View Full Version : What, How?

In the common vernacular, there are 6 words which are used to either ask, or answer a question. Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How.

Two of these help to get to the deeper truths of any situation much more deeply than any of the others - What and How? - (The rest are just details.)

Who, When, Where, and Why are all questions we ask to help fill our personal narratives, or to fill the narrative of a story- When, Who, and Where fill in the coordinates of 4D space. Who builds the character profile of such a mystery, Why is motive, which only seems to bear more questions.

What questions we can ask, of our family here- no matter how off-kilter such a question may be, in order to better understand either our own personal understanding of our universe, or to further understand the collective unconscious universe that we share, based on the notion that we trust our question may be answered either through direct answer or synchronicity?

And How can we bring answers to such questions in order to physically manifest the changes that we all wish to see in the world that we are bound to share?

I've written this now, in hopes of providing a space of general discussion, free-association, between a WIDE range of topics, in the hope of providing yet another avenue of communication to open dialogue between science, spirituality, our every-day lives, and the grand unification of the universe that encompasses us like a mother's womb.

I leave this topic open-ended with an invitation to post questions (or answers, if you know what happened, or how to answer them!) based in the What's and How's that you've yet been able to find an answer to  .

You are right on the spot, BongoBob. If one use the word 'why', the mind will go in a kind of analysis mode(suppose you already know/have the answer), using the word 'what',

the mind will go in investigation mode.

Using NATO's enemy reporting form ' what, where, whither, when' you will never go wrong !

Johnny :)

Sorry I can not be more articulate, but to me it looks like the What is a whole bunch of subjects/problems that might be of interest to us and the How the soulutions we have found during our journey in this quest for the truth. The Where, Who, Whyand When seem to be not as much importance as the What and How. To me the What was the matter of life after death, what happened to the soul, and it has taken me to the How to evade the trap of being recycled into this life. It has been a race against time because I did want to have options in case I died and being a not so young person it needed a fast answer, ha ha ha, sound desperate? I was, I don't presume to know the absolute truth, I'm still looking for more details on the matter, the How has made me understand that I'm not so helpless in this Universe and also that I hold the key to my journey.

What?... Did I just killed the thread? :violin:

What: Telepathy
How: I'm a computer program?

Assuming there is really such a thing as natural telepathy, how it works must be really fascinating

What we need is a critical thinking model that can be applied to the physical and metaphysical. If there is one out there, please point the way.

It might be worth your while to check this one out: Daniel Kahneman’s book: Thinking, Fast and Slow (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thinking,_Fast_and_Slow).

Thank you, Herve. Is there a specific section of his work that you're referring to?

Unfortunately, no. The suggestion comes only from reviews and what some people are able to do with the idea, like in here (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?7330-The-quality-of-Avalon-keeping-the-signal-to-noise-ratio-high&p=1129439&viewfull=1#post1129439) (<---)

No problem. Thanks, again, Herve. I will do some research on it.
