The large cloud circles look like some sort of chem trail. I wonder if there is a variety of chem trail that is used to place symbols in the sky. People, including me, have captured images of the Eye of Horus and triangles/pyramids formed by clouds.

I'm not sure if this one has been debunked, but a mysterious large circle was seen over Geneva, Switzerland, in August 2015. It seems to have a vortex in middle.

Cirrus stratus cloud (10k meters above MSL) is made up of tetrahedron shaped crystals. These crystals refracts the Sun or Moon to produce par helio circle and other variants of a helio circle. This produces (projections of the Sun or Moon) images on either side of the Sun or Moon at a distance that appears as if they are faint Suns with accompanying rainbow effect around each. This may be the solution to what the observer has seen and here photos.

Yes, looks like typical chemtrail spraying and the resulting "chembows", the odd-coloured rainbows caused by refraction of light not by water vapour, as in a usual rainbow, but by the metals dropped from planes such as aluminum, barium, strontium, etc.
Chembows usually appear in front of the observer, i.e. between the observer and the sun.
Rainbows occur behind the observer, i.e. the observer is between the sun and the rainbow.
Nothing new here.
It is a weekly occurrence where I live since 2008 when I started keeping track of this activity.

If I simply look at the photo's that the lady showed, then I wouldn't put it beyond natural phenomenon.

Jet fighters who are practicing a dog fight can create such circular con trails and sometimes contrails or light cloud vapors can create ice crystals that can cause these weird light effects.

If I was a betting man, I would bet on it being of natural causes.

Though this may have been posted on Avalon previously, here is a painting of sun dogs that appeared over Stockholm in 1535. It dates back to 1620, though it could be older. The painting is called "Vädersolstavlan."

LadyM: The frequency of some halos with sun dogs?

The relative frequencies of halo sightings with sun dogs depends on location. 10 years of observations by the German Halo Research Group showed that in Europe a 22° halo with sun dogs occurs on about 100 days each year.

Visibility also depends on location, season and how much of the sky can be seen. You can always search for even rare halos whenever there are cirrus clouds.
