Today, on googlenews in canada a headline reads 'Obama about to reveal "intelligent aliens" visit earth'. The articles with links to this headline are on nonmainstream and/or untrustworthy sites so i believe this is just a 'national inquirer' type of fake news. See for yourself:

Well, that's not quite what Steve Bassett actually said. :facepalm:

Actually Bill he does say that at around 4 min 50 sec in the video. The President (obummer) can announce the ET presence.

Although he doesn't say it will happen he is just speculating that he thinks it can happen.
