I know that there were entities that appeared in solid form during personal 2011 contact even filmed some but the most interesting entities appeared to move extremely faster than possible have a see through body or its less dense and can seemingly vanish. is it possible that if someone/something lived in another dimension we would perceive them as "superfast" as they are out of sync/phase with our own time? Could there be others that move much to slowly for us to even register them?

I suppose we could break it down as:
"Ghosts" are no longer material and out of phase. Some experience extreme cold in their presence. They can project strong emotion. Rage, Fear, Sorrow etc mostly babbling incoherent idiots, some notable exceptions can move objects
"Aliens" purposely go out of "sync" to travel but do become material and can phase others though solid objects. Probably why their ships can move so fast through air and water. I'd hate to hit a hailstone at FTL speeds and not be phased.
"Malicious entities" ( Demons/whatever ) Are locked out of our frequency but "attempt" to break into our reality/dimension. can "feed" off of strong emotion fear, hate, death etc WE can contact and feed them through ritual (very unwise) possession likely. Can psychically and psychically attack/harm us here. Liars.
"Apathetic entities" Can be "seen" with altered states. tend not do much but "play" may sometimes "project" here can be mischievous which can lead to harm.
"Helpers" very long standing relationship to humans through altered states ( DMT elves, Spirit guides, Totem animals ) I have no opinion on them really I would tend to be overly cautious without training
"Great Ones" Powerful consciousnesses could be a planetary consciousness, ancient creature, something transcended...tend to think they'd not really notice us much. Probably wouldn't want their attention.

My life is rather mundane in this regard. I don't mind!
