We aren't directly addressing this, there's seemingly an enormous amount of collusion, coercion and manipulation going on in the favor of the DNC Nominee, HRC.

So far it seems clear that:

Well that's what I'm hoping is the "silver lining" of this cycle, it's hitting the point that the corruption is so obvious that it will be very hard not to see and admit it exists (for the masses I assume are still unaware).

What will equally be interesting will be how the MSM spins and suppresses the malcontent of those fed up with the election and the general governments handling of it. I remember years ago reading about the level of corruption in other countries and now those same stories could be run again substituting a few words here and there, inserting words like 'United States of America'.

This speech is very effective sleight of hand.

First, he is misleading the people. There is evidence of voter fraud, contrary to his assertions ... I think everybody would agree to that.

But that's not even the real issue. The real issue is election fraud, which is much different from voter fraud. Tabulating the count is absolutely, fully, 100% centralized, by definition. Local officials (honest, crooked, or otherwise) do not count the vote. A (secretive) software program counts the votes.... It doesn't get any more centralized than that.

It is also quite relevant to this discussion (as many commentators have noted) that we are amid an unprecedented political coup d'etat, where one of the candidates, and his supporters--arguably a majority of the electorate--is attempting to usurp power from the political establishment via the political process itself. I think this is a central fact to this discussion and goes almost without saying that the political establishment (and it's electronic voting infrastructure) should be rightly considered with the highest degree of suspicion...

I did not mean to infer that the RNC is guilt free by this statement (they jumped on the "rigged election" band wagon as well recently (http://www.politico.com/story/2016/10/republican-national-committee-election-rigged-229936)), I think that this cycle is just the one where the Left gets dirty, the Right gave us "water gate" so obviously they get dirty too.

If anyone wants to know why the 'drama' leading up to the election is such a media circus beyond anything we have ever seen before does not have to look any further then the state of TV programming these days. If someone would have told me that 'reality TV' would take over so much of TV airtime as it has now I would have not believed it. Maybe I am taking it too far when I get the thought that 'reality TV' is perhaps created by way of a psyops think tank but it feathers in quite nicely to the current political climate. People won't be voting for substance in their political choices any more but on which candidate puts on the most captivating show.

An error made by a Sputnik News editor has revealed shocking information that US intelligence agencies may actively be trying to manipulate the presidential election, while also spying on Sputnik's staff of US citizens.

Last week, a 29-year-old American writer and editor for Sputnik News was duped by a viral — but out-of-context — screenshot from the WikiLeaks release of Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta's emails. The screenshot contained an excerpt from a story on Benghazi by Newsweek columnist Kurt Eichenwald, misattributed to Hillary Clinton's long time confidante Sidney Blumenthal. The Sputnik writer, Bill Moran, jumped on what he thought was a scoop, and published an article based on the misattribution.

Moran realized his error less than 30 minutes after publication and quickly deleted the story, which had accumulated around 1,000 views. It was an honest mistake.

By the time the story was pulled, however, the same viral tweet had made its way to someone in Donald Trump's campaign, and the candidate quoted the screenshot at a rally that day in Pennsylvania, claiming that Blumenthal himself acknowledged Clinton's culpability for the 2012 attack on the US embassy in Benghazi.

This perfect storm of human error resulted in a new Newsweek piece by Eichenwald, pushing a massive conspiracy theory and accusing Sputnik News — and therefore the "Russians" — of working with the Trump campaign. The story was dramatically headlined, "Dear Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin: I Am Not Sidney Blumenthal."
"I am Sidney Blumenthal. At least, that is what Vladimir Putin — and, somehow, Donald Trump — seems to believe," Eichenwald wrote.

"And that should raise concerns not only about Moscow's attempt to manipulate the election but also about how Trump came to push Russian disinformation to American voters." Eichenwald was then invited to make the US mainstream media rounds; CNN, NPR and others happily granted him a platform, without reaching out to Sputnik for a comment. It must be noted that several journalists — many of whom, to put it mildly, don't always agree with Sputnik — considered it their duty to report inconsistencies within Eichenwald's story. Buzzfeed's John Passantino was quick to point out that Trump was actually reading quotes from the same viral tweets that the Sputnik web editor initially read — rather than from the Sputnik article that appeared hours later.

With "The Trump-Putin Link That Wasn't," the Washington Post, hardly the most Trump-friendly or Sputnik-loving outlet out there, called out Newsweek's reporting for what it was: completely fabricated nonsense. Yet, when contacted by Moran, who sought to clarify what really happened, Eichenwald blocked him on Twitter.

When I then reached out to Eichenwald, he finally agreed to speak to Moran. This is where things took an interesting turn.

Eichenwald urged Moran in an email not to go public — even offering to get him a job at the New Republic to buy his silence. Even more frightening however, the Newsweek columnist and Vanity Fair editor asserted that his conspiracy theory, which was false, came from US Intelligence officials.
"You need to ask yourself — how does someone like me who is deeply wired into the intelligence community know so fast that you had posted this? It's not like I was sitting around reading Sputnik. Others are though, and they are not reading it 24-hours a day in real time for the purpose of keeping abreast of the news." It appears that Eichenwald is stating that the US Intelligence community immediately fed him this story to push a false conspiracy theory, linking Trump and the evil Russians. The lengthy email continues on to warn Moran that Sputnik's US writers — American journalists — are being investigated by intelligence divisions of the FBI.
"I guarantee you one thing: there is already a file on you in one of the security intelligence divisions of the FBI," Eichenwald wrote.

"You have been playing in a sandbox surrounded by very large, and mostly unseen, players, engaged in games you don't recognize."

"There are some things I know but I can't tell you, but what I will say is that, as far as American intelligence agencies are concerned, the event involving this manipulated document is far from over," he continued.

"America is in the middle of a large-scale cyberwar with Russia; if you don't know this, you need to read the coverage of what is going on, including the statements from the White House."
Eichenwald then alludes to his willingness to help Moran get a job at another larger outlet, the New Republic, if he would agree to keeping quiet on the Newsweek conspiracy theory.
"What I was going to discuss with you was places you should consider working in Washington — ones that won't serve to taint your reputation for the rest of your career," Eichenwald offered.
In response, Moran informed Eichenwald that he would be going public to clarify what had actually happened, as it is the right thing to do, even though Moran no longer worked at Sputnik (his contract was terminated following the initial misattribution.)
"I intend on proceeding forward in the public about things that I know beyond equivocation to be true — that I was the sole writer and editor at the DC bureau for Sputnik on Columbus Day, that I made an honest mistake, smoked a cigarette, and pulled the story 19 minutes later," Moran wrote.
He then told Eichenwald that all of this could be avoided with a simple correction on his end, as the Newsweek story had opened up his former co-workers — myself included — to slander and attacks that are unwarranted.
"I am, frankly, not doing it for the outlet at all," Moran wrote.

