aaaaaaaa, i see my post looks like i am telling you to look at the sun. really, i am trying to get you to look at the live feed video OF the sun just sitting there being majestic.
also, i am the opposite of gorgeous. i am literally wearing a paper bag on my head right now in order to have people not see me cry.

Don't be silly, big girls don't cry. I know what you meant about the sun, but some say to look directly at the sun is good for you.

Hah! I don't even need to go further than your profile pic to see you know a lot more about the sun than most of us. And yes. Big girls do, in fact, cry. Evidence of this is in the chatroom as I am "moderating" it for the evening.

Greetings from Washington state. Home of Seattle: the city at the end of time. The first to go to the floods. The last to give in to their rule. The first again to rise out of the ashes. We greet you with humility and more joy than I can put into words.
Thanks for bringing the sun back into my day.

This is amazing, I connected deeply with the Sun. Soothes the soul. My eyes got wet. I can't stop watching the motions. Thank you.

The vibrations of the sun made audible will amplify the light in your heart (the best with earphones)

What, no one has mentioned Sungazing? Look at the Sun for a few seconds up to one hour after rising and within one hour before setting. 10 seconds a day at first, increasing incrementally for 9 months or so until you can stare at it for 30 or 40 minutes. Many have done it and most have exclaimed the remarkable benefits. Sun is life. Light is life. We are light and thus living.

I was a practiced sungazer while living in the perfectly named Sunset district in San Francisco! Up here in WA, it is a little harder, but I really need to get back into that. Thank you so much for the reminder, conk.
I can attest to the benefits of such an activity.
