Soft disclosure... an example by NASA with the Mars message

Not sure if anyone seen this image of what looks like intelligent design in the form of a message on Mars. NASA created a great title and posted it public to promote the idea as a message, then changed the story later. The guest in the video brings up a great point that NASA is doing soft disclosure by first getting the story out and saying different later...
The guest also bring up an ancient site in Bolivia that looks similar.

Does it look like a message on mars and could there be a connection with the Bolivia site? Do you think NASA is doing what the guest said, bringing soft disclosure?

Very interesting this connects to several threads I have posted recently....
As we know a lot of Dots connect and with the popularity of shows like Ancient
aliens . Also ties into Graham Hancock and many other alternate researches work.
That may well tie into civilisations on other planets in our solar system and beyond.

Skywatch seems to have a religious bent ,which is a valid angle as the bible