"My colleagues have been blistered with claims of treason, physical threats, and pictures of dead children sent to them. These are just ordinary reporters living in fear."
Eichenwald, seemingly infuriated with Moran's unwillingness to play ball, fired back another lengthy response, indicating that it would be his last communication directly with Moran — and that future correspondence would have to go through Newsweek's lawyers.
"William, I will start off by saying that as I promised, I took you at your word that the events were as you described and reached out to The New Republic on your behalf. They have a political reporter's job open. But at this point, I can't attest to your wisdom anymore nor do I completely trust you," he stated of his quid pro quo offer.

Eichenwald continued to urge Moran to allow his conspiracy theory from US intelligence officials to spread, without public correction, warning him that it would be "career suicide" to explain the truth of what happened:
"Until now, I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt and try to protect you from your determination to commit an act of permanent career suicide. But you seem more dedicated to clearing the name of Sputnik — which is the only thing mentioned in the story — than yourself, who was NOT mentioned in the story," Eichenwald said.
"I did not cite you as the one who performed the act of incompetence. It is you who wants to step forward and say you were the one who took unattributed anonymous stuff off of the internet and printed it. In terms of damage to your reputation, which is the standard under the laws you are citing, it is YOU who will be doing the damage, since at no point was your name mentioned. If you wish to argue in a court that publishing unattributed, anonymous and false snippets off of the internet is not cause for termination, you can do so."
Despite Eichenwald's threats, on Monday Moran published a piece detailing the events that transpired on Columbus Day, and what followed.

Newsweek, until now, has not retracted or amended Eichenwald's piece, despite Sputnik's attempts to reach out to them. The New Republic has also not responded to a request for comment.

This leaves us with an open question. Is one of the most famous and respected Washington journalists, who won the Payne Award for Ethics in Journalism in 2006, a liar of epic proportions? Or is US intelligence actively manipulating coverage of the election on behalf of one of the candidates?

This is a complicated (deliberately so) story to unravel.

Roughly speaking, and speaking from my admitted anti-Clinton perspective, here's what happened:

(1) A year ago, 21 Oct 2015, pro-Clinton Kurt Eichenwald wrote this long article about Benghazi for Newsweek: Benghazi Biopsy: A Comprehensive Guide to One of America’s Worst Political Outrages (http://www.newsweek.com/benghazi-biopsy-comprehensive-guide-one-americas-worst-political-outrages-385853).

In that article, which is mostly attacking in detail the Republican investigations of Benghazi as politically motivated attacks on Hillary, Kurt did acknowledge that Benghazi could have been prevented, writing :

One important point has been universally acknowledged by the nine previous reports about Benghazi: The attack was almost certainly preventable. Clinton was in charge of the State Department, and it failed to protect U.S. personnel at an American consulate in Libya. If the GOP wants to raise that as a talking point against her, it is legitimate.

That was a minor concession, in an otherwise strongly pro-Clinton, anti-Republican, article by Newseek's Kurt Eichenwald.

(2) Later that same day, 21 Oct 2015, Clinton senior adviser and confidant Sidney Blumenthal emailed Mr. Eichenwald’s story to Clinton campaign Chairman John Podesta.

(3) Then a year later, just 10 or 12 days ago now, in early October 2016, that email, from Blumenthal to Podesta (about Eichenwald's Newsweek article) showed up in a recent Wikileaks dump of some of Podesta's email. That email to Podesta is now visible at https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/2038

(4) The key step - now deleted from the public record: In the following now deleted tweet that shows in my following screenshot of someone else's screenshot of that tweet, Monday morning Oct 10, 2016, someone copied a part of the Wikileaks dumped email from Blumenthal to Podesta, [B]falsely blaming Blumenthal for the words of Eichenwald that said that Benghazi was almost certainly preventable:

(5) Trump delivered remarks last week Monday, Oct. 10, 2016, at a rally in Wilkes-Barre Twp, Pennsylvania, and quoted from the above tweet, which mistakenly said that (more famous) Sidney Blumenthal said that the Benghazi attack was almost certainly preventable, not realizing those were the words of Kurt Eichenwald of Newsweek.

(7) Twenty minutes later, Bill Moran realizes he made a mistake, that these were not Blumenthal's words (but just Blumenthal copying Eichenwald's words) and takes down the above Sputniknews.com post.

So far, this not too complicated ... by more than the usual mistakes and biases.

(8) Then Eichenwald (yes, the original Newsweek article author, above) learns of Trump's quoting the above tweet mistakenly blaming Blumenthal, and learns of the briefly posted article on Sputniknews.com also quoting that tweet ... and concludes that the Russians and the Russian friendly site Sputniknews.com are concocting and feeding Trump bogus anti-Clinton propaganda.

Eichenwald has pretty much resisted every effort to correct the record - that the above tweet caused a bit of confusion for a day over whether it was Blumenthal or Eichenwald who wrote that Benghazi was almost certainly preventable: He was (I read in one place, but have not verified) all over the major media talk shows this latest weekend, spreading the confusion that the Russians are driving this anti-Clinton campaign and feeding Trump.

It's the Russians! It's all the Russians interferring in our election. It's all Russian who are hacking into our email. It's all the Russians who are trying to rig our election! The Russians are coming!

Complicate, obfuscate, and tar and feather the designated boogeyman ... that's what Eichenwald's up to, along with most of the rest of the main stream media.

As I said before, I don’t see 20 14 as a date. It may be meant as one, but I deliberately prefer to play around with it anyway. If we substitute 14 for 20, we are in the year 1414. Next year is 1415, the year of the Battle of Agincourt. That was a place where shields proved highly ineffective as, against all the rules of chivalry in war, Henry V’s ‘happy few’ of English archers butchered the French aristocratic elite. These commoners were supposed to fight it out with their peers, not their betters. This was a game-changer, because many of the nobles, who were supposed to get off with a ransom, were either too eager to be in the front line and got picked off, or were taken prisoner in such unmanageable numbers that they mostly had to be executed. This was when getting killed really took the fun out of war and other ways had to be found to make money out of it while only the peasants got killed.

So, in 1415, the elite were on the losing end to hugely inferior numbers. Maybe the idea is for them, 600 years later in 2015, this time with the hugely inferior numbers in their (dis)favour, to inflict a similar massacre on the unsuspecting commoners.


Likewise Jesse Ventura himself has changed the game he plays; he moved into politics precisely to put an end to the ‘professional wrestling’ game. When he says ‘911 was an inside job’, they are not playing by the rules. And when Donald Trump makes the same claim in the presidential campaign, he is not playing by the rules either. This is not how Obama won his two terms. 911 itself was a modern Agincourt where the rulebook got torn up. It was a wargame that suddenly became all too real. This is what Trump has done to the presidential debate and why he is attracting so much attention: some of it (not all) is for real. Talk of sending ‘crooked Hillary’ to jail is like firing live ammunition. He really means it and she knows it. Someone is definitely going to get hurt.

