We're trapped in these bodies, mang. All of us feel worn out from time to time. I wrote this a while ago regarding fatigue:
Coq10 for energy. Best to shake the oil in water until the water turns grey for full assimilation. Don't take too much as it can tax the adrenals if you use it for months on end.
B-Complex, and extra Riboflavin and Thiamine on the side. I take 50-100mg of Thiamine every day. Lots of threads on B Vits on Longecity. I take standard Thiamaine, never tried the fancy versions as they have mixed reports.
Methlysulfurmethane. Organic is best. Don't let it touch your teeth as it will erode them.
As always, Detoxadine. The body can't function without Iodine. Lugols is OK but can be rough on the body. Selenium helps too.
Liposomal Vit C can raise the dead. Google Swine Flu Liposomal NZ 60 minutes.
Zinc can correct common copper issues (see Wilson's disease)
Wheatgrass is one of the cheapest and most powerful substances out there.
Listen to your favourite songs from your youth all day long.
*
The finer points and contraindictions are down to your research.
The above regime took me from near zombie to full of energy every day.
We don't sell this stuff. We don't rip off gullible lightworkers with overpriced products.
Your freedom is our freedom.
Good Luck.

I've felt exactly the same way for the past year, at least, hence I'm in no position to offer help except to say you're not alone in how you feel. I just keep reminding myself that I can only see a very tiny part of the picture and trust that it's all worth it and I have a rock solid resolve to never give up. It feels hard because it is, try not to be hard on yourself and try to take care of yourself.

Do you mind if I ask what the one thing you think you failed at is?
As another being who comes from the stars, and who is not currently aware of his mission on this meat/water-body planet (be it even for the benevolent means in which i have forgotten :p ) There must be some other goal which you've planned for you, if you're still here (The human body is so fragile, yet malleable in the same right, and it's a ridiculously simple thing to ride yourself of ... but there's something else for you I'm sure.)
Withdrawing from connection is not an entirely bad thing. I did so in a major way this past year, leaving blood-family and home for a while to recollect among the trees. In doing so, I met people who were on such similar wavelengths to where I wanted (needed?) to be, allowing me to continue on my own path.
You've sent a cry for help- looking for your next mission. It's likely you've not yet met with the right person or group of people to connect with, or have not made the conscious intent to do so. It's easy to disconnect when everyone seems to be sinking through the sky like a maelstrom of hail when you're floating like a feather along the latest gust of wind. I pray you find your signpost, I'm still waiting for my own at the present moment!
If you've got the time for it- I'd love to hear more about your Arcturian home, if you have something to share. As it is with me, i've only a strong, strong feeling i've got a home in Sirius, but my past-life recollection is not strong here. Home-sickness is always a strong emotion, longing for that place of comfort and joy amongst a group of similar souls.

Being worn out, and depressed about stuff is a sign of an upcoming leap forward.
Much of it is cling-on feeders, that pretend to be your own feelings you do not have to give them the energy.
Don't judge yourself as having failed unless you are very clear about what you came here for
If you are not, (like me and probably many), then- great - here is the opportunity to dive into a deeper interaction with higher self or whatever you choose to call it.
Soon, with focus, answers- directions, aspirations will appear.
This I find is very energising because , although you might be in a better position to judge yourself as a failure, because you now have a parameter against which to measure, you also have acquired a plan, aims, targets etc.
We never incarnate with an impossible task. Probably we always incarnate with a difficult but very enriching one
God bless

All great advice above! I think getting out in nature is a must or simply just connecting with any kind of consciousness that can lift your vibration, whether it be listening to music or viewing art/photographs. If we're all here to raise the vibration of the planet and humanity, even if it's by just by our presence here, then there is more work to do.

Been there myself more than a few times. I keep telling the universe that I just want to go home, but the universe has other plans. All I can tell you is to hang in there and do the best you can. We all think that we fail, but we're really just learning. I wouldn't trade my past failures for success (well...maybe a couple), because the wisdom I received is much more valuable.
This world can be depressing, but it is what it is. Just know that you are loved no matter how bleak it seems. You have my empathy and prayers.

Isn't it wonderful to be a part of such a GREAT group of people?!! That in itself gives me comfort. When the time arrived that I needed to become aware of this group....it happened!! :sun: I can certainly relate to the "worn out" feeling. What might look like failure to us is only the maturing of our being to become what we can become. Relax in what you need at this moment; restore yourself. Take care of yourself...nobody else will...or can! :inlove:

Dear Whenyournex2me:
I believe this, hang in there, we are rooting for you as we are for all of us because we are in the same boat. There are entities who will most definetly get arround us to make us feel hopeless and sad. That is not us, do not give into their game. Get out, look for something you do like, get the sun on your bare skin. This will end soon enough without you having to do anything about it.

Haha! Made me laugh. Thanks for that. Nice post.
I can relate to the OP. It takes an enormous act of will for me to get out of bed most days. I have a list of things I want to do, but I just cant get myself to do them. Basic things too. Nothing challenging. But when youre down or despondent, everything feels like a huge challenge, even the small stuff.
This has been going on quite some time with me. But things * are* getting better. It's happening very slowly...But they are getting better...so there *is* hope.
So, whenyournex2me, my advice for you: endure. Keep moving. Keep going. Things will get better man! Didnt mean to drone on about myself, but I know it's helpful sometimes to know youre not alone in this sh!t.

We can all do this together. We found each other for a reason. We support and provide comfort to each other even though most of us have never met. It was meant to be. You posted your feelings and received a reply. We are here for you and every one of us who feel the journey has become excruciatingly difficult and is wearing on us physically and spiritually.
We are on this ship together. It is going to be ok. Don't lose hope. We are part of something bigger than we ever could imagine. Fasten your seatbelt Dorthy, we are not in Kansas anymore. Glad to be on the journey with you guys.
Don't back down, don't give up. We're going to make it.

I'm paraphrasing but I read the following in a Dolores Cannon book (can't remember which one). Beings have fought just to be here on Earth at this time, some to be here for just a short while. It's such a big deal that throughout the universe we will say to other beings, "I was there when that happened", referring to these times. There's even a waiting list for human vehicles, beings are lining up to be born. I may be drawing from a number of Dolores' books there actually.

Hi Rach!
Just to piggy back on what you just said....
Ive read in numerous spiritual books that the souls that do actually come here are among the most respected in the universe....for their courage and guts. This planet is supposedly considered a near insane asylum, and the souls that voluntarily come here are lauded as gutsy adventurers and explorers. I tend to believe this...and when I think of it it always gives me a sense of pride and assurance. It gives me a confidence boost. We're all spiritual bad asses here....sometimes we need to be reminded of it:)

Not to deflate your balloon Mike, but here it goes: I also heard that we were spiritual retards - we should have been going forwards milleniums ago and we are retarding the whole part of this galaxy because they have to wait for and wait on our development.
In any ways, heroes or retards, it means we have to keep working at being here and making the best of it, creating the best for the good of all.

How do you know you don't deserve feeling like this ? You might have been very naughty and this a payback.
Do realize the Soul progresses through much before homesickness kicks in, and by much i mean a lot. It takes a certain maturity that comes after a lot of lifetimes
playing various roles some of which we never dare to admit. A lot of dross is accumulated, a lot of regret, guilt that which all lead to feelings of unworthiness, despair, despondency, depression, the infamous dark night.
Then the realization occurs we never had a mission other than to clean up ourselves and we used a catchy alibi that we are here to help others raise, It appeals the Ego much, it bites that bait and lets you engage the spiritual trip without much resistance, after all you're doing all this for a higher purpose, for others.
Of course you failed your mission, except it was never your mission in the first place, the sad truth knocks our door, we can never help anyone unless we come clean ourselves. We came here first and foremost to face the darkness within, that which none of us dares admitting has and by doing that the soft light of truth shines upon everything thereby helping those ready to see, see.
Sorry, but no matter how cute or legit your petition looks, you wont take a ticket home, you don't deserve it, not yet.

