We know that ZPE is nothing new. The point is that this is an example of limited disclosure. Here is a mainstream announcement of ZPE 'research' by aviation industry and government without ridicule. There is actually nothing new in the contents unless you wish to absorb some of the pie-in-the-sky hyperbola. What is new is the article's existence at all. There must be some strong pressure applied to TPTB to allow such.