How and when it became for real may not have been Trump’s doing at all. More likely it was the tsunami of public opinion that he stirred and which then carried him along, way beyond his original comfort zone. We saw something similar here in France when the comedian Coluche entered the presidential race in 1981. His platform was: they take us for fools: let’s vote for a fool. His poll rating rose to 16%, not just among ordinary people, but among the intelligentsia as well. He eventually pulled out, after pressure was applied by the professional politicians and apparently after receiving death threats. So we’ve known for a long time that there is a powerful force of the disenfranchised out there.

This is happening so much that the most damning evidence is ending up as background noise in the 24-hour election news cycle without ever making it into the mainstream news.



On October 7th, 2016, WikiLeaks publish thousands of emails belonging to John Podesta’s private email archives. More emails have been released in the days that followed. Podesta is Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign Chairman. He previously served as Chief of Staff to President Bill Clinton and Counselor to President Barack Obama.

The Podesta emails give insight into why there has been such little fanfare in the mainstream media regarding many of the most damning allegations against Clinton.

The fact that most of the newsworthy information contained in the emails is not being reported by the corporate media is indicative of the incestuous relationship between the mainstream media and the Clinton campaign – and is on full display in the Podesta emails.

While there are dozens of bombshell revelations contained within the emails –including transcripts of speeches to Wall St. banks that Clinton had refused to release, hidden policy positions, and evidence of collusion with brutal regimes – the most damning is the collusion and control of the U.S. media on display in the emails.

Essentially, the media has been weaponized as a means of controlling public opinion by propagandizing the American people. World renowned academic Noam Chomsky, in his book “Manufacturing Consent: The Political Economy of the Mass Media,” detailed how U.S. media frequently serve as an errand boy for U.S. corporate, military and imperial interests.

Chomsky forwarded the idea of what he called a “propaganda model.” Although the book was written in 1988, it speaks precisely to what is currently taking place and clearly revealed in the Podesta emails.

yes, crime has decline all over the western world except where there is war, or the result of it (like mass refugees non integrated to their new society).

What has been found is that crime rates are proportional to the amount of youth in a given time or a given country. Bigger is the youth group, higher the crime rate. When testosterone decrease ;), crime decrease. Most western countries have older population and crime is down consequently (must be too hard to rob banks with arthritis filled knees lolll). I am not sure however if this hold for white collar crimes (Clinton and banksters). I would have, through logic, a tendency to think it does not, because older and more experience you are, easier it is to know the trick of the trade in order to fool the system.

For Americans: keeping guns or not will have no impact on the amount of crimes perpretated as such, it will only have an impact on the death levels due to crime. So in all logic, with a decreasing crime rate, it becomes worthless to demand that people give up their right to own arms. And we can therefore see that the increase in the number of prisoners in the US makes statistically no sense - therefore it is most probably for increase profits that this happens.

For the rest of us, Canadian and Europeans, well, we forfeited this right long ago.

“I see elections as so much of a charade,” the former Texas congressman said during an April 11 appearance on RT America’s “The Fishtank.” “So much deceit goes on.”
Paul is no stranger to the twisted rules of the American presidential horse race. He ran for the highest office as a Libertarian in 1988, and in 2008 and 2012 as a Republican.

He arguably came closest to the nomination in 2012, when the GOP amended its party regulations to prevent the former Texas representative from stealing Mitt Romney’s thunder.

Rule 40(b) of “The Rules of the Republican Party” was changed so the Republican National Committee could “limit the visibility and power of libertarian-minded Texas Rep. Ron Paul at the convention and thus present a unified front behind Mitt Romney, the presumptive nominee,” according to David Byler, an elections analyst at RealClearPolitics. The rule requires that, in order to win the nomination, a candidate must have the support of a majority of delegates from eight states.

Although recent wins have tipped Sen. Ted Cruz past the cut off, the rule as written came close to helping Trump take the nomination. Paul warned that the GOP’s machinations to block Donald Trump are a sign of a corrupt, undemocratic system.

“I’ve worked on the assumption … for many, many decades, that whether there’s a Republican or a Democrat president, the people who want to keep the status quo seems to have their finger in the pot and can control things,” he said in the interview.

“They just get so nervous, though, if they have an independent thinker out there — whether it’s Sanders, or Trump or Ron Paul, they’re going to be very desperate to try to change things.”

Paul had nothing but scorn for Trump’s policies: “He’s offering us nothing new, and he’s going backward in many ways.”

He suggested that the 2016 election is “a lot more entertainment than anything else” because none of the candidates “have answers” to modern political problems.

Even so, Paul interprets the success of these outsider candidates as a sign that “more people are discovering that the system is all rigged and voting is just pacification for the voters and it really doesn’t count.”

“I don’t think there’s an easy way out for the establishment or the parties,” he noted, explaining that Democrats and Republicans would both rather risk“further alienation of the people” than allow a candidate to succeed who could shake up the system.

Paul recalled his own 2012 encounter with Rule 40(b) as an important political lesson for both himself and the American people.

“I was upset about it but didn’t want to waste too much energy being angry because this is the way the system works,” he said. “It’s a rotten system.”

A long-time Hillary supporter, Iger appears in an email chain — subject: “Email from Steve Bing” — with Clinton campaign head John Podesta and Steve Bing and Andy Sowers from Shangri-LA business group.

The emails refer to Iger expressing an interest in taking an active role in the campaign stating, “"He wants to be helpful." In a follow-up email months later, Bing mentioned that Iger had connected with Podesta and that those discussions had gone well, “[Iger’s] had a couple of good talks with you.”

At this point, we don’t know the outcome of Iger’s conversations with Podesta or what it meant to Clinton’s campaign, but we do know the Disney’s leader co-hosted a Beverly Hills fundraiser at billionaire Haim Saban’s home last August that carried a $100,000 cover charge for hosting couples.

According to a Washington Free Beacon story last year, “Disney CEO Bob Iger has given more than $400,000 to Democratic candidates (including Hillary Clinton) and campaign committees since 1999.”

Iger’s aggressive support of Democrats, in general, and Hillary Clinton, in particular, provides cover ABC News to be as biased as its left-wing heart desires.

In this video released by Project Veritas Action, a top Democratic donor is caught on camera disparaging members of the African American community at a fundraiser for North Carolina U.S. Senate candidate Deborah Ross. In the video, prominent Ross donor Benjamin Barber expresses his opinion about blacks who vote Republican by comparing them to Nazis.

The emails supplement an ample amount of existing evidence that the DNC overtly favored Clinton during the presidential primary process, despite the fact it is supposed to be politically neutral between different Democratic candidates. Bernie Sanders’ campaign.

