump reacts (as he will), create much ado, spin, and overblown hype through the Ministry of Truth, i.e, sow some type of distasteful narrative that equates his reaction(s) to a fatal "McCarthy Moment", and then coincide said narrative(s) with publicly rigging the polls downward. This is nothing more than a sleight of hand trick that provides the distraction, plausible cause, and masks the crime behind the scenes.

This dynamic is exactly afoot as I post today.

All they PTB have to do to seal the election, e.g., the main objective here, is not to stop Trump per se by fighting his rhetoric. They have black box voting for that. The main objective is to keep the polling numbers fairly even by any means necessary come election day. They can accomplish this by creating narratives and spin in concert with rigging the polling numbers. It's as simple as that. If they can manage that, it doesn't matter if 90% of us plebs show up to vote for Donald J. Trump on November 8. Hillary Clinton will still be the next POTUS.

If I were the political adversary of those employing these kinds of Alinsky-esque tricks against me, and if I had the resources to counter such tricks (and it would seem Hillary Clinton's opponent does have the resources) I would build and create up to 10 independent polling organizations, all mutually exclusive of the others and with transparent, scientific methodologies fully open to audit. I would then publish and promote their results wide and far, as well as make their results a central tenet of my campaign. I would hammer home these results to the public daily. If their numbers turn out to be vastly off from the "official" polling numbers (and they would), it would serve to raise the question, publicly, that something fishy is afoot with our whole rotten system. And it doesn't even matter if the people buy the conspiracy or not. Some would probably even suspect that Trump was rigging his numbers. It doesn't matter. What matters is the narrative it would create, which in turn renders the job of rigging the polls, and ultimately the general election vote itself, much, much harder.

There you go, DJT. Simple. If you can build a good chunk of the Manhattan skyline you should be able to do that. There's your prescription (free of charge) to keep from Berning yourself....
