‘Video obtained by The Daily Beast shows a corrections officer strangling an
inmate to death for more than a minute inside an Oklahoma jail.

A state medical examiner ruled that Darius Robinson was killed by “manual
compression of the neck” and ruled his death inside the Caddo County jail to
be a homicide. The county’s district attorney, Jason Hicks, has yet to bring
charges against officer Michael Allen Smith for the April 4 incident, according
to attorney Spencer Bryan, who represents Robinson’s family.

Hicks has refused to answer any questions about the case since The Daily
Beast first reported on Robinson’s death last month. The DA’s office said
Monday it would not discuss grand jury deliberations.’

Over 55,000 Americans injured and killed by US police in just one year – study

‘More than 55,000 Americans were either killed or injured by US police in
just one year, a new study has revealed. Most of the deaths were from
fatal firearm wounds or excessive use of taser devices.

The study, titled ‘Perils of police action: a cautionary tale from US data sets,’
covers the year 2012 and offers greater context to the issue of police brutality,
which has only grown bigger in the four years since the research.

Published in the peer-reviewed British medical journal Injury Prevention, the
study found that a total of 55,400 people were victims of police officers’
“abuse of power” or “loss of control out of anger or fear” in 2012.’

Yeah, this really looks like freedom. Look at these people. Is this a zoo, you might ask?
No. It’s protesters exercising their First Amendment rights to shout “Hell no, DNC! We
won’t vote for Hillary!” over and over outside the corrupt dog and pony show that is
the Democratic National Convention — in a rusty metal cage that looks like something
out of the horror film Silent Hill.

What a sad, pathetic testament to modern American “freedom” this is.’

When protesters rent a meeting place and conduct a protest at that place, then they have freedon of speech righs.
