Police have now sealed off the area, checking the lorry that hit the crowds

A lorry has struck a crowd during Bastille Day celebrations in the southern French
city of Nice, with reports of many dead. The incident took place on the famous
Promenade des Anglais during a firework display, media reports say.One image on
Twitter showed about a dozen people lying on the street, some being tended to.The
local prefecture has urged people in the area to remain indoors, calling the
Incident "an attack".Nice Mayor Christian Estrosi said that "a lorry driver
appears to have killed dozens of people".

Sebastien Humbert, the prefect of the Alpes-Maritimes region, told France's BFM TV
that "perhaps about 30 people" were dead and 100 injured.

He said the lorry driver had been shot dead.

The mayor and police urged residents to stay indoors.

Some reports spoke of shots being exchanged between police and the occupants of
the lorry but these have not been confirmed.Social media video showed people
running through the streets in panic following the incident.A journalist with the Nice
Matin newspaper reported from the scene that there was "a lot of blood and without
doubt many injured".

An Agence France-Presse reporter said the incident took place as the firework
display was ending, adding: "We saw people hit and bits of debris flying around."
Another image on Twitter showed a white lorry stopped in the middle of the
promenade with damage to its front, and four police officers observing it while
taking cover behind a palm tree.

One eyewitness told BFM TV: "Everyone was calling run, run, run there's an attack
run, run, run. We heard some shots. We thought they were fireworks because it's
the 14th of July.

"There was great panic. We were running too because we didn't want to stick
around and we went into a hotel to get to safety. "

Another witness, Roy Calley told the BBC that there were "thousands of people on
the promenade" when the incident happened.

Truck Attack Kills 73 in Nice, France on Bastille Day

Eyewitnesses describe a truck mowing people down in a zig-zag pattern during celebrations. It's the deadliest attack since ISIS hit Paris last year.

Police in Nice, France say 73 people are dead following an attack by a man driving a truck through a Bastille Day crowd.

Eyewitnesses reportedly described a large truck driving in a zig-zag pattern along the popular seaside Promenade des Anglais, around the time of the city’s celebratory fireworks for Bastille Day. A spokesperson for the Interor Ministry said the driver was shot dead by police after the driver reportedly opened fire. It is unknown if the driver acted alone.

President Francois Hollande has returned to Paris from Avignon following the deadliest attack in France since the November 13 attacks in Paris that killed 100 people.

One Twitter user shared a graphic image of the injured and the dead laying on the street.

Wow.

There are Black Lives matter protests scheduled in 37 cities(probably more now) tomorrow. A "Day of Rage" called for by the "Anonymous" collective, or someone claiming to be anons.

Feels like a set-up. What just happened in Nice could be a precursor to a "revenge" attack against BLM for what happened in Dallas.

Anyone going to one of the BLM protests..stay frosty.

Why, after watching all of this i remember automatically the movie Spectre, where the countries who does not cooperate with the controllers , suffer disasters like this, is way to similar and Im sure there is big dark fat cats behind!, . Very sad images from France, I still have relatives there. Hope for the best but the only thing that We the people can do for help this situation is keep a positive mind and concentrate on a different reality where this has no place to be. Love to all.

Still early days but one of the things I was waiting for is President Hollande
response . Apart from the usual condemnation and rhetoric in all these cases
he says he is stepping up operations in Iraq & Syria. Whether this is a 'lone nut'
or patsy set up without his knowledge. There is no way any of these attacks are
good for ISIS or any group even for so called PR or terror purposes. As they know
there will be a response . 'Problem reaction sollution' which is at the bottom
of many of these attacks. Of course if ISIS is controlled by nefarious groups
escalation in Syria & Iraq will be good news for the hawks and mil ind complex.

This is exactly the type of attack David Wilcock mentioned in his last interview on Fade to Black with Jimmy Church, this past week.
He noted that as the noose tightens around the necks of the Cabal leadership, they would become more and more desperate with their attacks against civilians. The Cabal are also acutely aware that France could very possibly follow the UK in leaving the failing EU. Hence another attack with great ferocity in France.

This is a great tragedy to be sure.
So needless, but we have to remember the types of psychopaths that we are dealing with here and with whom we are currently freeing ourselves from.
I will be watching the comments from world leaders over the next few days to see and hear what is being said and by whom.

My heart weeps for the victims of this horrific attack., an utterly barbaric way for these people to die......... And as families, children, mothers, fathers, sisters & brothers are celebrating.

What is it about France?

Are they resisting some move by the Cabal that we are not aware of?

Is it the large Muslim population that may contain a proportion of radicalised individuals that enables these individuals to blend in........... Or allows Cabal operatives to blend in?