I have heard the latter too and I suspect the same. I also suspect that some are native to this place and did advance quite a lot, a mix of both.
Yes, those coming from elsewhere would have to be quite courageous, even a bit crazy, from a higher spiritual standpoint. A hard knocks university for them or speed learning for universal retards, who knows!.
But yet, still on a higher point of view, this is baby school here, we are learning to manage matter and create realities to live in, to experience, and we are just at the beginning or the learning curve.
And most probably many of us must naturally pull the slowlier ones (which I actually did all throughout 3D academic school anyhow, from primary school to now - full time University in English (not my mothertongue) while working full time as well was a challenge though, i did not have time nor energy nor time to pull anyone ).
If you are interested in spiritual development (not religion), you are at the forefront right now, on this planet. Many are, but not thaaat many overall.

Everyone around here is patting whenyournex2me's back because they think that somehow this is going to help. But what they are really doing is trying to comfort their own fear of pain. That leads up to a collective false and temporary feel-good sense, like a watching a movie with a happy ending before going to bed at night feeling alone inside again. Dim is right. The only solution is embracing the pain and the darkness until we see that we are already home.

I've been to this feeling down feeling good countless times. What I do realize now is that I feel homesick when I lost track of the here and now. not more that two weeks ago I told myself there is nothing in this place that interest me anymore. Yesterday I had a little boxing bout with my two sons. Played basket with them couple of days ago. Fix the toilet flush the curtain rods and all the little things that are the most meaningful in life IMO. You are home you only have to realize it.

I believe so too, experiences I’ve had support what you wrote. I had previously figured we are loved by more spiritually developed cosmic brothers and sisters because they’d be understanding and compassionate but I’ve since learned that we are loved not only because they’re so nice but they also think we’re amazing and we inspire them and they even see us as being full of grace. How about that! :) We do loads of energy work we’re not even aware of, like transmuting enormous amounts of destructive energy just by being here and being who we are, and that’s only one example.

But i like to point once again that we are in the right timeline now, things are unfolding and accelerating exponentialy. I love to hear things are going better for you Mike, BTW. For me things are unfolding too, starting to leave darkness behind (in a sense of scarcity), becouse i allways had , have and will have love.
Dim, my friend, i can´t think how anyone deserves to suffer, that is why most of us are here voluntarily... so we knew wwe would suffer but that does not mean we deserve it at all. We are trying to help doing the mirror thing as we are all going through, more or less, the same ****. That´s about it. Dim i know your intention is the very best, but i can not agree.
Much love

Everyone around here is patting whenyournex2me's back because they think that somehow this is going to help. But what they are really doing is trying to comfort their own fear of pain. That leads up to a collective false and temporary feel-good sense, like a watching a movie with a happy ending before going to bed at night feeling alone inside again. Dim is right. The only solution is embracing the pain and the darkness until we see that we are already home.
While you have some good points, you are only looking at one side of the equation. Why throw the baby out with the bathwater?
We can still love and support each other while facing our own fears and the pain we carry inside. That is why we are experiencing life together, as opposed to living in isolated vacuums of personal experience.
The feel-good sense on this thread is not false - it is the love that we have for each other as powerful beings of love that exist above and beyond this physical reality and dimension. Of course we are here to learn how to help and heal ourselves, but we also learn from each other, and are here to help each other. To learn to give and receive loving kindness.
While facing our fears is an incredibly important step, and while facing, accepting, feeling, and moving through our pain is equally valuable on our path of awakening and self awareness, the need for mirroring and social interaction, sharing love with other souls of likemind, is a very powerful, transformative, and valuable experience that we are offered here on earth.

I have felt like this, too. Through an unusual experience, I came to realize that this life is an opportunity that I will never again have. Yes, there are other lives to be had, but the toys, human roles, food choices, experiences that can be had, etc, are / will be different. So I have begun to play; but this came after I dealt with the enlightenment thing. I still sometimes wish that humanity would make a dramatic desirable leap forward. But I am living a quiet enjoyable life. I think the enlightenment process helped this, though, as once it was done I saw the need to simplify.

The first time I felt homesick was when I was 8 years old (I was in my home on Earth). The second time was recently.
It passed. I'm focused on my mission.
All feelings are valid. (Deep soul impressions)
Love,
