There's a few panelists, but I'm getting into Richard's presentation off the bat. I have much respect for Richard (no ufo disease with him...no predictions...no fear mongering....just research, facts, and interesting pontification). Anyways, here Richard lays out various false flag types....and examples therein. Interesting to know his next book (which he hopes will be out by the end of the year) is based on False Flags.
