This simply reveals that speech writers tend to be lazy, they borrow and curate convenient expressions, they seek to reach the 'silent majority' who can place their clients in powerful positions-speech writers are part of the behind the scenes machinery which all political groups have-the front man is simply the public interface, the human personality which the public interacts with and responds to. The fact that speeches are repeated and expressions are used interchangeably reveals the superficial level of political consciousness we have among the 'masses', how little attention we pay to the details. It is exactly like Donald Sutherland speaks of, 'The Hunger Games' is a wonderful insight into our world, the political machine as depicted in that film is very close to what we have!