I notice that the attack happened on the Promenade des Anglais......... That fact peaks my interest as there were much bigger Bastille Day celebrations taking place through-out France. Could be coincidence, could be something more.

This is purely speculation on my behalf, but I feel if this were a Cabal Inc. operation then the lorry would have been loaded with explosive as we know that that seems to be their preferred modus operandi for public spectacles. To me, this attack seems to be......... 'Real'. It is the horrific simplicity of it that has me wondering.

I hang my head in shame as I have come to the conclusion that these Cabal Bastar*s are achieving their goal of de-sensitising us to this horror and to have us now not know whether an event is 'real' or 'orchestrated'.

Already promoted on French MSM is the identity, nationality and religious affiliation of the driver.

What is not stated is what police authority or security management authority allowed such a vehicle to enter the public thoroughfare hosting these celebrations. Access had to be sanctioned. Who and what sanctioned this vehicle?

Europe is supposed to be on high alert and this is not the first time that elements of the police and security authority appear culpable.

Police found papers, a mobile phone and credit card inside the lorry, according to
reports.Police are yet to formally confirm the identity of the man behind the wheel
of the white, articulated lorry that ploughed into hundreds of people celebrating
Bastille Day on the seafront in Nice.But details are emerging of a 31-year-old man,
known to police, but not previously linked to jihadist groups.

Here appears the a strong clue that the driver of the lorry was nothing more than a patsy for an organised crime and warfare syndicate.

I'm not a fan of guns, but if people were allowed to carry guns for self protection

The 'War On Terror ' is BS and just a continuation of the 'Cold War' , ' The Troubles'

motive behind a verbal attack last week by Prime Minister David Cameron.

In the video, David Icke examines a speech made by the PM in 2014 at the UN

As the world becomes more open... the more holes open up, the more avenues for malfeasance open up.

This can only happen when you've got a hidden oligarchy class that is at war with one another and the public masses.

As we come to a point of commonality across the globe, the greater the damage that can be done to and through the sum total -by a given avenue and act.

This is both obvious in retrospect and needs be said.

The thought is that autodriving vehicles are to be perfected via small individual vehicle testing (most miles traveled) and then implemented wholesale in large trucks, by mandated law.

Oddly enough, the large trucks would be more safe...... but possibly (probably) more vulnerable to attack and takeover of their controls.

As for trucks being driven through crowds, this could happen anywhere, in any big city, in Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. Any major city, on almost a daily basis.

I know of many a place (and so do you) where massive vehicles have been in places where they could have driven over hundreds of people. It is a situation that is encountered at any given concert venue, for example, or large trade show, or sports game. The chance or opportunity for such a situation exists, in the many hundreds of locales all over the globe, every day.

The so-called terrorist is irrelevant in such scenarios ---as it keeps happening. It means we have to deal with the depth of the situation that places a given person behind a given wheel of a given truck. And that means finding the hidden layers of the situation, not the surface layers proposed by major media and politicians involved with that media. As their solutions never lead to anything but that which benefits hidden oligarchy. An oligarchy which is responsible for the mess, due to their gaming and game playing with the globe and it's population.

Which the so-called alternative media and alternative news, alternative theorists, they have the truth of the situation in hand, for the most part. They have in mind and hand ..and point directly to ...the lever by which the enabling of such people (terrorism enabled by hidden oligarchy) comes into being.

What we know so far

The attack

A large truck ploughed into crowds celebrating Bastille Day in the southern French city of Nice at about 11pm local time on Thursday. At least 84 people were killed, including several children. A further 18 were seriously injured.

Witnesses said the driver swerved from side to side to apparently kill as many people as possible as he drove at about 30mph for just over a mile along the Promenade des Anglais on the seafront. One witness said the driver fired a gun at police before they killed him.

Two Americans, Sean Copeland and his son Brodie, from Texas, have been named among the 84 victims. Another victim has named by her son as Fatima Charrihi. He said she “followed a moderate Islam”.

Witnesses told of parents frantically throwing their children over fences to avoid them being struck by the lorry as people rushed down the promenade.

The suspect

Police shot the driver of the truck dead. Investigators are trying to determine if he had accomplices. The incident is being treated as a terrorist attack, but no group has claimed responsibility.

The police have named the suspect as 31-year-old French Tunisian Mohamed Lahouaiej-Bouhlel, after his identity papers were found in the truck. Police investigators and forensic experts entered his apartment around 9.30am (0730 GMT) with an armed police intervention unit in support, and brought out bags of material later.

French media reported that the killer was known to police for petty crime, and was not on any terrorist watchlist.

Nice’s regional president, Christian Estrosi, said guns and grenades, some of them fake, were found in the lorry.

