The use of heavily armed police or as some say paramilitary, using very similar equipment to the military. NORAD is now responsible for internal air defense of the US, Canada and Alaska, NORAD is a military entity including private sector defense contractors.......using fear to erode the rights of people.....the Judge was right.

As to the OP's mention of The Posse Comitatus Act and referencing it to NORAD... saying this:

What does NORAD have to do with POSSE COMITATUS ? What is your reference that says such a thing that they are "using fear to erode the rights of people"? Personally, I don't think you can legitimately make such a claim as to NORAD attacking US Citizens. Or that they are using fear to erode the rights of people. Quite the contrary, they are a protection organization to alert the military and subsequently the people through Civil Defense Warnings of incoming attack(s).

POSSE COMITATUS deals with keeping FEDERAL FORCES from attacking CITIZENS within the borders of the United States.

NORAD deals with providing advance air warning of BALLISTIC MISSILES incoming from foreign powers against Canada, and the United States (including Alaska which has a special division for early warning). Congress did not pass ANY LAWS (ie. Posse Comitatus) to attempt to usurp appropriate FEDERAL MILITARY ACTIVITY. NORAD is an organization in conjunction with Canada AND the US. It is not a civilian group, it is military for military defense purposes.


The Posse Comitatus Act was originally intended to eliminate the direct active use of federal troops by law enforcement officers.

The act does not prohibit the use of military supplies or equipment.

To this end, Congress passed various laws expressly authorizing the use of military equipment and supplies by civilian law enforcement, with the accompanying use of military personnel to maintain and operate the equipment being used in civilian law enforcement.

For example, military drug-sniffing dogs were designated as equipment, and military dog handlers operating the equipment have been lent to the Drug Enforcement Agency and other law enforcement agencies.

Military equipment may be used for aerial reconnaissance, interception of aircraft and vessels, and in operations against terrorists, drug traffickers, prohibited narcotics and drugs, weapons of mass destruction, and components of weapons of mass destruction.

Additionally, the military may share with civilian law enforcement "any information collected during the normal course of military training or operations that may be relevant to a violation of any federal or state law within the jurisdiction of such officials."

Re-writing the laws so as to suit some agenda to try to hamstring the North American continent's safety from foreign invaders just doesn't sit well with me. It is easy enough for any member or public to look up NORAD's purpose and Posse Comitatus Act's purpose.

So THEN - Curious why if Judge Napoltano was "supposedly fired" (according to the headline in the OP's video) is the judge advertising on his webpage that he is THE Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst?

Clinton is accused of lying under oath while being deposed in her original email scandal, after comparisons were made between her personal statements and declarations made by the FBI.

On “Your World” today, Stuart Varney asked Senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano whether there was a case to be made against Clinton in this way.

“Clearly, either perjury, providing false information or misleading Congress” have occurred, Napolitano declared.

Wouldn't you say that the OP has used something that is not accurate? Or did I miss something currently happening?

This video is worthy of your time and attention. The injustices of the legislation spoken of are intended to harm each and every one of us. These laws, the manner in which they are jumped upon Congress with inadequate time to read them, never mind debate them, must be outlawed. Further more, WHO writes this legislation? I thought Congress was there to WRITE legislation, not the Trilateral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, President, or some Legal Think Tank! All of these RAILROADED LAWS must be cancelled summarily. It is too late to say the system is broken. It is not broken, it has ceased to EXIST! Therefore, when you are sent to Guantanamo or elsewhere and have everything and everyone unjustly removed from you including your life, IT IS TOO LATE TO OBJECT. WAKE UP FOLKS!

It would be interesting to find out if he thought he could convince the viewers everything he said was Obama/Democrats fault- the old dialectic again. I doubt it though and it's beside the point, his words were poignant and worthwhile, I listened to it twice.

"We need Judge Napolitano on the Supreme Court." Of course, this will never happen. Judges of the US Supreme Court are appointed by the sitting president, and the president is appointed by TPTB. (Sorry, I will continue to use the "TPTB" acronym until something out of Ben Fulford actually comes to pass or they finally get me here in Ecuador.)
