It’s as easy as ordering a book online: Sign up for an account, choose a method of payment, and receive the package in three to four business days.

But first, there are some choices to make. The fentanyl hydrochloride comes in a variety of quantities, ranging from a half-gram sample for $35 (U.S) to a kilogram for $21,000. It also comes in different strengths – purchasers are warned to “be careful” and do their research on the product, described as 99-per-cent pure. And of course, there are the related pharmaceutical products: the fentanyl patches, tablets and even lollipops.

Buyers are assured their package won’t get seized at the Canadian border. To avoid the risk of detection, says a supplier from China, he conceals the purchase alongside urine test strips. Not that there’s reason to worry: Canadian border guards cannot open packages weighing less than 30 grams without the consent of the recipient. (A Globe and Mail reporter corresponded with sellers and suppliers using a pseudonym and did not disclose himself as a journalist, in order to obtain accurate information from the seller.)

People feeling trapped in a world not of their making, and simply want a temporary vacation away, but what they are creating in labs now, and passing off, is deadly. When these OD'ers die, are they organ donors, because back in the day, they were pushing for organs and then we had "yellow jackets, and black beauties. Speed. Anyway the cycle will repeat itself in a "karma" because GHWB and his minions polluted African American oppressed and depressed communities with free crack at first, then cheap enough to become a regular. Sick trip, only God knows how I survived trying to block all the pain with that stuff. Now I deal with life, on life's terms, but trust, it wouldn't be an easier journey for this soul, if I didn't have my soulmate. I'm too flawed or imperfect to complain about his short comings with the multiples of my own I'm working on. Forgiveness is one that's hard. Expecially when the pain is still enduring/continuing in our communities. Fast money like that caused MA=Money Addiction to the oppressed poor black male drop out. That's how it all begins, and now the karma part. Bill Clinton pushed the cocaine in rural areas in the late 80's, GHWB pushed the crack, and now since they are back in Afghanistan to protect their heroine via our private contractors, I've no doubt they care about those people who are still spiking themselves, as long as the money keeps rolling in. You want a cure for this, then lock up the "Dons and Cons" that brought it to our neighborhoods. Pot is NOTHING compared to this and you can't overdose on pot. May get dizzy, but you won't die.
