I have been a member since Project Camelot and Im not even sure how I came to that community, other than obviously I share similar vibrations as the rest. So along my way I have met struggles and had to cope through really difficult emotional times. Id like to just list a few here, as I need remind too.
Thoughts - When I get drained or I am conflicted with an energy I do not align with, I find it best to start with a thought. What you think about is key, This is fundamental for me for control of the energy or emotions I create. If you send energy into a dark area, then you are fueling into that darkness. When I am striking out down a negative thought pattern, I say "thought words" to catch myself. No matter what I am complaining about or resisting, what I think about that is crucial. Being of love or fear, everything is a choice. Even your thoughts. Think positive.
Intentions - After you create the thought, the intention must be set to establish the connection. Intention can be easily felt by others, yourself, myself especially. Im rather sensitive to this and I feel it most in my gut. What ever you are thinking about, be it wishing health and love for self or healing, for another... The intention starts the flow from thought to the emotion, to disturb.
Visualizations - See it in your mind. What ever you are thinking and trying to attune to with intention, see it light up, watch it move, allow these visualizations to expand rapidly and remove your restrictions. Be free here, this is what really gives me the motion... in emotion.
Feelings - Then, I feel it. It hits me, rather heavy. I can feel them. I can feel source. I forget to often how simple it is to get knocked off mental course, and thats where we scatter from, so focus... feel it, just let it be. Its your body responding to your thoughts, your energy is flowing out into the Quanta, to create.
