some of you may remember that this story originally came out
in May 2015. The charge is that Israel nuked Yemen on behalf
of Saudi Arabia using a neutron bomb device (which kills the people
but leaves most of the strategic infrastructure standing)

I am glad you mention VT and the author is Gordon Duff self proclaimed disinfo agent.
As was in the previous post about nuke in Yemen.
I believe there are nukes in Yemen, Iraq and Syria.
Also I believe there are grander force/management that control/prevent any major nuclear explosion. And the kindergarten warden is monitoring the fighting kids, ensuring they do not destroy the kindergarten.
As for Gordon Duff material he is self proclaimed agent, working for the CIA. GD said his info is only 40% correct at best, and he twist and turn his stories to cover his handlers and their interests.
Have that in mind when you read his information.
Also you will find that by GD, Israel is the source of all evil on earth and the USG is victim to Israeli control. Read that with a grain of salt.
Understand that Israel hate is a cover story to larger reality he is not allowed to report.

VT sure likes to talk alot about nukes often. Makes for good fear mongering clickbait titles I guess?

VT is claiming that a neutron bomb attack, by Israel, on Yemen
is now 100% confirmed. And the article cited presents evidence
in support of that assertion.
Disturbingly, the evidence doesn't look weak.
Consider the implications:
There is usually disapproval and condemnation of North Korea for
test firing it's ballistic missiles and nukes.
But here we have a case where there's no sabre rattling, there's
just the deliberate, unprovoked use of a nuke... killing innocents
and NON-enermy combatants.
There's no justification here that Israel was acting defensively.
Yemen is no threat to Israel and there no Palestinian militias
fighting Saudi Arabia. One country dropped a really nasty bomb
on another country, with whom it had no grievance and no conflict.
It's really, really nasty stuff.
Surely to god, you can't just go deploying nukes willy nilly like this.
Where's Israel's guiding moral compass?
This looks like completely unprincipled behaviour.
Is Israel really running on expediency and immediate advantage ?

Yemen is controlled by the Shiites. Thus the perceived problem. Israel does not want any Shiite country to be strong.
VT is a somewhat paradoxical site. Some of their articles are very good and some make no sense at all. Duff tends to ramble a lot, giving snippets of inside info and then leaving it hang out there. But their information on the use of nukes in the Middle East is spot on. The demonstration of pixellated camera images is compelling. As good a telltale sign as there is for detecting a nuke explosion. I thought their article on the mini nuclear explosion of the Space X rocket was good too. Even Elon Musk would not rule out ET's. An X ray laser took it out. My oh my.
