Okay, Gaz, here goes

1) Copy down the 11-digit number from the youtube video after "watch?v=" - in this case, "wFQkYn5IUKk"
2) Click on Reply or Post New Thread
3) Type in a short (or long) description, your words, regarding the video
4) In the Reply or Post New Thread box, you will see a Youtube icon to the upper right - click on it
5) Make sure the flashing cursor is between the two brackets - ] * [/
6) Type in your 11-digit number/letter combination
7) Before you post, click on GO ADVANCED to see if it worked - if not, go back and fix any mistakes - you can click on Advanced as many times as you need
8) If the description and video both appear to your satisfaction - click REPLY
