Breakthrough technology implications of Communications with Extra terrestial Civilizations

A recent presentation in March was given to the UK SETI Research Network at University of Manchester, UK. This was recent breakthrough technology in faster than light communications as applied to SETI. The implications are significant, because if a signal is detected its going to be in real time.

Disruptive technologies like quantum super luminal communications or QSC creates a precarious situation for the whole SETI arena. This unknown technology at present may be a new era for SETI, but also could cause an unprecedented impact for society on how to deal with communications response in real time or QSC METI . If contact happens, do we just abandon the opportunity of responding or do we accelerate our knowledge by responding?

Summary talk: We need to be applying new ways of communicating on a galactic level if we are to make contact, not to be constrained by the speed of light, where we currently use the electromagnetic spectrum such as radio. We require a new approach in the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence or SETI as a worthwhile endeavour for contact because of the recent breakthroughs in communications technology.

Recent biological theories like convergent evolution theory and discoveries of significant number of habitable zone exoplanets within our galaxy, supports the possibility of extra terrestrial civilizations. The possible existence of advanced extra terrestrial civilizations would support recent sociological theories trending towards cooperation and stability. This would be a prerequisite for any expanding ET civilization in their space explorations, possibly using interstellar travel and faster than light communications.

Applying new ways of communications on a galactic level such as using faster than light technologies and wave bands is a likely means of contacting others within our time frame. We can now introduce newly developed technologies and operations as a means of contacting others in real time, this is an important new frontier in communications for SETI . The likelihood of contact is high and the preparations for this outcome is now being developed. Every SETI scientist has to be optimistic and therefore preparations of post contact protocols are being developed for the outcome of a possible contact event.


Discussion and implications of Quantum Super luminal communications messaging or QSC METI

Applying the official contact protocols by the SETI Permanent Committee of the International Astronautical Federation raises a wide range of issues that are worth thinking about. I can appreciate that those protocols serves a SETI radio situation. However, when dealing with instant real time communications, in my opinion this presents all sorts of issues.

Here is a list:

1. Presenting protocols under what circumstances and different scenarios? The protocols may limit contact with the ETI civilisation.

2. Who does the protocols serve? Is it us who is setting the protocols? Their protocols? Where do we fit in with their protocols, their agendas and interest?

3. Do we need to develop multiple protocols for multiple kinds of situations.

4. A protocol is designed to limit and control peoples actions, who does that limitation serve.

5. What agendas do we not have sight off where we don't have planetary control and power structures on Earth?

6. What are the ETI civilisations protocol? The ETI civilisation may have an overlap with individuals on our planet.

7. What are their agendas? Their agendas may have no interest with Earth agendas.

This quantum entanglement ftl communication tech was predicted by kryon (i cant recall the transcript). He said that we at first wouldnt know what to make of it. Then we would realize that there are millions out there in the galaxy yacking with each other via this method.

The Seti protocol should be based upon peaceful, benevolent communication with our galactic neighbours. We should have an intuitive instinct of what this entails.

Kryon, in the attached link from 2014, indicates the we as a civilization of consciousness, has reached the 'wisdom barrier' where, once we push past it (which we are now doing), we will intuitively become more benevolently wise. The future is consciousness, which will rule 3D physics (via telekenisis, etc), and we can develop the world we dream of, where world peace is just the first baby step.

Kryon’s perspective makes a lot of sense and provides a measure and guidance for this near future event.

The arrival at this juncture of QSC technology, i.e. real time communications with ET civilizations, opens up our potential to wake up, grow up, ‘human up’ to our responsibilities and our capabilities.

Wisdom is clearly something that some individual humans and teams of people (and possibly orcas and elephants) carry in abundance. Yet can we, humanity, collectively, globally, find wisdom? We’re in a phase right now characterized by our strong global influence, largely untempered and unmodified by our observations of the effects it is having. Can we make the transition to a phase of considered global control, in which our actions are guided by all the knowledge we are gaining about the planet and its history, our history, and our growing awareness of the interactions between the two?

This possible human (wisdom) differs from intelligence (or cleverness) in that it is not merely a kind of cognitive skill, but includes the ability to act with judgment born of experience. You can be intelligent but lack wisdom.

This would be a changed world called ‘Wise Earth Human’. This is an Earth where we and the planet have both changed to come to grips with each other; where we’ve learned to live comfortably over the long haul with world-changing technology, applied with a deep understanding of planetary function; where intelligent and wise application of our engineering skills has become smoothly integrated into global processes. It’s a vision for the planet, but it’s also an aspirational name for ourselves – for whom we must become to manifest this world. 'Wise Earth Humans', won’t differentiate between the two identities because we’ll identify deeply with the planet. We’ll understand that wise self-management and wise planetary management are one and the same.

The first real time ET Civilization signal may accelerate our global thinking to change ourselves beyond recognition to achieve the necessary level of wisdom and self-control. This is different to radio SETI signal which really is a one off message with a reciprocal METI with ‘we exist’ signal. Although radio SETI type signal may have a limited impact, a QSC real time signal would have sustained and extensive impact.

The trigger after the first ET real time communications may question what it takes to achieve a long-lived Earth planetary civilisation, not just clever species with lots of clever technology, but a species who has navigated the same fundamental hurdles we are now facing, which have to do largely with discovering and redefining our relationship with our planet. The influence from an outside ET civilization may re examine our world where technology has become an integral attribute of a biosphere, one that ensures longevity.

So don’t write off our potential to wake up, grow up, ‘human up’ to our responsibilities and our capabilities.

Right now, we seem to be sleepwalking participants and observers of a new kind of planetary transformation. Could this be a local version of a stage in cosmic evolution in which some planets start to wake up, look at themselves self-consciously, and at the same time look outward and wonder if they are unique? This process of conscious self referencing and applying consciousness assisted technology on a quantum level has no boundaries, i.e. QSC. In fact, if it has happened anywhere else, where agendas are transparent, we’ll have to wake up to reciprocating with others on that bases. The ET trigger signal may be the blessing in disguise that this Earth needs right now, a perspective to develop our role in this transition. Maybe it can help us awaken fully before we do too much damage. I’m optimistic that QSC is the doorway to this frontier.

The technology for faster than light instantaneous communications is already in existence and is being used by SETI for communications with ET civilizations. Scientists are awaiting a first response from whom ever wants to transmit to Earth.

Richard Lighthouse research is one of many that have researched this field. Others, have tested this research out on the laboratory bench successfully , but still better, there is now technology in operation.

If we are really emanating from a computer, the person we are speaking with located in another galaxy may in reality exist right next to us in computer circuitry. This may be the reason that THOUGHT TRANSMISSION is instantaneous. However, in a society of dishonesty and duplicity and secrecy, any attempt to communicate via telepathy would leave you wide open in every sense. If you cannot speak with your neighbor why try to communicate with someone across worlds.