Two hours into the count, the DNC election fix was discovered and undone. This prevented Hillary from stealing a win that she did not earn. She was told she could not lose, so she had not prepared for a loss. The details of this may never fully see the light of day. The intelligence community knows the truth, including the truth behind the claims of hacking. That is only an attempt to de-legitimize the election. The report was delivered to Trump via courier, which is why Trump recently mentioned that sending messages via courier is the safest method and that he knows things that others don't know. He is in the loop, despite the assertions that he's not taking his intelligence briefings.

I have read the CIA report, and it is full of politically motivated opinions. Nothing of evidentiary value will be disclosed because it would reveal classified assets that were used to develop the intelligence. I cannot fully disclose either for the same reason. If all goes well, Trump will assume the role of POTUS and most of this mess will be forgotten. With what he knows, hopefully steps will be taken to prevent this sort of mess from happening again in future elections. The corruption in both political parties, and in many outside of politics with stakes in the game, is rampant. If our country is to survive this, we need a huge broom to sweep away the corruption in our political system and those outside of politics that use their money to buy what they want from the politicians.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has released a new batch of documents cataloging the investigation of Democratic Presidential Nominee Hillary Clinton. The documents were released Sunday on the bureau's website, (https://vault.fbi.gov/hillary-r.-clinton)which has a page dedicated to the investigation of Hillary Clinton. WikiLeaks called attention to the release on their Twitter account with a link to a web archive listing (http://archive.is/PBVpZ) showing the updated page. The FBI did not make an announcement related to the release.

FBI quietly releases new Hillary Clinton investigation documents (part 5) [as yet, no announcement]
http://archive.is/PBVpZ The lack of comment by FBI officials has generated more questions than answers about the scale of the investigation into Clinton. The file is 299 pages and many of the documents are part of the basics of building a federal case including the preservation of records, evidence chain of custody, and listing many seized items.

There are many redactions in the documents, however, the context shows the investigation made significant progress before the contested Democratic primary race started in 2016, as most of the documents are dated in 2015. Many of the documents also reveal the procedures used to conceal details of the FBI's investigation.

The first document in the file is the initial report titled "Opening of Full Investigation on a Sensitive Investigative Matter (SIM)," which is dated July 10, 2015. It states the investigation is designated as a SIM because of the "connection to a current public official, political appointee or candidate," which kept the status of the case out of the public domain.

The same report also lists the case as a prohibited investigation, which receives special classification for counterintelligence needs.
"Due to the extremely sensitive nature of this investigation and the damage its disclosure could cause, the case will be designated as a prohibited investigation in accordance with Counterintelligence Division Policy Implementation Guide," the report states.
FBI's Counterintelligence division requested the preservation of records for multiple lists of email accounts. One list included 422 redacted accounts and another listed 912 accounts. All of the requests are dated August 18, 2015.

On page 235 of the documents, the FBI admits the Office of Inspector General found classified materials on Clinton's server. This means the FBI knew about this leak well before anything was made public — and while Clinton was publicly denying it the entire time.

The claims of Russian responsibility for the hack have been heavily criticized by security experts in the US intelligence community (http://thefreethoughtproject.com/intelligence-officials-debunk-russian-hack/). The original hacker Guccifer, whom the 2.0 moniker is referencing, has also dismissed the US government's claims as 'crazy' in an interview last week (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/01/04/guccifer-casts-doubt-on-obama-administrations-russia-hacking-claims.html).

'Americans are crazy about the Russian thing and that Russians are invading the United States,' Guccifer said regarding the Russian hacking claims. 'It's crazy ... it's this hysteria you know?'

The scandal revealed detailed and continuous efforts by DNC officials to get Hillary Clinton selected as the nominee, the most controversial of which involved the DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz. American news media has continued to claim that Russian efforts to influence voters was the cause of Hillary Clinton losing, but largely ignores the content of Hillary Clinton's numerous scandals, even after the election ended. Hillary Clinton's problems aren't going away, according to House Oversight Chair Jason Chaffetz, who has vowed to continue the investigation into her use of a private email server.

The Republican congressman told CNN (http://edition.cnn.com/2017/01/09/politics/jason-chaffetz-hillary-clinton-email-investigation/index.html?sr=twpol010917jason-chaffetz-hillary-clinton-email-investigation0927PMStoryLink&linkId=33185261): "Just because there was a political election doesn't mean it goes away."

Chaffetz described Clinton's use of a private email server during her time as secretary of state as "the largest breach of security in the history of the State Department."

"It cannot, and should not be repeated ever again," said Chaffetz, whose committee possesses subpoena power. After reopening the investigation weeks before the presidential election in November, FBI Director James Comey told Congress that they had failed to unearth any new information that would warrant bringing charges against Clinton.

President-elect Donald Trump continuously attacked Clinton over her use of a private email server during her time as secretary of state, claiming he would prosecute her if elected. Following his election success, the president-elect changed his attitude toward Clinton, claiming she had already "suffered greatly."

Chaffetz said his committee would be open to investigating issues arising from Trump's administration too, claiming his job "is not to be a cheerleader for the president."

When questioned about possible conflicts of interest arising from Trump's businesses, Chaffetz admitted that the laws regarding conflicts and the president "should be tightened up," but declined to comment on specific cases.

Along with the Clinton investigation, the committee will continue other outstanding investigations, including the ATF gunwalking scandal where guns were allowed to be sold to straw buyers to track them.

An investigation into Mylan, the manufacturers of EpiPen whose price increased dramatically will also continue, according to Chaffetz, who said the company "fed us a bunch of bull."

Was Seth Rich murdered for being the source for WikiLeaks?

Many have speculated what happened to the DNC staffer after he was mysteriously murdered around the exact same time he worked to file a lawsuit against the DNC for rigging the election against Bernie Sanders and in favor of Hillary Clinton.

There are a ton of issues with the entire situation, but Julian Assange may have tipped his hand on this case. Wikileaks announced months ago that they would offer a $20,000 reward for information that lead to a conviction in the Seth Rich murder case

Seth Rich worked for the DNC as a voter database employee. The case has no witnesses, clues, or evidence, and it has sparked many to revisit claims of a possible Clinton kill list.

Clue#1: Less than a week after the initial WikiLeaks email dump, Rich was shot in the back of the head late at night while walking back to his apartment. He was not robbed nor was his apartment broken into.

Clue #2: Julian Assange has never offered a reward of any kind and has never spoken on behalf of anyone being named as a source.

When you watch the two minute video below, notice Assange's mannerisms and how careful thought out his answers are. He is struggling to keep Rich a secret, but we can clearly see he was the source that played a major role in taking down Hillary Clinton.

Clue #3: Hidden Americans recently released investigative analysis on the multiple ways in which Seth Rich was connected to Hillary Clinton's campaign. They showed a link between Julian Assange and Seth Rich, and that Assange had all but confirmed Rich was helping him.

After all, Seth worked in the voter database division, so he had access to the database centers - which could be how Assange gained access to all of the DNC's data materials and emails.

Clue #4: John Podesta, Hillary's campaign chairman and top ally, emailed about "making an example out of the leaker."

