Hi Avalonians,
I have found myself in a bit of an Industrial Pickle and want help from fellow avalononias as to what to do next. I can't mention any names yet. I have a feeling they are going to try and sack me this week. All I've done is heavily injured myself in Work.
There has also been bullying that has taken place. Once this investigation is Complete, I will do another Video, combing through all the details, naming and shaming all involved. Please can someone out there help my Family and I? As this Job is crucial in keeping my Children in Clothes, food, warmth etc. Due to the accident I'm unable to provide for my family. our comment would be greatly appreciated.
Love and light.

All of us who live within the money grid are victims of corporate corruption to some degree. But from what I understand, if you hurt yourself at work you are entitled to compensation not penalty. Naming and shaming may not help cloth you family but if you fell good doing so then by all means... Although I will advice to use your energy wisely your family will need it in times of storm.
best wishes for you and your family

Beloved KevBoh,
Your buddies and guardians are with you.
Avalon is a place of magic and collaboration.
You are a brave soul and lightworker.
You are entering a hard time now. It is just beginning, your service is being there in their face.
You will know when to let go, you will have to leave there, soon but not yet.
You are guarded by mystical forces and your power is great, when you will let go of the job and scarcity fear something else will grow out of nothing. Trust the abundance for it will grow (not easy for me to say, I am unemployed 16 months now).
This is a life drama that will pass in 3-4 months. There will be other drama.
You are loved and cherished.
May the force be with you.
Joy and happiness

Thank you for your kind words, both of you. You give me strength, something I need a lot of right now. I will upload another Video soon going deeper into the situation. These Companies thinking they can play God with People's lives, and in turn their family's lives.
Means a lot.
Thanks.

normally fear and panic sinks the victim deeper than necessary. so the earlier you can get out of that zone the better. My bet is if you look around you may be able to grab and board another ship very soon. probably better than the one who threw you overboard. who knows, the most important thing in times of crisis is to not loss the spirit.

Kev so sorry to hear about this. My advice for what ever it's worth is this:
1. No more threats of the press, keep that in your back pocket till all other avenues are exhausted.
2. Contact someone you trust in work to put a good word and explain the full situation to those who think you have turned on them.
3. Write a list of all witnesses and people of importance, write a list of the events in order, for your legal council to form a case.
4. If you haven't already, next contact your local citizens advise bureau and explain your situation in full, try to get a recommend for a good local barrister or if not a competent local solicitor to take your case on a no fee no win basis.
5. Lastly, cover your behind, contact the local benefits agency to see if there are any support programs for anyone in your position, to help with clothes for the kids, food, rent and bills etc.
Finally don't let three days go by without you contacting your legal counsel for an update on your brief, this will keep them on point as they come to expect your calls.
Hope this helps. Good luck man.....x.... N

Kev, go to the Citizen's Advice Bureau. There's one in Bangor, nearby:

Have you ap0plied for worker's compensation? It's taken out every paycheck on each job payroll for employees. The only way a company doesn't have to, is if they are not at fault, a hearing through WC board, makes decision on either light duty or home rest for duration of injury at 2/3rds the paycheck you currently receive. Companies don't like it but its the only income yoiu have and an injury on the job is covered. If they try to "retaliate/fire/lay-off an employee, this prevents this bullying, but youy must do this right away, and an agent will send someone to represent you if they try to fire you after the injury. You see they damaged you through performance of duty/ergo accident, and they cannot turn you out on street after damage/ said injury. Even UI (unemployment insurance) is able to kick in if they wrongfully fire you due to injury.
If you've paid into this emergency injury fund, then "use it" when you need it. It's helped keep people from losing autos, homes and starvation.:muscle:Worker/People power of grapevine

You say bullying has "taken place" - would you be able to keep a record of dates, times persons etc and log it?
What kind of bullying? Is it withholding of information needed to do your job (stonewalling), or physical / verbal threats, insults etc? Again, keep a diary.
Bill's advice to contact CAB is sound. They give free advice (to a certain extent) and should be able to put you in touch with someone who can help you. Also have a look at the CIPD (Charted Inst. of Personnel Directors) website, they're the subject matter experts in this field.
Have you finished your probation period - this will make a difference. Although they are expected to outline what the issue is and give you the chance to rectify it. I was never given this information - in 2012 I was shafted by an envious senior manager before my probation period ended and it gave me real problems when attending subsequent job interviews, prospective employers tending to assume I must have been an unemployable bugger.
If you're attending an employment tribunal pre-hearing both parties request information from the opposition - so get a list ready of what you need - things like sickness policy, training policy recruitment policy etc - and the Chairman will give directions to each side to comply with the requests. This is then a legal obligation on both parties to provide the info within a specific time frame.
All I can advise is to be ABSOLUTELY honest, do not personalise things in any way and be clear about what your specific grievance is and how you would like it addressed. Remember that the Tribunal has all the authority of a court, but also equal responsibility to ascertain all the facts and ensure an appropriate outcome. Some tribunals go to appeal or require further hearings, so be prepared for a long haul! Best of luck!