French government response

The French president, François Hollande, said the country’s state of emergency would be extended for another three months. He said the country’s borders were being tightened, and vowed that France would show “real force and military action in Syria and Iraq”.

Hollande also announced three days of national mourning starting on Saturday.

A military operation is in place allowing the mobilisation of 10,000 troops.

The interior minister, Bernard Cazeneuve, said: “We are at war with terrorists who want to strike us at any cost and who are extremely violent.”

The prime minister, Manuel Valls, said: “Terrorism is a threat that is weighing heavily on France. Times have changed and we should learn to live with terrorism. We have to show solidarity and collective calm.”

Later, Hollande arrived in Nice to chair an emergency security and defence meeting in Nice with Valls and Cazeneuve.

The Front National leader, Marine Le Pen, has used the attack to score political points against the French government’s response to terrorism. “Nothing that we have proposed has been put in place,” she said.

International response

World leaders including Barack Obama, Angela Merkel, Xi Jinping and Mariano Rajoy, have condemned the attack.

Germany and Italy have ordered tighter border controls with France.

The attacks have also been condemned by religious and political leaders across the Muslim and Arab world. The Egyptian president, Abdel Fatah al-Sisi, described it as a “vile terrorist attack”. Arab League chief Ahmed Abul Gheit denounced the “craven terrorist attack”.

Britain’s response

Britain’s new prime minister, Theresa May, said: “The United Kingdom stands shoulder to shoulder with France, as we have done so often in the past. If, as we fear, this was a terrorist attack, then we must redouble our efforts to defeat these brutal murderers who want to destroy our way of life.”

A small number of British citizens are known to be among the injured. Britain’s ambassador to France has travelled to Nice as officials offer help to anyone caught up in the attack.

The National Police Chiefs’ Council has ordered a security review of all major events in Britain over the next seven days. Britain’s deputy national security adviser has chaired a meeting of the government’s emergency committee Cobra. London’s mayor, Sadiq Khan, has announced he will be reviewing safety measures in the UK capital.

Suspect named
The police have named the suspect as 31-year-old Franco-Tunisian Mohamed Lahouaiej-Bouhlel, after his identity papers were found in the truck, AFP reports.

Neighbours portrayed him as a solitary figure who rarely spoke and did not even return greetings when their paths crossed in the four-storey block, located in a working-class neighbourhood of Nice.

Sebastien, a neighbour who spoke on condition that his full name was not used, said Lahouaiej-Bouhlel did not seem overtly religious, often dressed in shorts and sometimes wore work boots.

He had a van parked nearby and owned a bike, which he brought up into his first-floor apartment.

Of those who were interviewed, only one, a neighbour on the ground floor, said she had had any concerns about him - he was “a good-looking man who kept giving my two daughters the eye.”

Police investigators and forensic experts entered his apartment around 9.30am (0730 GMT) with an armed police intervention unit in support, and brought out bags of material later.

A source close to the investigation said an “inactive” grenade was found inside the vehicle, as well as “several fake rifles.”

“Investigations are currently underway to establish if the individual acted alone or if he had accomplices who might have fled,” interior ministry spokesman Pierre-Henry Brandet said.

French prosecutor Francois Molins revealed the following:
• The attacker Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel was born on 3 January 1975 in Tunisia,
with domicile in Nice
• He worked a chauffeur and delivery man
• He was married and had children.
• His ex-wife has been detained by police
• Bouhlel was known by the police and legal system because of threats, violence
and petty theft between 2010 and 2016
• He had been condemned on 24 March 2016, and been sentenced by a court,
there was a prison sentence of six months for voluntary violence with a weapon in
January 2016
• Secret services are not aware that he had ever shown any sign of radicalisation
• Digital material which has been seized is being investigated, as well as the mobile
phone found in the lorry

What the attacker did

• He said the lorry was rented on 11 July, and was due back on the 13th
• Inside the cabin, there were automatic fire weapons, two Kalashnikov rifles,
bullets and a grenade. Earlier reports had suggested the weapons were fakes
• A mobile phone, a driver's licence and bank details were also found
• The lorry was a 19-tonne vehicle

A matter of perspective/viewpoint:

For Western countries, such occurrences have enough jolt to create a "tragedy" response whereas in other regions of the planet, similar occurrences have become life's daily events... like in Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine... where any celebration is an excuse for bombings... you know... like weddings...

So that the fear virus of "Anyone! Anywhere! Anytime!" is being inoculated/injected into the whole of the population of this planet as a matter of daily life, like police brutalities, random drive-by shootings or "lone psychos" going postal.

The lowly members of Freemasonry are generally not included in major decision making but are sworn to uphold above all else the Code of the Lodge in whatever manner that takes. The rewards for "nodding" acceptance are immense. Nobody on the inside ever speaks out as death is assured should they break ranks.

In summary, I believe we agree with each other though the semantics differ.

As far as Bibi is concerned, he didn't drive the truck, nor induced the driver, or trained pilots, or dropped bombs, etc. Bibi is a puppet leader like many other dictators. He is not a nice person, I agree. He is ably supported by a massive War Machine and Financiers to distribute "rewards".

As I went about my day, I found myself discussing the Bastille event with a number of adults in quiet conversation. As our group naturally started to diminish as each went on their way a young girl, related to one of the adults approached us and asked what we had been talking about as she had overheard a little of our discussion. (She starts 6th form in September, 16yrs old). As she absorbed the news she squealed "this is another false flag" and then proceeded to reel off to us a string of other events and included the reasons for each as well. I was amazed, and burst into tears and stepped away to calm myself. I then returned back to the group and asked whether it was something peculiar to her knowing things like this and she excitedly and I mean boisterously exclaimed "No they are all talking about these things at school and with her friends". (Not the education system).

I had just witnessed the benefits of the open dialogue of the alternative media impacting the youth of the world. In a positive and informative way. For once in a long time I felt proud.

When I am gone I now know the Bastille Day Slaughter will be avenged.

I received this message just now from a British Avalon member who I know well and can vouch for, who asked if I might possibly post it on their behalf:

We have family friends who have a holiday apartment in Nice. They were there watching the fireworks and joining in the celebrations last night. They were about 100 yards up from where the lorry [truck] came to a stop, on the walkway. He [my friend] said it was just as is being shown on TV, complete carnage and wasn't staged. He's a solicitor [lawyer], so can certainly spot something not right, so I trust his story.

He and his wife got separated from their daughter (in her 20's), and while searching for her they saw a lot first hand.

Just wanted to mention it as I noticed a few comments saying they were unsure if it was staged. The guy [driver] who did it, they didn't see, but the actual devastation and loss of lives they certainly did. No crisis actors on this one, it would seem.

Thanks Bill I felt straight away as I mentioned in #1 that this felt real , far to much
raw emotion and carnage for it not to be imo, maybe because I picked up the story
virtually as it was happening and the live feeds were harrowing like 9/11 and
there were definitely fatalities and casualties.

After that there are discrepancies and the usual coincidences that may suggest the
execution of the event maybe more than meets the eye. There is still plenty to
speculate about , but not the actual event itself.

Information that I've read and seen through Twitter is that this murderer lie in wait for 9 hours before carrying out this terrorist attack. It should also be noted that he was even questions by police as to why he was parked there, lied and said he was delivering ice cream supplies. Now, the truck has no indication that it's capable of refrigeration, so, why did this not dawn on the authorities?

Our Tunisia correspondent Rana Jawad is in Msaken and caught up with Bouhlel's father Monthir:

"He took his treatment, his medicine, and we thought he was doing well - here's the medical
certificate. I took him to the psychologist, he followed his treatment but sometimes he would
have nervous breakdowns and he would break everything and demolish everything. He has
had a nervous problem and when he becomes nervous he breaks everything. He had problems
with his wife and I think that added to his mental health issues."

The attacker was a 31-year-old Tunisian man known to police, but not previously linked to jihadist groups.

He was married with three children, but no longer lived with his wife.

A woman who knows the family told the BBC that Lahouaiej Bouhlel was thrown out of their
home in the Le Ray area of Nice more than a year ago after allegedly beating his wife.

Other neighbours described him as a "quiet loner".

He worked as a delivery driver, but is believed to have been fired recently after falling asleep at the wheel and crashing into four vehicles on a highway.

But he separated from wife Hajer some two years ago following a series of violent arguments, and he was said to have been depressed in recent months as their divorce had been finalised.... all that after a brush with jail time, for assault, which makes me wonder what kind of antidepressant (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?80972-Germanwings-flight-4U9525-crash-in-Southern-France&p=947005&viewfull=1#post947005) he was on that exacerbated the suicidal action?

In any case that article, although suggesting he wasn't a Muslim, heavily pounds on the association "truck terrorist"... not "truck psychopath" or "truck SSRI-soaked"... check it out: have a word count for terrorist, terror, terrified, etc... in that article...

As I went about my day, I found myself discussing the Bastille event with a number of adults in quiet conversation. As our group naturally started to diminish as each went on their way a young girl, related to one of the adults approached us and asked what we had been talking about as she had overheard a little of our discussion. (She starts 6th form in September, 16yrs old). As she absorbed the news she squealed "this is another false flag" and then proceeded to reel off to us a string of other events and included the reasons for each as well. I was amazed, and burst into tears and stepped away to calm myself. I then returned back to the group and asked whether it was something peculiar to her knowing things like this and she excitedly and I mean boisterously exclaimed "No they are all talking about these things at school and with her friends". (Not the education system).

