This is written as much as possible in neutral voice, disregarding what side Steele is actually on, and in a manner meant to highlight Psychological operation models, treating them in terms of their “systems dynamics” wherein the people used in and targeted by the operations and what they say are not seen as individual points of view insomuch as “modes of input”.
Psychological Ops are multi-layered and they are pursued persistently by both sides of any conflict without relent. The psychological front is the war for “the hearts and minds” and without having the populous sufficiently “in-line” with your side’s agenda you won’t accomplish a thing without having to surmount orchestrated impedance to your goals. Psyops remove the likelihood of threatening impediments to an agenda before they can form.
Agents of a psychological operation may be willing participants, they may be unwitting contributors toward the operation’s endgame, and they may want to advance people toward a positive outcome while 90% of the time they appear to do the opposite. As an example, see the latest Dr. Richard Alan Miller interview posted on PA in its own thread and reposted here for ease of demonstration. About 2/3s of this interview is nuanced scare-tactic, same old “Earth Changes right around the corner"; "Fukushima is more deadly than…"; "brown dwarf star and the universe is a hologram.” Then at approximately 25m47s he says “they can calculate your intent before you even know what it is”.

-“Bury the lead” components are many in this interview, towing the party line in terms of popular topics in conspiracy circles, then couched about midway through is the “signal,” set apart from the noise. “Calculating intent” is what the Psychological war front is all about; steering your intent, encouraging your acquiescence, and prepping your expectation all before you know what they are actually planning. The fact that "Projected Modelling Super Computers" are being applied to behavior is not necessarily bad news. Good people remain good within acceptable margins of error, to put this in terms of being “computed,” bad people, serial killers for example, would then show as negative "reads" in terms of their intent.
Why Dr. RAM put it out in this way is anybody’s guess, to say he is actually after the negative portends of the majority of the interview is short-sighted, and it is easily explained as an example of the Dr. “buffeting” himself from negative fallout, making it easier for him to sleep. If so much of what he says is in line with “look out the sky is falling” that the psychological “weaponry” of the enemy is less triggered to respond against him then he got the message out while minimizing his/his side’s exposure. It is of little import to say it’s all going to get much worse if you know that work directly against those outcomes is being accomplished.
Alex Jones is a classic example, straight out of (former Army Psychological Operations officer) Michael Aquino’s “war room”, Alex’s overall demeanor is off-putting and disquieting to the casual observer and it has an undeniable appeal to a targeted audience. He pushes valid concerns like “fluoridation was used by the Nazis in concentration camp water and in some municipal water supplies to negatively impact brain function” (paraphrased), and “aspartame was listed as a biological weapon during WWII” (paraphrased). Both are true, a strident document search of post war investigations into the Nazis will prove their validity (Jospeh Farrell, Jim Marrs, and early Levenda, to name a few, if interested).
In Alex’s case, those are examples of “the signal”, and there is a very large portion of his every broadcast that is nothing but noise delivered with all the blithering blunderbuss of a heated one-sided argument spoken from the point of view of the person who lost his composure first. Alex Jones pushed a story that marijuana is weaponized right as a vote to decriminalize it on the federal level failed, a correlation of events that may be seen as, “now hush up any dissent” as four states got ready to legalize it outright.
-->Before going further let it be clear that if you think Trump is THE guy and the wide variety of problems he is expected to correct sufficiently end, then awesome! –And I do believe both Clintons should have been brought up on treason charges before Bill took office. (-This was added to hopefully dissuade comments from sinking to the banal.)
Robert David Steele’s case bares all the hallmarks of a psychological operation, traditionally enough, starting with a call to an already set-apart group of people, Trump supporters. He became a fixture of alternative news sites during the campaign and rode the Trump rally cry straight through to where he was called out on “Voat” as “overplaying his hand”. –Thank you to A Voice from the Mountains for bringing this to our attention.
With a preliminary stance and a “startup” group where his appeal is to land he drummed up the “Trump is the change we’ve needed and it might get messy”, which became “what he should do is...”. Here we have a group coming to trust RDS’s voice as a source for fresh insider/whistleblower information (to categorize “the noise”) as he gradually exposes us to the signal. During the gradual unveiling he hit upon the issue of elite pedophile circles, and assured us that “this will all be rooted out” with people like George Soros in the sites of “Ranger Justice" -which may have been our first hint.
Our first actual hint was his unrealistic calls to have Nader, Ventura, Kucinich, and later himself included in the purview of Trump’s advisory panel, and for them to barnstorm the country. This would leave any agenda seeking to accomplish what RDS says is the goal open to compromise and reprisal, and that may be his goal, but it is not likely. He is using populist ploys- he says these things in the same breath as he says “Trump has to shut down the NSA”, and we all know that for over half a decade ubiquitous spying on US citizens through email, warrantless online monitoring, and cell phone conversation eavesdropping was undertaken by an initiative that is backed by the NSA. He says it as he shares the already disseminated “the NSA has been spying on politicians for years unabated” (paraphrased, credited to Kucinich).
-More pulling on heartstrings, people wanting the take back the country undoubtedly exist in the NSA, and he says this while sharing "they spy on politicians", though it’s not necessarily evidence that’s he’s in allegiance with a negative agenda. He says things I enjoy as catch-phrase commodities like “Two-Party tyranny keeps 70% from having a meaningful vote” (paraphrased) which is true- the dialectic formed by perpetually choosing between “the lesser of two evils” inevitably leads us into things getting worse, how that end is best delayed is a matter of personal disposition and we’re expected to think voting is the best way to express our preference.
Whatever side RDS is on his end gambit has been exposed with his calls for election reform, he calls for a ”#unrig” twitter campaign, assuring us that “Trump is listening.” Should the electoral reform initiative fail (and I'm not aware that any legislation has even been brought forth), those that like to self-identify as “in the know” will be left with a lingering subconscious impression that they failed. –“He gave us all warning, we knew what we had to do, but not enough people tweeted” and “There’s just not enough people in support of this agenda, look, no one tweeted.” Add to this what might rightly be seen as his “controlling by stamping his approval on” any Pedogate information and there is amble evidence of an "RDS-views" psychological operation.
As a closing note, to comment on people being unwittingly used in a psyop, there have surfaced the old reliable comments here and I'm sure in other forums like, "Fighting them isn't the answer". This sentiment is expressed often from people who see themselves as offering a "spiritual insight." It's a stance commonly found in adherents to the New Age system of beliefs and their interpretations of existing religions. -Work has to get done in order for changes to happen, this posture really started to take hold as a "force" in our collective psyche in the early 70s and nothing has improved, the reigns of world policy steadily went into the hands of centralized elitism. And this tact, in affect, played a role in clearing its path.
-When things do improve no doubt New Agers will be quick to pat themselves on the back and it's foolish to take issue with that; things will improve despite them. Recently I've made posts relating directly to these more subtle psychological "war fronts" here:
