If you want to know what the climate has been like on this planet for the past 400 to 800 thousand years you have to look at the ice core data taken from greenland and antarctica. When you see that, you will know that we have not seen climate change yet. But when we do, we will most definitely know it.

We are in the most stable period right now in the last 800 thousand years. We have been for the last 10 thousand years. But in that span, temperatures have fluctuated about 8F degrees. Prior to that temps have fluctuated by about 40F degrees. Now that is climate change!

I do doubt it. Whilst the idea initially had appeal when linking it to chemtrailling and the global warming/carbon tax scam, it gets less appealing when you consider long term aspects.

I know they like to plan well ahead, even 100 - 200 years in advance but we're talking about thousands of years for an ice age.

If they cull all the 'useless eaters' and flee off-planet for a few thousand years, well you'd have to be pretty confident wouldn't you. That your great-great-great-great-great grand-children, (allowing them a greatly extended lifetime of 500 years plus), could re-populate the earth to continue your glorious plan. And who the heck are they going to f*** when all the children are gone, if they start getting it on incestuously then who know what species repopulates the earth - it won't be HUMANity.

Many ways of skinning a cat but this is extremely inefficient.
As said this is cyclic---no one has the power to affect the climate to any great degree.

About a week ago, somewhere in my reading the internet, I came across a piece of information or disinformation stating that the large area of electromagnetic cover over the Arctic had been ripped off due the electromagnetic passage of a powerful object passing through our solar system on the other side of the sun from Earth. It seems that if this happened, the Sun and Earth would have exhibited unusual effects too vast for even we ignorant folk to ignore. If you go to the site I posted above. You will see that interglacial periods seem to last only about 10 thousand years. So that means we are due to go into a new ice age soon if that tread continues. And yes it is the sun that drives our weather but it would be a mistake to assume our sun is constant. I would think it goes in cycles and that drives our climate.

NASA has reported that Antarctic sea ice (different from Artic ice) reached a new
record maximum. Meanwhile, top Russian scientist Dr. Habibullo Abdussamatov,
who is the head of space research for the Pulkovo Observatory at the Russian
Academy of Sciences, has come out and stated that the new mini-Ice Age began at
the end of 2015. Using data from ice core samples, our models also targeted
2015.75 as the turning point in the decline in energy output of the sun.

Human-caused climate change is highly scientifically controversial, mainly because
the data set does not account for the natural climate changes over the centuries.
The energy output of the sun has been totally ignored and advocates focus entirely
on CO2 levels. This appears to be more like the myth that rising interest rates are
bearish for the market because people only remember the last rate hike and not
the overall trend that led into the high when rates were constantly rising.

the Ant Artic has been increasing and some scientists say overall that we have been

The planet is warming but you have to put it into context. We are coming out of what they call the little ice age 200 years ago. It was the coldest period since the great ice age 12000 years ago. 1000 years ago it was 2 degrees warmer than today, 2000 years ago it was 4 degrees warmer. It was warmer still 3500 years ago.

We know what the climate has been like in the last 800 thousand years, it is in the ice cores if people want to educate themselves about it. It is simply not talked about but the science is there.
