Thanks Herve.
I'm not sure I will want to keep posting his forecasts regularly, but since the mainstream forecasters started making such dire predictions about a Big One on the northern part of the West Coast last year (more along the lines of what Edgar Cayce predicted), I've been keeping an eye on Dutchsinse.
Now it does look like there will be at least a 6 point something there soon, but nothing like the MSM was predicting.
Seems like they've gone in for fear porn too... or perhaps causing a Big One was part of the elite's agenda...hopefully they've been thwarted.
In any case.Dutch seems to be much more astute in understanding what Gaia is up to than the MSM does, or else they just don't want the rest of us to understand.

The oil prospectors of Oklahoma, it appeared, finally had a solution to their earthquake problem.Ordered by regulators to curb the wastewater they were dumping deep into the ground, they watched with satisfaction as tremors plunged to fewer than two a day from more than five. This seemed to be important confirmation of what had long been suspected in the petroleum-dependent state: The act of drilling for crude wasn’t the big problem, it was just the way the main byproduct was being discarded.But now quakes are popping up in a relatively new corner of Oklahoma’s shale patch and sparking jitters once again. It’s not the volume (so few that officials are just starting to record them) or force (very low on the Richter Scale) that’s worrisome. It’s the circumstances -- because in the Scoop and Stack, the fields where the earth is suddenly moving, almost no wastewater is jettisoned underground.

That, in turn, has brought critical attention back to fracking, the essential technology that has made the oil business viable in countless low-margin fields, helping push output so high the U.S. recently hit 10 million barrels a day for the first time in four decades.

Oklahoma lawmakers and regulators aren’t inclined to put heavy brakes on the use of a tool that has helped triple output in the past decade to 497,000 barrels a day and create thousands of jobs. After all, the state, the fifth-largest producer in the U.S., was among the first to forbid cities and counties from banning fracking activities.To some industry defenders in Oklahoma, in fact, low-level tremors now and again are a fair price to pay. In any event, the ones out in the Scoop and Stack are so minor experts are still puzzling over their significance.

But “all earthquakes start out small,” said Austin Holland, a supervisory geophysicist with the U.S. Geological Survey in New Mexico who worked for the Oklahoma Geological Survey until 2015. “You can’t rule out the possibility that you could have a significant earthquake triggered by hydraulic fracturing.”

That’s what the state wants to avoid. Wastewater disposal has already set off some sizable quakes, including a 5.7 magnitude in 2011 that shattered windows, crumbled masonry, closed a school and spurred at least one lawsuit.

It was in 2009 that the Sooner State, territory once highly unfamiliar with earthquakes, suddenly began to be really rattled by them -- just as oil output, and fracking, started to zoom. By 2014, Oklahoma was more seismically active than California. Other shale-rich regions in North America have experienced a rise in quakes as crude production has gone up.

Seismologists and geologists concluded the main reason by far was the reinjection into disposal wells of water that gushes up with oil and gas. These blasts can stir fault lines that had been quiet for centuries.

Limiting the quantity that could be shot back into Earth and slowing the speed at which it was discharged made a difference: Earthquakes of at least 2.7 magnitude dropped to a daily average of just 1.7 last year from a high of 5.4 in 2015, according to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, which regulates the industry.

Then, late in 2016, the tiny tremors began to be felt around the Scoop and Stack, shale plays in the Anadarko Basin. Central Oklahoma “started seeing some relatively small earthquakes,” said Jeremy Boak, director of the Oklahoma Geological Survey, “and some slightly up-in-arms residents.”

And now the quakes “are rising to a number to where you can count them,” said Matt Skinner, a spokesman for the commission.

The investigation into the new mini-quake epidemic has only recently begun. “We were preoccupied with the other earthquakes,” Boak said. “We’re just coming back” to the frack-quake risk and figuring out what to do about it.

