The Internet is calling it the Unicorn Cloud

It is nothing like a unicorn, though.

Aliens hiding behind a Project Bluebeam scalar-wave matrix hologram.
On the other hand it could be sunlight deflected by ice crystals above a cloud. A meteorological phenomenon known as a rainbow cloud.
Nahh, it's aliens for sure!
Something now messing with troposphere more regularly, the protective layer over our planet now compromised due to galactic influences, and the diabolic attempts to manipulate via 'star wars' military industrial complex messing everything up even more. Rank amateurs, the 'other worlders' will be waving us goodbye if this stupidity does not stop.
Many more installations than just 'HAARP' globally. Check Eiscat Norway, Northern Territories Australia, plus many more.....
The weirdest weather formations are still developing, and they are not natural, we live in a microwaved world....

Interesting. Could you elaborate on these galactic influences? Have you thought of presenting your ideas to any national or international amateur meteorology groups? I doubt they would have missed such obvious anomalies (particularly as they collate solar astronomical data for correlation), but just in case, maybe you should bring your observations and theories to their attention and let us know what they say?
You may like to check out VLF and microwave signals, how they are generated and transmitted, and compare that to the HAARP installation, the Nerc MST Facility in Carmarthenshire and the South Uist VHF profiler in Scotland as these latter two are quite close to home.

its unlikely that its ice crystals since it was over the Philippines it says " netizen are comparing it the mythical creature, unicorn which is believe to be surrounded by rainbows" unicorns are inside those rainbows so we dont see it:)

people watch far too much fantasy and seem unable to differentiate much anymore...
these rainbow clouds have been more and more common for the past 10 years.... I see them regularly over Calgary which is in southern alberta canada..... they show up more clearly when wearing really good quality UV glasses which cut out the glare....
they are likely a mix of chemicals and metals.... massive pollution for the past century, space program which has exhaust gasses in the upper atmosphere, plus whatever the global spraying program is putting there as well, plus the other unknowns in this equation

Ice crystals appear in clouds all over the earth at the right altitude, so I see no reason why they shouldn't appear in clouds over the Philippines.
Since no one contributing to the thread seems to be qualified in meteorology, atmospheric physics or any other relevant discipline, I repeat my suggestion that the relevant amateur bodies are approached for informed comment.
We forget one reason why many phenomena appear to be more frequently reported now, and that's the simple fact that a vastly larger proportion of the population now carry a camera around 24/7.
One atmospheric phenomenon which does seem to be increasing is that of noctilucent clouds. I'll let others speculate as to the cause...
