Regarding Contact with Extraterrestrial Nations and Forces

We, the People of Earth, extend greetings to all races in the Greater Community of the Universe. We acknowledge our common heritage before the Creator of all the Universe, both visible and invisible. We declare the planet Earth as humanity’s Planet of Genesis, our Homeworld, and our sacred inheritance. We pledge henceforth to sustain and preserve the Earth for all generations to come. We call upon all humanity to treat all races everywhere with wisdom and justice, here on Earth and throughout the Universe.

Fundamental Rights

We, the People of Earth, regard the need for freedom to be universal. Therefore, we hold that all individuals in all worlds are created equal and are endowed by the Creator with sacred and inalienable rights. Fundamental among these are the right to live as a free race on their Planet of Genesis, their Homeworld; the right of self-determination, self-sufficiency, and creative expression; the right to life without oppression; and the right to pursue in life a higher purpose and a higher calling that the Creator has provided to all.

The Assessment

When in the course of their evolution it becomes necessary for the native people of a planet to unite, to transcend the conflicts and differences that have separated them from one another, and to assume among the powers of the Universe a separate and equal sovereignty, a respectful consideration of that sovereignty requires that they declare the causes which impel them to this present course of action.

Although the Earth has undergone a long history of extraterrestrial visitation, the current situation is that the People of Earth are now suffering the effects of a global extraterrestrial intervention into human affairs. * Extraterrestrial forces have exploited and exacerbated human conflicts to serve their own ends.

* Extraterrestrial forces have been disempowering humanity by leading us to believe that we can only survive with their help and their advanced technology, thus fostering our complete dependence upon them and denying our ability to ensure our own survival.

Demands and Declarations

Accordingly, we, the People of Earth, do hereby declare all previously existing agreements or treaties between any human government, group, or individual and any extraterrestrials to be forthwith null, void, and permanently suspended. Section 1 - Ancient race of Little People still live in Tennessee




“They’re between 3.5 and 4 feet tall,” he began. “Their skin color is a very subtle shade of light blue, just enough to recognize the color. As for their faces, they’re rather ordinary and look like faces you’d see in town, but smaller.
“Normally, though, they walk like anyone else and leave footprints and bend the grass, yet they definitely have the ability to become sort of invisible, though not 100 percent. If they’re standing still, you can see them easier; so when people are around they keep moving.  Most people wouldn’t see them or they’d just see a wisp go by.”

Section 2 - The Little People love to sing and dance



"It’s worth noting that because of their light body weight, the Little People seldom leave behind clear footprints unless the ground is damp.  The day we were there, it was dry and we were fortunate to find one tiny footprint beneath the old tree.

As Zander searched for footprints, he explained that the Little People love that spot and when all is quiet, especially when the fog rolls in, they sometimes go there to do circle dances and sing."


Section 3 - How one man communicates with Little People



Zander, owner of the land where the Little People still live in Eastern Tennessee, remembers his father and grandfather communicating with the Little People.
“My father had an ability, that I probably don’t approach, to contact the Little People,” Zander told us. “My grandfather and great grandfather had it too, but my children don’t seem to have it at all.  It seems to be some sort of genetic capability that is fading away.”

There is a bit of a story about Tom Montalk at the very moment when he published my two books to the internet. This was the first time my books were on the internet. Three Air Force jets flew right over my house at that time. They circled three times around this little town and directly over my house and then headed off toward the east. The jets were very close to the ground! Jet pilots are forbidden to do this in populated areas. This was in a small town that was sixty miles from the closest city and the closest Air Force base was a couple hundred miles away as the crow flies. The locals that had been living in this town most of their lives said they had never seen anything like that before.

Tom Montalk said he didn't think it was the Air Force that was alerted to the uploads. He thought it was ETs controlling the pilots. I don't know what it was--only that it was not a coincidence that that happened at that exact time. The odds of that happening at that exact time would be astronomical.