Fracking opponents have seized on the issue. They have long viewed the process as environmentally risky, and several governments agree: New York, Vermont, Maryland, Ireland and France are among those that have banned it. Last week, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy said he would join his counterparts in Delaware, New York and Pennsylvania to support a prohibition in the Delaware River Basin.

There’s no question that hydraulic fracturing, to use the technical term, is hard-hitting. Water, sand and chemicals are blown down a well under extremely high pressure to crack tightly-packed shale. The force can cause tiny subterranean trembles.

In Oklahoma, only about 4 percent of fracking jobs result in quakes that can be felt above ground. While research is still underway across the U.S. and Canada as to what’s behind the frack-quake phenomenon, seismologists suspect a ready-to-slip fault line must be nearby for hydraulic fracturing to cause a tremor that registers.

“At the end of the day, what we need to do is make sure we’re limiting the felt activity,” said Chad Warmington, head of the state Oil & Gas Association. “That kind of takes care of everything.”

Oklahoma requires drillers to stop fracking for at least six hours after an earthquake of 3.0 in magnitude. If one registers 3.5 or more, they must suspend operations for two days and coordinate with regulators on plans for restarting.

That, according to frack critics, isn’t enough.

“I am incredibly concerned about where we are in Oklahoma,” said Johnson Bridgwater, director of the local Sierra Club. “They’re just fracking like crazy.” Without a slowdown, “we’re setting the state up for some large mass-magnitude earthquakes.”

We have a partial answer as to the TWO people who came by.... but no resolution on the other person / woman .

The two people who came by are people I've never met, and were able to find my address by triangulating my position using my WEBCAMS looking into the woods / lake.

They told me who they are, and apologized for stopping by. They said they're sorry, and that they didn't mean to freak us out.

Don't come to my house. For that matter, don't ever go to ANY video makers house without being invited.


Coming from across the country to backwoods Missouri to find me? Trying to get past armed guards at the gate by knowing my address? Trying to gain access to see a youtube video maker who isn't expecting (or asking for) visitors?

DO NOT COME TO VIDEO MAKERS HOMES UNINVITED. Many things can go wrong, and as the video maker we can't trust strangers intentions.

This is common sense practice. Do not attempt to gain entry to someones community if its gated, or access to a strangers house so you can meet them, or whatever your intention might be.

Best case scenario people just want to "meet" and say hi. But then what? What if you hate me and have a gun ? What if you want to steal my possessions?

I have no faith in peoples good intentions at this point, no offense to the general public, but if I don't know you.. and you show up to my house uninvited.. I'm assuming your intentions are not exactly in my best interest unless proven otherwise.

I don't want to be a public figure, and I never expected my youtube to grow to a level where people do this sort of thing. After discussing things with family, friends, and getting some legal advise, if I don't want public attention, then I need to leave the public square. Hence the live stream and video making is now ceasing to a basic level.

This past week an increase in seismic activity finally took place on the West Coast of the United States.

In particular, Southern California was struck by a M5.3 earthquake next to the offshore pumping operations near Santa Barbara, CA — dust clouds were kicked up as small landslides occurred near the shoreline. See the video here:

Additionally, the gas / Oil pumping operations in Oklahoma were struck by a noteworthy M4.6 earthquake along with a swarm.

The earthquake on the West coast (California), and the swarm in Oklahoma are directly related. Both earthquakes, the California M5.3, and the Oklahoma M4.6 were forecast to occur this week .

Not surprisingly, Alaska’s Aleutian island chain saw a major increase in activity, however not seismically speaking — rather multiple eruptions took place at Cleveland Volcano.

Still watching for 1-3 days (up to 72 hours) for a large possible earthquake in South America due to the very deep M6.8 which occurred six days ago on April 2, 2018. The deep M6.8 has a potential to cause a shallow M7.9 to M8.0 earthquake within 7-10 days of the deep event occurring.

The deep event on April 2, could cause a shallower larger earthquake up until the 12th of April.

