Hi ! Dear Avalon members.I am a young person and i have lots of question as i grow up.I always search for answer especially things that people do not want to explained.I wonder,i don't know if your opinion or way of thinking different from mine but i want to ask to you because i don't trust other web documents,actually they do not point out my question.I sense that most of scientists don't want to admit that people can experience spiritual or extra ordinary events.Also they try to explain them kind of illusion came from religious knowledge.So what make me messed up is,i am not in any religion and in my logic and inner feeling i am not mad,but when science say that it is an illusion i feel paranoiac.Do you know any political intends or controls in scienc that works secretly so as to destroy persons innerself or pyschic sense.As you know many mental dissorder imply on that patience are mostly say that they are experiencing spiritual events and abilities such as seeing visions.I don't know if i could explain myself enough but i hope you guys can help me.

Oh, I think you'll find you'll be quite at home here with many o̶t̶h̶e̶r̶s of us at P.A. who also "see things" somewhat differently to mainstream "Science" ;)

may i add by your above comments - you seem quite sane
and maturely ripe for this inquiring endeavor ...

And yes there are many here who share the same sentiments
regarding religious dogma and government indoctrination ...

i suggest you browse the forum topic columns and use this
thread as base point for post asking other members questions
you might have - ongoing when you need some clarity.

First)
Don't just be taught things, observe and make your own mind first, you are unique. Just know it's all in you :)

Second)
Expect the unexpected!
If you look for the: non-mainstream, the unusual, the mystical, the paranormal etc then don't be shocked if you see it.
I'm trying to say, keep in control of your mind and don't let it be shocked.

Third)
look for things and experiences for yourself, don't look for them to show others.
IE Things like UFO's I tend not to try photographing them, I think that way you see more :)
Putting myself in a visitors place I wouldn't want cameras in my face clicking away all the time hehe
Unless part of your path is to show and take photographs .

You will find great depths of knowledge here in Avalon, so have a good rummage :sun:

I was trying to find a youtube video i had seen that lists all of the ways that conventional science tries to deny peoples' experiences, but since i cant, here's a partial list, all of which have been proven to exist:

- near death experiences
- faith healing
- remote viewing
- pschokinesis
- telepathy

So, dont let cold hearted atheists deny your own experience. Good luck on your journey.

Welcome Dear! You might find it helpful to read the poem I just posted a few minutes ago. It was a great help to me! There is SO much to learn & just being "still" & centered while asking for guidance from your "Guides" is a good way to start. Personally, I have found that I have had to withdraw from circles of people who do not wish to continue their own Spiritual Growth as they just sort of dragged me down. Scientific atheism is a form of new age religion. They deny anything beyond their comfort zone and attack all other angles. That's what God religions do. Trends and the times.
I stand for science, but it is a human construct and we must keep an open mind to change.
Basically there are two types of people; followers and leaders.
The majority of Sweden is scientific/atheist, and the reason is that most people follow that religion.
To be close minded and in need of leadership is only natural, but when the construct is beyond change it is structured and dangerous.
We as open minded people, as many on Avalon are, all we can do is help those whom are brave enough to break free from the chains of comfort, and accept those whom are in denial of their self-deception.

We can't force change, we can only speak for ourselves. Don't punish yourself for the ignorance of others.
