Thanks TruthSeekah that's a great article you've written. I often wondered about my third eye Being open all the time because it often 'engages ' without my intention. I feel a band around my head as if I'm wearing a tight hat and I also feel a strong pressure behind my forehead. With this comes a strong sense of peace and connection to my surroundings and often I'm aware of spirit and sometimes I get information.:happythumbsup: at this point I should add that I sit on a circle and have for many years, so I found your article informative and it resonated with me. Thank you, this info has helped me a lot to relax. I stumbled on another activation using the energy of you hands, placed over pineal gland to radiate down into all the chakras until it returns the energy back in a circuit.:thumbsup: Got this one out of "Encounters" by Dr. Edith Fiore. One of the regressed abductees, said the ET told him how to reconnect. The abductee asked how and why it was done, and he also was a doctor. This amazed him so. His memory block was caused by "not" being able to except the knowledge of their existence. Once he was able to remember he asked not to remember due to fear, the memories flooded in of his taking and how.
