I can validate much of what Richard Sauder says based upon my personal experiences in an underground military/Grays base.

I think his conclusion about the Betty and Barney Hill aliens are erroneous. The pictures below do not look like Nazis to me. He does not take into account the false memories or screen memories that abducting ETs implant with telepathic hypnosis. in my humble/cheap opinion one should 1st read Sauder's book "Hidden in Plain Sight" before one listens to the Liszt/Sauder interviews (I've done both in that order of sequence) in order to understand everything Sauder has to say;