One can easily see how quickly this can go from a conspiracy theory to a strong argument. There are many clues here that point to the Clintons having Seth Rich murdered. The evidence appears to be strong enough for Julian Assange to risk it all by trying to help solve this murder.

Although Julian Assange has not officially indicated that Rich was his source, he did admit that Rich was murdered assassination style, and that points a giant finger towards the Clintons and their long history of "mysterious murders."

It was reported that Rich was shot in the back of the head while he was leaving his car. He was not robbed, moved, or anything. His apartment was not broken into, nor was any evidence left behind indicating he was robbed. Which raises the question: Isn't it very suspicious that Rich was murdered shortly after WikiLeaks began releasing all of their info on the DNC's collusion with Hillary?

Again, it is vital that this story does not slip away and lose attention. Rich was more than likely the staffer that provided WikiLeaks all of the information they needed to destroy Hillary and her presidential campaign.

He is an American hero, and we should treat him and this case in that respect.

While everyone's been gearing up for President Trump's inauguration, the Clinton Foundation (http://www.investors.com/politics/editorials/clinton-foundation-scandal/) made a major announcement this week that went by with almost no notice: For all intents and purposes, it's closing its doors.

In a tax filing, the Clinton Global Initiative said it's firing 22 staffers and closing its offices, a result of the gusher of foreign money that kept the foundation afloat suddenly drying up after Hillary Clinton failed to win the presidency.

It proves what we've said all along: The Clinton Foundation was little more than an influence-peddling scheme to enrich the Clintons, and had little if anything to do with "charity," either overseas or in the U.S. That sound you heard starting in November was checkbooks being snapped shut in offices around the world by people who had hoped their donations would buy access to the next president of the United States.

And why not? There was a strong precedent for it in Hillary Clinton's tenure as secretary of state. While serving as the nation's top diplomat, the Clinton Foundation took money from at least seven foreign governments — a clear breach of Clinton's pledge on taking office that there would be total separation between her duties and the foundation.

Is there a smoking gun? Well, of the 154 private interests who either officially met or had scheduled phone talks with Hillary Clinton while she was secretary of state, at least 85 were donors to the Clinton Foundation or one of its programs.

In November, we asked the question: "Is The Clinton Foundation Doomed (http://www.investors.com/politics/editorials/after-trumps-win-is-the-clinton-foundation-doomed/)?" The answer is yes.

All the way back in May, we outlined how the Clinton Foundation had taken in $100 million from a collection of Gulf sheikhs and billionaires, along with millions from private businesses, who expected — and received — special access to the State Department's top official, Hillary.

In his 2015 book "Clinton Cash (https://www.amazon.com/Clinton-Cash-Foreign-Governments-Businesses/dp/0062369296)," author Peter Schweizer showed how during Hillary's years in government "the Clintons have conducted or facilitated hundreds of large transactions (either as private citizens or government officials) with foreign governments, corporations and private financiers." He called the sums going to the Clintons "staggering."

Using the Freedom of Information Act, Judicial Watch in August obtained emails (http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/elections/2016/08/23/experts-new-clinton-state-dept-emails-show-donor-access-not-favors/89118156/) (that had been hidden from investigators) showing that Clinton's top State Department aide, Huma Abedin, had given "special expedited access to the secretary of state" for those who gave $25,000 to $10 million to the Clinton Foundation. Many of those were facilitated by a former executive of the foundation, Doug Band, who headed Teneo, a shell company that managed the Clintons' affairs.

As part of this elaborate arrangement, Abedin was given special permission to work for the State Department, the Clinton Foundation and Teneo — another very clear conflict of interest.

As Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said at the time, "These new emails confirm that Hillary Clinton abused her office by selling favors to Clinton Foundation donors."

The seedy saga doesn't end there. Indeed, there are so many facets to it, some may never be known. But there is still at least one and possibly four active federal investigations into the Clintons' supposed charity.

Americans aren't willing to forgive and forget. Earlier this month, the IBD/TIPP Poll asked Americans whether they would like President Obama to pardon Hillary for any crimes she may have committed as secretary of state, including the illegal use of an unsecured homebrew email server. Of those queried, 57% said no. So if public sentiment is any guide, the Clintons' problems may just be beginning.

Writing in the Washington Post in August of 2016, Charles Krauthammer pretty much summed up the whole tawdry tale (https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/the-bribery-standard/2016/08/25/958e4eb6-6ae8-11e6-ba32-5a4bf5aad4fa_story.html?utm_term=.8c4e06a6078c): "The foundation is a massive family enterprise disguised as a charity, an opaque and elaborate mechanism for sucking money from the rich and the tyrannous to be channeled to Clinton Inc.," he wrote. "Its purpose is to maintain the Clintons' lifestyle (offices, travel accommodations, etc.), secure profitable connections, produce favorable publicity and reliably employ a vast entourage of retainers, ready to serve today and at the coming Clinton Restoration."

Except, now there is no Clinton Restoration. So there's no reason for any donors to give money to the foundation. It lays bare the fiction of a massive "charitable organization," and shows it for what it was: a scam to sell for cash the waning influence of the Democrats' pre-eminent power couple. As far as the charity landscape goes, the Clinton Global Initiative won't be missed.

Trump argument bolstered: Clinton could have received 800,000 votes from noncitizens, study finds

Hillary Clinton garnered more than 800,000 votes from noncitizens on Nov. 8, an approximation far short of President Trump’s estimate of up to 5 million illegal voters but supportive of his charges of fraud.
Political scientist Jesse Richman of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, has worked with colleagues to produce groundbreaking research on noncitizen voting, and this week he posted a blog in response to Mr. Trump’s assertion.
Based on national polling by a consortium of universities, a report by Mr. Richman said 6.4 percent of the estimated 20 million adult noncitizens in the U.S. voted in November. He extrapolated that that percentage would have added 834,381 net votes for Mrs. Clinton, who received about 2.8 million more votes than Mr. Trump.Mr. Richman calculated that Mrs. Clinton would have collected 81 percent of noncitizen votes.
“Is it plausible that non-citizen votes added to Clinton’s margin? Yes,” Mr. Richman wrote. “Is it plausible that non-citizen votes account for the entire nation-wide popular vote margin held by Clinton? Not at all.”
Still, the finding is significant because it means noncitizens may have helped Mrs. Clinton carry a state or finish better than she otherwise would have.

RUSSIANS, RUSSIANS….EVERYWHERE: WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO THE 2016 US ELECTION, WHO DID IT, & WHY


Before we dive into a little reality check for America, I would like to lay out what this article is, and is not – and what you the reader can expect to take away from it. This way you can save time, and simply decide not to read further.

