Hydroponics in mass underground with flourecent lighting and heat lamps. Recycle your ac water and or a plastic shield where heat is at top from the sun, and ac blowing from the bottom or even a fan can make condensation to recycle and drain into a filtration piping system that waters the plants when there is no sign of water. Use solar to power the ac for a couple of hours each day, then catch the water. Make sure to disenfect the tray or piping system with a chlorine bleach/comet or Lysol spray to keep the germs out.(2-3 days or filter change at the end of one week.) If the piping is shielded from the light, and kept cool, it should be okay/risk of legionaires is lessened. Buy a water testing kit so when you run out of bottled water you can have tested potable/drinking water. Filtration by natural sand, pebbles, rock and silt is also good with a hepa filter drip.
this method can also be done by surrounding the fan blowing on ice cubes with the heat at the top about 3 ft in height, to cause massive condensation. A plastic see through cover or black trash bag on top to draw suns heat on a dark surface will cause water to drain down the plastic walls/enclosure.:bearhug:
