Orb or drone, moves below the ridgeline

Watching the first 3 minutes of the video is intriguing, but stay through remainder and watch it again, very strange. What could this be? My title mentions orb or drone and the flashing red lights are on windmills. I dont think flying a drone makes sense there.

After I watch the entire clip,I applied some filters when the "object" was closer between windmills and my conclusion is:definitely not from this planet.