I had just witnessed the benefits of the open dialogue of the alternative media impacting the youth of the world. In a positive and informative way. For once in a long time I felt proud.

This same thing happened in October in Stillwater, OK during the OSU Homecoming parade. A woman plowed her car through the crowd for a block killing 4 and injuring 20. She had no memory of it and was completely sober. I remember how bizzare it all was. The locals swept it under the rug. Here we go. Al Qaida is a crime syndicate. The book emphasizes the final and total failure of this messianic movement, ‘at once popular and obscure, impelled by deep-rooted anxieties, and from time to time exploding in outbreaks of revolutionary violence’. It was published in 1967, but the following sounds familiar to anyone who has seen how the Al Qaeda crime syndicate is made to operate.

The leaders might make secret arrangements, but it is unlikely that they would inform the actual murderer of the details. What is much more probable is that the Assassin setting out on a mission was given what in modern parlance would be called a ‘cover story’, implicating the likeliest character on the scene. This would have the additional advantage of sowing mistrust and suspicion in the opposing camp. ‘French Prime Minister Francois Hollande said Friday morning local time that

emergency by another three months, hours after a truck plowed into a crowd

The assault was the third such terrorist attack in Western Europe in eight months.

Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel had a long history of violence and mental illness, his family back in his homeland of Tunisia said, while insisting he showed no obvious signs of radicalization prior to Thursday’s attack that left at least 84 people dead.

“My brother had psychological problems, and we have given the police documents showing that he had been seeing psychologists for several years,” Rabeb Bouhlel, his sister, told Reuters.

The 31-year-old Lahouaiej Bouhlel left Tunisia for France back in 2005, and did not keep in regular contact with his family, who live in modest accommodations in the village Msaken outside Sousse, a coastal resort that has also been targeted by an Islamist attack.

His family, which has literally chased away the media camped outside their house on several occasions, have refused to acknowledge that Lahouaiej Bouhlel was a terrorist.

“From 2002 to 2004 he had problems that led to a nervous breakdown,” his father Mohamed Mondher Lahouaiej Bouhlel told several French channels in an interview outside his home, while brandishing his son’s clinical evaluations before the cameras.

“He’d get angry and shout and break everything around him. He was violent and very ill. We took him to the doctor and he was put on drugs. Whenever there was a crisis, we took him back again. He was always alone. Always silent, refusing to talk. Even in the street, he wouldn’t greet people.”

According to his father, after moving to France, Lahouaiej Bouhlel had “no connection with religion. He didn’t fast or keep Ramadan. He drank. He even took drugs.”

In what may not be a coincidence, the men responsible for the Paris attacks last November also had a similar history of low-paying jobs, petty crime, drinking, and gambling, before apparently rapidly converting to the Islamist cause just months before their deaths.

Although he last saw his family in Tunisia in 2012 when he traveled back for his sister’s wedding, in recent weeks Lahouaiej Bouhlel’s behavior radically changed.

“Over the past month, he was calling us every day and he sent us money... He called several times a day,” explained Rebab.

His brother Jaber Bouhlel told the Daily Mail that the family received 240,000 Tunisian dinar (almost $110,000) from Mohamed in the past few weeks – a surprisingly large sum for a low-paid deliveryman.

“He used to send us small sums of money regularly like most Tunisians working abroad. But then he sent us all that money, it was fortune. He sent the money illegally. He gave cash to people he knew who were returning to our village and asked them to give it to the family,” said Jaber.

Ibrahim Bouhlel, a nephew, said that Mohamed even promised to travel back to Tunisia for a family party this week.

However, the next time his family saw him was in pictures in the news.

“We’re all in a state of shock at what’s happened,” said his father.

In a TV interview on Friday night, French Prime Minister Manuel Valls said that Lahouaiej Bouhlel “was likely a terrorist,” but police had not yet figured out if he had received financial support and training from Islamist organizations, or had simply subscribed to the ideology.

That's my point groups have claimed credit for events over the years . This was
premeditated because of the weapons in the vehicles and how he did it. Could he
have been recruited as a patsy like Sirhan Sirhan ? We will never know. It could
just be someone committing suicide by cop.

Its the casualties that is key , committing himself to drive that truck down the
boulevard means he knew he was going to be seen as a mass murderer and
terrorist after . That may not of worried him in his state of mind , or could the
lure of the 99 virgins waiting for him be a factor. Who knows ?
The point is that anything goes. If your terror manifesto says kill by any means, then that blanket statement allows you to claim anything and everything as part of your action. The Mafia for example are much more particular about signing their murders.

This is what I believe: The driver was just an ordinary uneducated guy, influenced by poverty, drink and drugs and was recruited within France by Zionists. I am still very much new to the false flag/alternative perspective to these events and am finding it a bit difficult to wrap my head around. From what I understand, these events are being staged, sometimes with real victims and other times with paid actors, by the so called cabal as a means of furthering their control over humanity. They do this by instilling fear in people via these orchestrated events, then telling them what the problem is (i.e. muslim people, migrants, black people), followed by a 'solution' which further increases their control (i.e. stronger border protection, increased military presence). All of this being done in the name of 'safety'. "We are doing this to protect you, because we care". This sort of atmosphere then of course breeds distrust and division between people, making people all the more easy to manipulate. Is that at all correct?

Does this then mean that terrorism, along with terrorists, don't exist in the way that we have been told? Or has the threat simply been blown way out of proportion?

There are various types of 'Flase flag' events and operations and it goes back along

I'm going with the False Flag premise as well. The bullet holes on the truck are strange although the driver might have been on the other side hiding. The fact that there is no blood on the truck is very strange too. 84 people being killed by a truck will surely be splattered with blood. I also heard though that the truck was going incredibly slow. Slow enough for peopl to simply just step out of the way. However that is unconfirmed.

But like what a lot of researchers have said. The Elite want Civil War around the world and all those False Flag Attacks and Shootings we have seen recently are leading the way to start Civil War.

I bet Germany and or the UK are next. Not all False Flags are hoaxes. Like Sandy Hook etc. Some are real events in which people do die.

Ah 9/11 wasn't hologram. 9/11 was plain old Fake Planes using Composite Video Editing Software with a 17 second delay in the first 5 'Live' news feeds!

This attack in Nice I think was just staged. The same way they did the Boston Bombings. Using War amputees and lot's of fake blood. In all these apparent attacks there is a particular motive. It's obviously not good for Muslims so they have no motive. But it is good for Western and European interests. Within a couple of hours Poison Dwarf Hollande was gearing up for more attacks in Syria and Iraq.

I guess Israel are getting a bit impatient with their dogs of war! They are not taking over their 'Greater Israel' project countries fast enough.

The way I always look at it is if the media are repeating it enough and they always give it a Muslim / ISIS flavour you know something isn't right! And we all know what ISIS actually are don't we?!

The latest on that truck attack in Nice, France (all times local):

11:35 a.m.
The uncle of the man who killed 84 people with a truck on the French Riviera says his nephew was indoctrinated about two weeks ago by an Algerian member of the Islamic State group in Nice. French officials could not confirm Monday that attacker Mohamed Lahouaiyej Bouhlel had been approached by an Algerian recruiter, saying that the investigation is ongoing. The driver's uncle, Sadok Bouhlel, told The Associated Press that given Bouhlel's family problems — he was estranged from his wife and three children — the Algerian "found in Mohamed an easy prey."

Bouhlel's rapid radicalization has puzzled investigators. Friends and family said he had not been an observant Muslim in the past. Sadok Bouhlel spoke in the driver's hometown of Msaken, Tunisia. He said he learned about the Algerian from extended family members who live in Nice.

IS claimed responsibility for the attack Thursday but Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said Monday that investigators have found no sign yet that Bouhlel had links to a particular network.

11:30 a.m.
The French government is defending its efforts to fight Islamic State extremists abroad and at home, announcing new airstrikes against their strongholds in the past two days.

President Francois Hollande's Socialist administration has come under blistering criticism from opposition conservatives after last week's deadly attack in Nice. Former President Nicolas Sarkozy accused the government of bad policies that he says failed to prevent three major attacks in the past 18 months.

Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve hit back Monday, listing a series of laws and extra police forces created under Hollande's presidency "to face a threat that France was not prepared for" when he took over from Sarkozy in 2012.

After a special security meeting, Defence Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said French forces in the U.S-led coalition struck IS targets again overnight and on Saturday. French warplanes have been involved in the operation in Iraq and to a lesser degree in Syria.

9:15 a.m.
France's interior minister says investigators have no evidence so far that the truck driver who killed 84 people in Nice had links to "terrorist networks." Bernard Cazeneuve said Monday on RTL radio that while the Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for the Bastille Day attack, the driver may have been motivated by IS messages but not necessarily co-ordinating with a larger network. Cazeneuve says: "These links for now have not been established by the investigation."

Authorities say Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, a Tunisian living in Nice, had become recently and rapidly radicalized.

Cazeneuve said 59 people are still hospitalized after the attack Thursday, 29 of them in intensive care, out of 308 people injured overall. Many of the dead and injured were children watching a fireworks display with their families.

