with all the isolation impose upon NK how were they able to construct such a massive warfare. Did somebody help them acquire these destructive weapons and then install a thousand bases around the world as a target practice? Philippines having one of US bases nearest N Korea will be first hit.

North Korean is waste of space. Wouldnt be such a big mouth without china, and to some extent russia, backing it up. Trump is such a loose cannon, though, that i think they are messing with fire when taunting the usa, imho.
