A Great Change is on the Horizon - Gregg Braden 2016 is a misleading title. To be fair, I’ve only listened to the first eleven minutes, but it sounds like one of his older videos.
Also, the Tony Robbins 2016 YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZ5xiohIHtRXhJdMWwaa9jA/videos) was established May 5, 2016. The one you add was the 2nd of 22 videos, all of which are of Greg Braden. The person is collecting old vids from around the web.

An all-new chapter not included in the original release features up-to-the-minute information about the surprising discovery of brain-like cells—sensory neurites—located within the human heart, and the role they play in creating personal resilience. Skipping to the end, I hear Henrik Palmgren of Red Ice Radio talking of other recently (as of the time he's speaking) shows that he has done, such as a show with Michael Seibert regarding such topics as "judicial tyranny", that I see aired on February 13, 2013.
That tells me that this Gregg Braden show first aired sometime in early 2013.
P.S. -- Here's the original, aired Feb 28, 2013: Crisis in Thinking & False Assumptions of an Incomplete Science (https://redice.tv/red-ice-radio/crisis-in-thinking-and-false-assumptions-of-an-incomplete-science)