What I am willing to offer you is the Truth as I have discovered it. My quest for this particular Truth began quite some time prior to even the concept of election hacking, with an investigation into the Guccifer phenomenon. I did not search out these Truths so that I could enlighten the world, I am not a journalist. This is part of my job as an Information Activist to be aware of the playing field and actors operating in Cyber Space. As such, I neither have, nor would I provide if I did – any sort of hard ‘forensic’ evidence of what I am about to tell you. For the average reader, the veracity of my conclusions must rest solely upon my own reputation in both knowledge and honesty. I am simply not in the business of providing evidence to the world and potentially law enforcement that could be used against my fellow hackers in the Underground. If it’s proof you demand, your journalists and law enforcement will need to seek that out themselves based on what I will present here – as I’ll not help them. That is their job, not mine.

What I will provide is a cogent and logical, albeit radically different – concept of what actually took place during the latest election cycle in the USA. It will tangent more than a few data points already in the public domain, more than enough to warrant and facilitate further investigation. Certainly enough to bring into question the prevailing narrative coming from the USA government and it’s proxy media in the west regarding the latest election. With all this in mind, this is what I learned investigating the circumstances of the 2016 Election in the USA.

As I stated above, my investigation began long before the election cycle in the USA even got underway, and was instead centered on what I have come to call the Guccifer Phenomenon. And here at the very beginning is where I will straight away leave the mainstream narrative behind with a startling discovery. Wrap your mind around this, Guccifer is not a person – it is a Crew! Approximately six to eight individuals from Ukraine, Serbia, and Romania. Now let’s drill down on this so you understand exactly what I mean here. First I don’t believe this Crew ever called themselves Guccifer Crew. That was most likely a stage name, not even the actual hacker handle but a simple front name – for the person who was the leader of this Crew. An individual we now know is a Romanian hacker currently serving consecutive terms first in Romania than in the USA for cyber crime related offenses.

Eventually, I made contact with one member of this Crew whom I shall not name. Nor will I share what we discussed in specific terms. We talked in general about the state of hacktivism in the West versus Eastern Europe and Russia. We specifically spoke in that regard about Anonymous and it’s presence in Russia. I found this individual to be calm and thoughtful, intelligent and skilled. My feeling is that like so many Hacker Crews coming from that region, they didn’t even fly a flag or even have a name for their Crew. Certainly, they had no public meme like that. They did seem very tight, loyal, and compatible. While not affiliated with Anonymous, they were in contact with and worked with individual Anons and Anonymous Cells all over the world. A solid underground Crew with no need for glamor, or even a name. And certainly not affiliated with any Nation State. Of this, I’m absolutely certain.

Now let’s examine the three major cyber-related events that appear to have significantly influenced the Election, and caused massive chaos in the government of the USA. First, the hack and dump of the DNC E-Mail spool. We all know who everyone says did it, the omnipowerful and omnipresent Russian Spooks. Obviously, my investigation led me to a completely different conclusion. Instead, for me, the trail led to a Cell within the Global Collective called Anonymous Russia. This National Cell is managed by approximately eight individuals, six of whom have been arrested by Russian authorities since the election and charged with some extremely weird cyber-offenses. One member of this Cell managed to escape and is publicly seeking political asylum in Eastern Europe. I believe this Cell liberated the DNC E-Mail spool, gave it to the Guccifer Crew, who in turn delivered it to WikiLeaks for publication. This hand-off was necessitated not for obfuscation of nation state involvement, but because of the language gap – which the Guccifer Crew is better at navigating than Anonymous Russia.

The motive here was simple political hacktivism. Like it or not Russian Information Activists have as much reason (arguably more) to hate the USA as Jester and his “Patriot Hackers” have to hate Russia. And to argue they were either State sponsored or State sanctioned is ludicrous and ignores the glaring reality that the entire cell was wiped out by FSB, save one lone Anon who escaped – just after the election.

That brings us to the Podesta hack and dump of his personal E-Mail spool. This was accomplished in-house by the Guccifer Crew. And again, this was strictly motivated by political hacktivism, in this case specifically, it was the NATO interference in the Ukraine situation. Which brings us to the persona known publicly as Guccifer 2.0. There has been so much speculation as to this individual. Except….they’re not. An individual, that is. This is simply the main public account of the current Guccifer Crew (sans their leader, who’s in prison) which I believe is admined by the person who now leads the Crew, but is accessible to at least two other individuals in the Crew. There are numerous leads I can’t discuss that led me to this particular conclusion. But one piece of public evidence screams out, and cinched it up for me as a Black Hat hacker myself.

In the course of these events, both Guccifer and Guccifer 2.0 gave interviews to main stream media outlets. It was the first, with the original Guccifer, currently incarcerated in Romania, that I paid the closest attention to in order to determine how legitimate Guccifer 2.0 was. You might ask, how does that work? Simple. Black Hat hackers are a culture, and quite predictable in many areas. One of those is name space. Your handle is everything, it’s your brand, your personal reputation, and eventually your legacy. Hackers in the Underground are extremely covetous of this name space. The name Guccifer is a truly fantastic name space, both topically because it just sounds cool and is easy to remember, and also because of the legacy the first original Guccifer attached to it with his amazing hacks. If Guccifer 2.0 were anything but 100% legitimate, the original Guccifer would have made an unmistakable point in no uncertain terms of outing and denying the persona during his interview. Instead, he did exactly the opposite, not saying one word about Guccifer 2.0. Because they were his Crew. Guccifer didn’t cooperate when captured, he remained loyal to his Crew and would do anything to protect them. This is all obvious and beyond dispute to actual Black Hat Hackers in the Underground, who understand that honor is everything and that collaborators should rot in hell.

This brings us to WikiLeaks. Some have tried to argue that these dumps could have been accomplished without the assistance of WikiLeaks. This is plain stupid. Yes, there are many disclosure platforms that have cropped up in WikiLeaks wake – but to have the sort of devastating political impact that these disclosures had requires the top shelf, not spin-offs. The expertise and sheer grace with which Julian navigated these bomb-shell disclosures once again affirms his utter genius in the realm of Information Activism.

There has been a massive attempt by the disingenuous msm media in the West to try to somehow connect WikiLeaks to the Russian government, thus explaining the motivation for his disclosure strategy. Now, I’m not going to attempt to speak for or climb into the head of Julian Assange, despite my deep love for him and the mutual respect we share as comrades in this movement. But I am going to state some obvious and well-known facts. WikiLeaks and Anonymous, as well as the Hacker Underground in the West – are at war with the government of the USA. This war was declared by the USDOJ in 2010, and has been raging ever since. This is well-established hacktivist history.

While no other motivation is necessary to adequately explain the actions of WikiLeaks in this election, there is another motivation I suspect crossed Assange’s mind. I know for a fact that for many years Julian’s over-arching concern has been obtaining the freedom of alleged leaker Chelsea Manning from her 35 year prison term. Her commutation was so controversial, so politically charged, that I believe Obama would have used any excuse he could find to avoid it. Had Hillary won the election, her being a fellow liberal may have been enough for Obama to say **** it and punt the whole mess into her term for her to deal with. And come on, as much as Clinton despises WikiLeaks and Julian do you really believe she would have ever helped Manning? I for one seriously doubt it. That would have meant at bare minimum Chelsea would have remained in a cage for an additional twelve to sixteen years awaiting a new pardon cycle with a new liberal leadership. And if that didn’t come, she may well have served the entire sentence – if she survived. Trump getting elected forced Obama’s hand, and left him with little choice but to do the right thing.

Tandem to WikiLeaks actions during the election, there were a handful of Anons and Information Activists here in the west (myself included) who seeing this successful strategy unfolding leaped in to assist WikiLeaks in the dissemination of the disclosures, and to generally support the effort by wreaking havoc in any way possible. This group was small, maybe eight individuals – as most of the western Information Activists didn’t understand the point and thought Julian had gone crazy or been co-opted by the Russians. And like everyone else we’ve examined so far, and particularly co-tangent to WikiLeaks – the motivation of this small band of hacktivists assisting Wikileaks was hatred of the USA for its political persecution of Information Activists using the brutal CFAA.

There has been much talk from the western White Hats about signatures. The Russian Spooks did it, because the IP address signature, the code signature, and the behavioral signatures all matched a supposed gang of Russian Agents hacking for the State. Let’s start with the IP signatures. Please. It’s called a VPN. Mine has three Russian exit nodes if I need them. Then there’s always IP spoofing. An IP is zero evidence of anything, and anyone who is honest needs to admit this. As for code signatures, this may impress the average citizen – but a Black Hat will simply laugh out loud. We trade, sell, and steal each others code (and code from White Hats as well) so much that this is a ridiculous thing to try and pin down. I just busted open a random script for a payload I have in my arsenal and I counted code from five countries on three continents in one package.

That leaves behavioral signatures. In the above analysis of the Election, there were essentially only two primary hacks involved, the DNC and Podesta attacks. They were both simple E-Mail spool theft and dump operations. Something the Russian Intelligence has never done in its entire history. But there is a group for whom E-Mail hack and dump is a very signature behavior: Anonymous. Let’s look at some recent history.

2008: Sarah Palin’s E-Mail is hacked by Anonymous and her spool is dumped to WikiLeaks, who published them.

2010: HB Gary Federal, a cyber security contractor – is hacked by Anonymous. Seventy thousand E-Mails are taken and published on Barrett Brown’s site Project PM.

2011: A hacktivist crew loosely affiliated with Anonymous called Anti Sec hacks the private Intelligence firm Stratfor, stealing years of E-Mail and eventually dumping them to WikiLeaks who published them as the “Global Intelligence Files”.

2012: My own Crew, together with Anti Sec – hack the E-Mail of the entire Syrian government, including the private accounts of President Assad and his wife. In total, over 70 million E-Mails are liberated, dumped to WikiLeaks, and were subsequently published.

How’s that for signature behavior? O-o You know what they said to Snow White, right? If the shoe fits….

The event that shaped the dossier more than any other was the hack of the DNC. Guccifer 2.0 first began releasing documents on June 15. A week later, Steele produced his first report. The Hillary Clinton that emerged from the DNC emails was preternaturally unsuited to a populist moment. Here she was: the Hillary Clinton who made high-priced speeches to Wall Street on the eve of the Iowa caucuses. Here was the co-executive of the international slush funds of the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative. Here was the power-hungry political boss who worked with the DNC to fix the Democratic primaries. Clinton’s supporters instinctively understood the size of the wound that the hack opened up, and they worked frantically to cauterize it — which meant deflecting attention from the greed, entitlement, and sleaze that characterized Clinton, Inc.

The dossier quickly became a tool for denying the deficiencies of Bill and Hillary Clinton, projecting them onto Donald Trump. Is Bill Clinton a sexual predator? That’s nothing. Trump pays teams of prostitutes to pee on him! Did Hillary Clinton preside over the failed “reset” with Russia? That’s nothing. Putin is blackmailing Trump, and he fears Hillary! Did Bill Clinton pocket a $500,000 fee for a speech he gave in Moscow, shortly before the sale of American uranium to Russian interests? That’s nothing. Trump’s been dependent on Putin for years! Do the emails from the DNC prove that Hillary Clinton rigged the primaries? That’s nothing. Trump conspired with Putin to rig the entire election!

In the wake of the DNC hack, leading figures in the press and senior officials in the Obama administration faced a choice. They could depict Carter Page as he really was: an unknown man of modest accomplishments who played no role of note in the Trump organization. Or they could conspire with Fusion GPS to promote the fiction that he was a sly operative in a sinister network. In a fateful choice, they opted for dishonesty and deception over truth.

Once the enablers of Hillary Clinton compromised their own integrity, they internalized her program of denial and projection. Their own egos are now invested in perpetuating it. To avoid owning up to their shortcomings, they insist, in ever-shriller tones, on the personal integrity of the super spy and the credibility of his reports. The mere acknowledgement of a simple truth — that the “dossier” is junk — would constitute an admission either of deep professional malfeasance or of gob-smacking gullibility.

Choose your poison: You duped people and thereby abetted a gross abuse of power; or you were yourself badly duped. That is the dilemma that the lofty-minded now face. The choice is excruciating. It requires abandoning satisfying self-images and embracing painful self-truths — while also handing a well-deserved victory to a hated political enemy. As a consequence, the Steele dossier has proved to be as consequential as it is asinine.


The Greatest Denier

Of course, no one is in deeper denial than Hillary Clinton herself. After she had conceded to Trump on the night of the election, Obama called her. Taking the phone, she said, “Mr. President, I’m sorry.”

Sorry, no doubt, that the baton had fallen to the ground once again. Sorry that she would not be the first female president. Sorry that she would not hold the reins of power. But was contrition an aspect of any component of her sorrow?

If there is one thing Hillary Clinton does not do well, it is contrition. In an interview last September, she clung to the fiction that the election was stolen. Her belief that Trump conspired with Putin was absolute. “There certainly was communication, and there certainly was an understanding of some sort,” Clinton said. She had “no doubt” that Putin sought a Trump victory, that there was “a tangle of financial relationships” between Trump and Russia, and that Trump’s associates “worked really hard to hide their connections with Russians.” Were those, in her mind, clear signs of collusion? “I’m convinced of it,” she said.

She will remain convinced until the day she dies. The alternative, a rigorous examination of conscience, is too painful to contemplate. How much longer will Hillary Clinton’s damaged psyche hold America hostage?

It is noteworthy that the largest tranches were received there in 2015-2016, when Hillary Clinton fought for the White House.”

Well, this is an interesting development.

I hadn't really been paying too much attention to any potential developments around this, but, many years after the fact there appears now to have been some movement.

Donald Trump has sued Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee and other people and entities tied to the investigation of Russian election interference in 2016, claiming that in a bid to rig the election they orchestrated a conspiracy which made Watergate “pale in comparison”.