One of my favorite places I have ever been...

It's very flat, and with the crowd, you wouldn't really notice a truck coming...that last video clip suggests the person filming had no clue until it was almost right on top of him.

As for the weird bullet holes, those could easily have been made by shooters to the side of the direct path, at an angle.

With no blood being on the truck, bodies don't always burst like a water balloon. Around here, we hit deer all the time going much faster, and all I've ever seen is a tuft of fur. Occasionally there's blood on the street, but when killed instantly by blunt force and there's no more blood pressure, there's often just an intact looking body on the road.

Don't agree.. I'm a shooter, doesn't matter what angle I'm at, I'd be shooting AT the driver... you might see some funny shaped entry holes (elongated if it's at an extreme angle) but still, they'd be at least mostly in the driver side window...

With no blood being on the truck, bodies don't always burst like a water balloon. Around here, we hit deer all the time going much faster, and all I've ever seen is a tuft of fur. Occasionally there's blood on the street, but when killed instantly by blunt force and there's no more blood pressure, there's often just an intact looking body on the road.

Agree with this, most animal strikes I've seen haven't been overly messy if the body didn't stay on the vehicle.

What I found suspicious of this truck attack was that there were no blood splatters, ripped clothing tares, body parts, etcetera on the truck.

As for the weird bullet holes, those could easily have been made by shooters to the side of the direct path, at an angle.

Don't agree.. I'm a shooter, doesn't matter what angle I'm at, I'd be shooting AT the driver... you might see some funny shaped entry holes (elongated if it's at an extreme angle) but still, they'd be at least mostly in the driver side window...

That sounds at least as likely. I was going to guess it was pistol fire at close range, hence such an angle, but that could be a bad guess. Haven't seen a visual on the actual stopping of the truck. Maybe he was crossing the seat, getting his own gun and out the passenger door. Maybe they were warning shots; don't know if France is auto-kill or if they attempt submission first.

Ice cream was a great gimmick though! I bet the guys who allowed that are really beside themselves now.

governments and reported in a schizophrenic manner that, on one hand, declared
the attacker a “weird” loner acting completely on his own by virtue of his many
psychological problems while, on the other hand, a terrorist attack aimed at the
allegedly democratic institutions of France and the Western world.

Among the reports surrounding the attack, many alternative media outlets are
suggesting that the attack was yet another false flag engineered or at least

So which is it?

It's very flat, and with the crowd, you wouldn't really notice a truck coming...
that last video clip suggests the person filming had no clue until it was almost right on top of him.

That's one of the most eerie things , you would of thought the crowd would notice/hear.

Indeed...the only way around that is to be full on paranoid alert everywhere you go, which would lead to people attacking other party goers over a spilled drink. You don't want to kill the neighbors over nothing, and you don't want to get run over by a maniac...hopefully there's a balance point in there somewhere.

Sadly, as retaliation, France just blew up over a hundred civilians in Manbij, Syria, while "blind bombing" Islamic State. I guess we can just ignore that as irrelevant collateral damage. /sarcasm

Nice authorities have turned down the request of French anti-terrorist police to delete footage from surveillance cameras and any other videos which captured the fatal truck attack on Bastille Day.

The request was sent by Anti-Terrorist Sub-Directorate (SDAT), a special police division battling extremism, to the mayor of Nice’s office on Wednesday, according to the paper (http://www.lefigaro.fr/actualite-france/2016/07/21/01016-20160721ARTFIG00225-attentat-de-nice-quand-la-justice-demande-a-la-mairie-de-detruire-24-heures-d-images.php).

Le Figaro managed to obtain the copy of the document (http://www.youscribe.com/catalogue/tous/actualite-et-debat-de-societe/actualite-evenements/attentat-de-nice-la-requisition-judiciaire-urgente-demandant-la-2746942)in which SDAT, citing articles of the criminal and penal codes, demands the city authorities delete “completely” nearly 24 hours of the attack captured on cameras on the Promenade des Anglais.

“Delete the recordings between July 14, 2016 22:30 and July 15, 2016 18:00,” the documents demands.

The anti-terrorist police named six cameras which recordings should be “particularly” deleted. Plus the city authorities should delete any footage from any camera “that captured the crime scene”, the paper added.

"This is the first time we’ve been asked to destroy evidence [from the attack],” a source close to the city authorities said. “The CCTV center and the city of Nice could be prosecuted for this… Also the officers in charge of the cameras don’t have jurisdiction to engage in such operations.”

Le Figaro reported that the day after the attack police demanded from the city authorities to recover 30,000 hours of CCTV-related events. A backup operation is reportedly ongoing and will take place for several days. Le Figaro source said that the authorities are concerned for the safety of the backup operation with this new demand.

The Prosecutor’s Office in Paris later confirmed the information to Le Figaro, saying that the demand had been made “to prevent the uncontrolled distribution of the images [of the attack].” The office added that “of thousands of surveillance cameras” in Nice, at least 140 of them contain “interesting” elements regarding the attack.

Anti-terrorist police, however, claim that their experts have managed to recover 100 percent of the information from Nice cameras.

On Friday, Nice Matin newspaper reported (http://www.nicematin.com/faits-divers/la-ville-refuse-deffacer-les-images-de-videosurveillance-du-14-juillet-66336)that the local mayor had refused to answer the call. According to his lawyer, Philippe Blanchetier, the municipality will even ask the prosecutor to keep these pictures "in order not to jeopardize with any other procedures that may emerge beyond the investigation.”

Since the murderous attack in Nice on July 14, numerous photos and videos have emerged in media showing police approaching and shooting at the truck, which plowed into a crowd of spectators, or depicting the aftermath of the Bastille Day assault.

At least 84 people were killed in what has been called in the city’s worst terrorist attack in history. Weapons and grenades were found in the vehicle following the rampage.

The truck driver was later identified as Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel. It was revealed that he was a 31-year-old French national who was born in Tunisia.

The attacker was aided by a tight-knit team of associates, who helped him sketch out his plan and acquired weapons for him, Paris Prosecutor Francois Molins said on Thursday.

Reflecting a startling change of heart, Czech Republic President Miloš Zeman (shown), once opposed to private civilian ownership of firearms for self-defense, told local Czech newspaper Blesk: “Earlier I spoke often about limiting the ability [of citizens] to have large quantities of weapons. But after the terrorist attacks [in France], I have changed the idea.” He is now pushing the Czech parliament to adopt a new law that would allow citizens to purchase, keep, and use firearms as necessary.

Zeman is also calling for a wall to be built along the country’s borders (the country is bordered by Germany, Austria, Slovakia, and Poland), and the expedited deportation of “failed asylum seekers.”

Zeman is hardly alone in his observations. Jonathan Miller, an elected council member in the French village of Caux, wrote that the attack in Nice has “shaken France to the brink of a terrifying escalation” and that France “may be on the edge of something resembling a civil war.” When Miller was asked why the membership in a local gun club quadrupled since Nice, he responded, “They’re getting ready for a war.” He added: "I talk to a lot of people at every level of French society and I am detecting a change of mood. And the mood is turning nasty … [I am] no longer taking for granted that they will put up with this much longer."

Police in Nice did not stop the truck in the attack in July that killed 86 people, as the vehicle appears to have stalled, according to a French TV program, which also claims the killer actually drove on for four minutes – not 45 seconds, as the authorities had stated.

The previously known official version was undermined by new revelations by the ‘Quotidien’ program, aired (http://www.tf1.fr/tmc/quotidien-avec-yann-barthes/videos/attentat-de-nice-politiques-contredits-elements-de-l-enquete.html) on France’s TMC channel on Thursday night. In the program, journalist Azzeddine Ahmed-Chaouch uncovered the minutes of a police probe into the attack that happened on Bastille Day, July 14, and claimed the lives of 86 people, leaving a further 434 injured.

The police didn’t stop the truck, the journalist said, claiming that the vehicle had instead braked.

This is at odds with the version of the events presented by French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve, who said at the end of July, “the available security allowed national police to intercept the truck and put an end to its deadly drive.”

In contrast, the minutes of the meeting cited by Quotidien say (http://www.tf1.fr/tmc/quotidien-avec-yann-barthes/news/attentat-de-nice-contradictions-de-l-enquete-7235794.html): “at 22 hours 35 minutes and 46 seconds, we state that the truck pulled the brakes. It didn’t continue driving.”

Another contradiction reported by Quotidien was the duration of the drive. Hours after the attack, the president of the Regional Council of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Christian Estrosi, stated, “Between the moment when the terrorist penetrated into the forbidden zone, and the moment when he was killed, 45 seconds passed.”

However, according to Quotidien, police using surveillance footage established that the driver continued for 4 minutes 17 seconds.

The footage also reportedly showed that there was only one police vehicle that evening on the Promenade des Anglais, thus confirming earlier revelations by the French newspaper Liberation.

The Quotidien report has prompted outrage online, with some calling on certain officials to step down.

“Following the revelations, Estrosi and Cazeneuve should resign, and fast,” one Twitter user wrote.

“We are used to the lies by Estrosi and Cazeneuve. But bravo guys, you’ve made a strong case,” another user posted, praising the journalists who revealed the new details.
