Hi all,

I'm working on cleaning myself up and getting back into meditation. I've been a bit slack on it lately and I feel like I'm a bit of a mess right now. I'm kinda like a lapsed meditator!
I'm still having super weird dreams, not all are having me in fighting situations but they are still in the majority. I still don't know what to make of them and I've asked, out loud for my guides to help me, visit me and help figure all this fun stuff out.

So anyway, I like meditating to isochronic binaural tones. I like my shorter stints or around 20 to 30 mins. But today I decided that after my workout I'd meditate. I did a nice long slow distance session on my cross trainer for about an hour, then following that I decided to meditate as I figured my vibration would be elevated. I'm a personal trainer so keeping fit and healthy is very important to me.

I put one of my favourite youtube tonal meditations on. I always use headphones (I have a great pair of Star Wars headphones from Turtle Beach, which I use for gaming. I play Destiny).
I started off just working on clearing thoughts as they arose and focusing on my breathing. I opened myself up and sought to connect my soul to the Earth and up into the sky and beyond, imagining a column of light passing through me and cleansing my negativity out.

I sent out thoughts to my guides to contact me/appear/make themselves known to me. As I went on I felt like I was becoming more and more euphoric. I could feel a strange sensation of power surging through me as I imagined fire erupting from my body. I had to keep flexing my fingers and imagined a stream of fire passing back and forth between them. I had to really breathe deep and ride out this sensation.

So as I finished my meditation I felt super cleansed, lighter and bit more grounded.
I'm going to have to do this again tomorrow after my workout again.

Anyway, am I doing this right? As I said above I feel like I'm a bit of a mess and need to clean myself up a bit. The video is posted below.

Sounds pretty good to me, especially if you feel "super cleansed, lighter and bit more grounded" after the meditation. What could be wrong with that?

Hi Daniel Duxfield nice sounds.

Be careful while meditating to any combinations of digital sounds, you don't really know whats going into you brain, do you 0.o

BTW what are you hoping to achieve by meditating? and what do you actually call meditating?

When ever I yous sounds like yours, I'm not meditating, I'm mind-power exercising, building mind energy's etc.

The most powerful mind-energy music I came across was 'First Orbit' A Taoist Meditation by Stephen Russell and Clifford White.
Was part of the 'Equator Project prayer'

Was from the 'new world paradise farm westhall halesworth Suffolk, not sure if still active

I still have the cassette tape.

PS if you get a copy don't drive to it, it builds energy and reaction times, so you end up going faster and faster, without any extra effort hehe

If you can feel the effects taking place, you are definitely doing it right! The things that you are imagining is actually you calling this light and fire to cleanse your body of all negativity, you are commanding it to happen so therefore it is why you feel lighter because now that it is all gone your spirited get lifted up out of your body. You go up a level, now it is easy to go back down and it ud ehy we need to be consistent with our meditation but I think you afe doing it right!
