Don't use electricity!

Electricity wants to suck your mind. It has no mind of it's own so it fell from the celestials to try and feel human.

MAN was created to frolic through the forest; eating shrooms, herbs, and plants. Running joyfully toward a fresh stream to dive naked in its refreshing coolness. The natural light sources of the sun and fire is all he knew. And then electricity came along in order that it might feel these things too. It needs a soul.

Fire will warn you before it burns and bubbles your milky skin; you feel the heat and gently pull your hand away. Not so electricity; one touch from a wet hand and you may snap, crackle, and pop. A campfire release the fragrances of wood and marshmallows. An electrical fire smokes of singed plastic and melted copper. This toxic mixture will cause you to grasp for your throat as you fall to the ground. Stoke a fire and live. Poke a toaster and die. Electricity is merciless.

Fire is a natural heat source. But it can't come inside; it doesn't belong. Electricity provides artificial heating and cooling; anything to keep you locked up in the comfortable confines of a harmful entertainment.

The sun will give us light by day; when it sets this is a signal to us that our day must end; retire now with the family to enjoy each others company. But electricity isn't satisfied; it wants your thoughts. And so we flock to the nightlife where trouble stirs. Bright lights always draw in the weak.

Cellphones, computers, television, and video games are all powered by electricity- not fire though! Electricity has a strange way of continuous movement through these devices that seldom burn out. Fire can't empower a device that is projecting a porno flick; go ahead stare, stare longer and feel your mind get suck dry.

Electricity is hypnotic. Neck pain is on the rise from chin touching chest syndrome. Thumbs hurt but are getting stronger. These cellphones are sapping creative thought. How fast can you text? Electricity wants to know.

As a kid I never thought that those Terminator movies could have a chance of actually happening in real life. What is electricity actually doing with all this human thought energy anyway? Can spiritual empowerment come back and win the day for the world?

No it isn't! But my limited use of it helps to warn others. A true warrior always enters the field of battle not to mingle but to fight. But as of lately, my fingertips are feeling the brunt.

I can't recall where I read this now, but apparently the act of conception (of a baby) starts with an electrical charge. If that's true, we owe a lot to electricity.

Some teachers speak on the benefit of using the fundamental elements everyday to enhance our spiritual lives (fire, water, earth, air, void). One person I know says we must spend at least 15minutes a day next to an open flame. He actually sleeps next to an open fire and only needs 3hours of sleep a night. Claims fire cleans out our aura so you should be 3-5 feet from an open flame, depending on its size.

Similarly the other elements are used daily.

Water - drink plenty of purified and even sun water and bath twice a day
Air - breath energy (prana, chi, etc) and do at least an hour of connective breathing daily
Earth - any activity that grounds you, eating organic and natural, exercise, socialization, etc
Void - anything not quantifiable, such as love, emotions, spiritual practices, etc

What I wanted to know is what actual observable benefits were gained by doing these? I would look into the claimed benefits of ANY belief system or practice.

I had a weird phase where I always had to have a candle lit, but that passed... curious for sure. My problem was, I was just paranoid about every other source of light OTHER THAN the candle :/

Electricity doesn't run through our nervous system, or at least not "that" kind. Carbon Dioxide (Prana) is the Chief Regulator. If this Life Source runs low we are sick. If It runs out we die.

The sunrays caress the skin. Fire provides warmth. A lightening storm may fry the body. That old shining one hit the ground hard and scattered abroad; slithering away to find some souls.

"Electricity" is a process of forcing electrons to jump out of orbit of one stabilty system into orbit of another stability system.

It happens in nature all the time.

Artificially creating the force to make the electrons do that is an economic and political tool, and usually an environmentally destructive process.

The jumping around of electrons creates a magnetic phenomenon also. The magnetic phenomenon is poorly understood by science. At least, the science in published journals. It boggles my mind trying to understand how this magnetic phenomenon relates to the concept of "anti-gravity".

If something can lift an electron away from what is effectively a gravitational force holding it within the influence of a nucleus of an 'atom', we are already playing around with 'anti-gravity' but only at an atomic level.

I'm rambling. I feel ok doing it though because your thread title feels like an invitation to think and explore. Am I right ?

The electrons are souls (lower level)
There is a kind of "etheric membrane" around mother earth, thickness of about three hundred kilometers, consisting of those souls. (Van Allen radiation belt)
..........yeah thats right, we "burn" her spirit for energy.
Oil is her "blood", soul essence.....the same tool.
The only good thing i can say from this is that it was a necessary step in evolution.

In fact, Cristian's wonderful post helped me to realize that understanding either cats or electro-magnetism is an essential prerequisite for membership of the forum. (Understanding both, of course, earns one special honors.) Failing that, understanding reincarnation (or, at least understanding that it's a reality!) can also redeem one in this community.

However, CO2 is one of those rare members who fails to meet any of these important criteria, and the moderators apologize to the membership for failing to include these questions in the online application form. We will now place that under urgent review. :)

It seems a little uncharitable to unsubscribe CO2 -- and seriously, we're very sure he is someone who is both pleasant and sincere, and we absolutely wish him well -- but unsubscribe him is what we really do have to do. It was entirely our mistake, but with 6 such threads in his first 3 weeks, we have to protect the forum from 100 more like this in the next year.
