Don't feed sea lions ... they might try to eat your kid!

The girl received a bite wound, but was otherwise ok; Grandpa acted instantly and is definitely that little girl's hero.

They might be cute, but note, they have "Lion" in their name. I have seen them be incredibly aggressive in other videos.

A First Nations bow hunter gets mowed down by a spooked blackbear. He was alright but had a pretty bruised ego. Afterwards, he said recognized his mistake, that he should have quietly alerted the bear to his presence, then slowly backed away.

Wild animals are just that, wild. They dont behave like domesticated pets. They live in a brutal environment of eat or be eaten, in many cases. If one treats Mother Earth's wild creatures with respect, you'll mostly be ok, but even then, in the wrong circumstances it can still be extremely dangerous.

These creatures are so wonderful, we should just love them and give them enough space to live in, and everything will work out.

people raised on disney films tend to anthropomorphize wild animals and animals in general.... and tend to look at the world like a vast theme park and so get surprised when nature decides they look tasty and takes a bite..... of course animals and people can find a harmony and mystical bonds of kinship, but this isn't the norm as the movies like to depict

They coaxed it, fed it then when it wasn't full, left it on it's own instinct.
Sea "Lion", DO NOT FEED OR leave your children you expose to them, unattended by snapping pics.
Wow, close call. They aren't Dolphins.
