During the Contact In the Desert 2016 event David Wilcock did a very interesting presentation and towards the end of that presentation he highlighted some RA concepts, mostly the concept of "soul harvesting".
Within the last couple of days I've asked myself the following question several times: What if this RA information that David presented actually is true?!
If I understand it correctly it suggests that souls incarnate and throughout each incarnation they go through a series of catalysts that determine whether they are building/attaching positive or negative polarity. Positive polarity is service to others, negative polarity is service to self. This in turn determines the target of the incarnation, whether it is positive or negative, whether it is 3rd or 4th density.
Here is a pretty interesting fragment from the RA material about what a soul's life experience is:
"This is the game: to know, to accept, to forgive, to balance, and to open the self in love. This cannot be done without the forgetting, for it would carry no weight in the life of the mind/body/spirit beingness totality."
