Built “Electromagnetic” Fields, Torsion Based Direction

This thread conveys the frame for a weapons array made through recording experiences of consciously aware sentient beings then repurposing them, redirecting them into storage array that replays the disembodied experience, and what is done once this is accomplished.
Brief synopsis of applicable definitions:
For these purposes, “Conscious sentience” is the total bio-electrical activity of the physical form; the mitochondria of each cell; the DNA at whatever of state of turn-over in the ribosome; the electro-chemical signals traveling the nervous system. “Recording the experience of consciously aware sentience” is a process of isolating the electrical “parts” of the target body’s physiological response then transferring them from the body during the experience into a medium where it can be replayed despite the experience having ended, and no physical being is actually involved. “Torsion field manipulators” are capable of engineering an electromagnetic field, “twisting, contorting; tearing it” while maintaining the field’s integrity.
The “Nazi Bell” is thought by some to be a torsion device utilizing counter rotating drums, each containing what some have posited was red-mercury. Joseph P Farrell has discussed the Bell in many interviews, below is one, they start getting into the Bell at about 6m40s:

Example:
The suffering of hunger pangs; watching loved ones become emaciated and waste away, and dying in the terrible conditions during the holocaust. All these experiences get “recorded”; taken from the bodies of the victims then loaded into a metal skeletal frame that is outfitted with a containment apparatus so that the skeletal frame “replays” the loaded experience continually.
A large array of metal skeletal frames is affixed to one another and each assemblage is affixed at certain points to a large ball of magnetic material. The entire construct becomes, point in fact, a constructed electromagnetic field where the “electro” component is comprised of continually "running" disembodied experiences. Using the above example, to be near this field one would experience suffering; it would invade the natural bio-electric field of the physical form.
A torsion field manipulator is placed near the field such that it contorts the “fueling” field until it tears the field into “packets” which are then fired as bullets into a target’s sentient-being, specifically compromising the physical, bodily connection to their own, naturally occurring energetic underlay. The process of delivery relies on the wave-packet of "suffering", detached from the field (back to example) and constructed by the torsion filed manipulator, then being entangled to an object that is embedded as a particular subspace manipulation of the physical form of the target.
These "Built Electromagnetic Fields" can serve as stores for a large variety of recorded experiences taken from consciously aware sentience. The sensations and thought processes of victims while they are being traumatized sexually, as in pedophilia and torture is but one example being used in this feature of a much larger weapons array.
Many if not all of the large black spheres that have been seen passing out of our sun into this solar system are constructed electromagnetic fields of this type, most of each vast sphere is empty space containing one or several systems described above.
