Fabrication & intent, or authentic and accidental video capture?

There seems to be a couple of things that are intriguing. Solid body appearance unlike mylar. Led or lights & nose section. Whatever the case there was effort to create more than a balloon. The lofting flight is characteristic of a balloon at times. Looking at the video, Im not sure if the videographer just happened to spot it going by or created it. Your thoughts? Hoax or not?

The green light at the base of the object is interesting, especially in the end of the video.

It looks like a remote controlled model to me ? It does not look like
a run away balloon and I cannot see any string that someone may
be holding. Its does not look like CGI not that I'm an expert in that.
Or some kind of drone interesting anyway.

Heres another one they put up that does look like a balloon or lantern
type object to me.

In the first Video, it appears to me to be one of those reflective plastic balloons being flown as a kite with invisible cord attached to the tail tab. There may have been reflectors on the balloon also.
