Are the objects that are filmed over the Dugway Proving Grounds from secret black projects or are ETs watching and observing the projects at the New Area 51 from their craft? Another consideration is that secret programs are working with some ET groups. In conclusion unless the craft has insignia to determine origin we might not know the answer.
The first one is hard to tell for me, does it look like a long and narrow craft almost in a side view with a dim front light and brighter rear lights non-blinking?