The suit came a day after the release of a letter from a prosecutor (https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2022/mar/23/donald-trump-crime-accusation-prosecutor-mark-pomerantz) in New York who said he believed Trump was “guilty of numerous felony violations” in his business affairs, despite the district attorney in Manhattan choosing not to indict.

Trump beat Clinton for the presidency in 2016. Nonetheless, six years on he alleges she is guilty of “racketeering” and a “conspiracy to commit injurious falsehood”, among other claims.

The 108-page lawsuit follows suits filed by Trump and allies in the aftermath of the 2020 election, alleging Joe Biden’s victory was the result of electoral fraud. Out of 62 such suits, only one succeeded.

Among those also listed as defendants in the new suit are ex-FBI officials James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page; the former British spy Christopher Steele, author of a famous dossier on Trump’s links to Moscow; Jake Sullivan, now national security adviser to Joe Biden; and John Podesta, Clinton’s campaign chair.

The suit was filed in US district court in the southern district of Florida, by lawyers from that state and Alina Habba, a New Jersey attorney has represented Trump in failed suits seeking to block investigation of the deadly Capitol riot on 6 January 2021, which Trump fueled with lies about electoral fraud.

Those suits have widely been seen as delaying tactics, meant to help Trump wait out the January 6 committee until Republicans can re-take the House this November and kill the investigation.

Other attorneys for Trump have complained about Habba’s work, according to the Daily Beast.

Russia denies interfering in the 2016 US election to boost Trump. The US intelligence community agrees that it did.

Robert Mueller, the special counsel who investigated the matter, did not establish collusion between Trump and Russia but did list 10 instances in which the then-president may have tried to obstruct justice.

Mueller, who explicitly said he was not exonerating Trump, also detailed several connections between Trump aides and Moscow.

In August 2020 a Senate intelligence committee report detailed links between Paul Manafort, Trump’s campaign manager for part of the 2016 race, and Russian intelligence.

Manafort was jailed on charges of fraud. Trump pardoned him.

Regardless, Trump’s new lawsuit claims that in the run-up to the 2016 election, “Hillary Clinton and her cohorts orchestrated an unthinkable plot – one that shocks the conscience and is an affront to this nation’s democracy.

“Acting in concert, the defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty.”

The suit claims the conspiracy involved “falsifying evidence, deceiving law enforcement and exploiting access to highly-sensitive data sources” in a plot “so outrageous, subversive and incendiary that even the events of Watergate pale in comparison”.

Clinton and her fellow defendants, it claims, “nefariously sought to sway the public’s trust” and “worked together with a single, self-serving purpose: to vilify Donald J Trump”.

According to the suit, “the deception, malice, and treachery perpetrated by the defendants has caused significant harm to the American people, and to the plaintiff, Donald J Trump, and they must be held accountable for their heinous acts”.

The suit seeks “punitive damages, costs, and such further and other relief as this court may deem just and proper”.

It says Trump “has sustained significant injuries and damages including, but not limited to, expenses in the form of defense costs, legal fees and related expenses incurred … in an amount no less than $24m and continuing to accrue, as well as the loss of existing and future business opportunities”.

Eli Hoenig, a former federal prosecutor, now an analyst for CNN, said: “It’s difficult to put into words just how deeply flawed and utterly hopeless this lawsuit is.”

Philippe Reines, a former Clinton spokesperson named in the suit, pointed to how damaging an actual trial could be for Trump when he tweeted: “I look forward to deposing the plaintiff.”

A lawyer for Strzok, the FBI agent who was fired for sending messages critical of Trump, told Politico: “We haven’t had a chance to read the complaint, but knowing the former president, there’s probably very little in there that’s true.”

Some in Republican leadership reportedly fear Trump’s grip on the party and fixation on Clinton, 2016 and supposed electoral fraud could cost the GOP dearly in elections this year and in 2024.

In legal jeopardy over his business affairs and attempted political subversion, Trump has all but declared he will run for the White House again.

Speaking to reporters in Brussels on Thursday, Biden said of the 2024 presidential election: “I’d be very fortunate if I had that same man running against me.”

Unlike criminal RICO cases, civil RICO lawsuits almost never get past the motion to dismiss. I hate to say it, but the chances of President Trump succeeding in the suit are very low. He probably knows this however and is bringing the case for other reasons.

By filing the lawsuit, Trump is shielding himself from defemination claims. Allegations in legal filings are mostly immune from defemination. It allows him to put out the facts about what happened without fear countersuits being filed in hostile jurisdictions. It also allows Pro-Trump (or honest) media to report on the allegations because reporting on what is contained in legal filings gives journalists immunity from libel. The Mueller team used this tactic ALL THE TIME as did Little Binger in the Rittenhouse trial to relentlessly smear the kid, and allowed hacks like Morning Joe and CNN to just run with it.

Things to watch for:

A. Does Trump survive the motion to dismiss? Clearing that hurdle alone would be a huge win as we've seen in some of the Project Veritas cases.

B. President Trump was very smart to bring the case in the Southern District of Florida (SDFL) where he at least has a chance of being assigned an honest, impartial, and fair judge. The defendants will probably attempt to get the case transferred from SDFL to either DC or New York (SDNY). If that happens, it's just a matter of time before it gets dismissed.

Thanks for that - when I first took a look at it I didn't know if I would watch the whole thing or not but I did and it was very watchable and informative...

Clearly - for many many years - decades - the elections have been rigged and candidates selected not elected -
I think somehow the cheating broke down in the 2016 election when Trump won... maybe the sheer volume of votes for him took the cheats by surprise and they 'dropped the ball' - weren't thorough enough with the manipulations or maybe something went wrong with the cheating that amounted to 'an act of god'... remember how Hilary Clinton was (officially) fully expected to win and how completed shocked she and her backers were when she didn't - I wonder if she and all the other cheats did actually think that 'Russia' must have interfered with the rigging... (the rigging not the actual voting) because the results were not what was planned... maybe someone somewhere did nullify the rigging somehow...

The only way to have proper fair elections has to be voter ID - paper ballots individually numbered - postal votes/mail in ballots, scrapped and anyone who is unable to physically go to vote in person is visited by an official voting officer who checks their ID and collects the vote in the week before the election day...

The enemies of the People and of Democracy who do all the rigging and cheating - in a twisted way are probably proud of what they do and think of themselves as heroes - making sure their agenda is taken forward...

They didn't take any chances in 2020 and made very sure their dishonesty won the day - I personally am 100% sure the 2020 Presidential Election was stolen from Trump and all the people who voted for him... that the whole thing was rigged...

Now people are onto all the different methods of cheating maybe they will have a harder job to rig the Mid Term Elections....?..... and Presidential Election in 2024..?

And that's why they will try and take Trump out of the game somehow - they could be building up to something with the raids at Mar a Lago.... at the very least trying to taint his candidacy so the Republican Party don't support him like they did before...