So the USGS is aware of what I'm doing, they decide to belittle the research, dismiss the findings.. calling me and the research .. "simple and archaic" .. then calling themselves "smart" is the icing on the cake of arrogance.

Meanwhile, they denied fracking could cause noteworthy earthquakes just a few years ago, and said that pressure does NOT transfer across regions causing other earthquakes... even though this is 100% proved.

Starting at 56 minutes in, Dutch talks about how in 2011 the USGS tried to discredit his report about a plume from an old volcano in So. Cal. and the US military base in that area called him and asked him to take down the video he had posted about it, because the base didn't want people visiting the land. At 58:56 in, he talks about a similar incident from a couple of days ago, a similar plume and the biggest quake of the day the next day struck right next to it. Last night, I was on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory, and I reported on fracking and the eruption of the Hawaii volcano.

Since very few journalists are looking into this, I’m reprinting my recent article on the subject. Obviously, if fracking were found to be the reason for the eruption, the process would be exposed as a great danger for all the world to see—

On the Big Island of Hawaii, where the Kilauea volcano has explosively erupted, there is a geothermal energy plant. It is the Puna Geothermal Venture (PGV) Plant, in Puna.

There is a long-running debate about whether PGV is fracking. The debate is a matter of terminology, because in the geothermal process, as hawaiifracking.com reports, “…the drilling and the injection of cold water into hot rocks used in geothermal energy plants does fracture the rocks, which can induce earthquakes and through contamination of the atmosphere and water tables can affect our health and safety.”

Whether deep injection of fluid aims to capture oil, gas, or heat (geothermal), the beginning stage of the process is the same.

Earthquakes induced by this water-injection could obviously trigger a volcano.

For example, here is an alarming article about a geothermal project in Switzerland. Swissinfo.ch, December 10, 2009: “The authorities in canton Basel City say they will cancel a geothermal energy project, which three years ago caused minor tremors that damaged many buildings.”

“A risk analysis study published on Thursday found that the danger of setting off more earthquakes was too great if drilling at the site resumed.”

“The project was put on hold three years ago after thousands of claims for damage were filed with insurers. Total costs for the damage were around SFr9 million ($8.78 million).”

“The study, commissioned by the canton, concluded that Basel was ‘unfavourable’ for geothermal power generation.”

“It said the resumption of Deep Heat Mining project and its operation over a 30-year period could set off around 200 tremors with a strength of up to 4.5 on the Richter Scale – in 2006, the quakes were about 3.4.”

“This would result in damages up to SFr40 million.”

“The Basel facility drilled five kilometres into the earth. The borehole was designed to be injected with water to capture the extreme heat. Back at the surface, the hot water – at a temperature of around 160° Celsius – would run a steam turbine coupled with a generator.”

This Swiss article outlines the risks, and also confirms that deep water-injection is used in the geothermal process—which can and does trigger earthquakes.

Here is another reference—The Guardian, July 11, 2013: “Pumping water underground at geothermal power plants can lead to dangerous earthquakes even in regions not prone to tremors, according to scientists.”

“Prof Emily Brodsky, who led a study of earthquakes at a geothermal power plant in California, said: ‘For scientists to make themselves useful in this field we need to be able to tell operators how many gallons of water they can pump into the ground in a particular location and how many earthquakes that will produce’.”

“It is already known that pumping large quantities of water underground can induce minor earthquakes near to geothermal power generation and fracking sites. However, the new evidence reveals the potential for much larger earthquakes, of magnitude 4 or 5, related to the weakening of pre-existing underground faults through increased fluid pressure.”

“The water injection appears to prime cracks in the rock, making them vulnerable to triggering by tremors from earthquakes thousands of miles away. Nicholas van der Elst, the lead author on one of three studies published on Thursday in the journal Science, said: ‘These [injected] fluids are driving [earthquake] faults to their tipping point’.”

“The analysis of the Californian site showed that for a net injection of 500m gallons of water into the ground per month, there is an earthquake on average every 11 days.”

“Heather Savage, a co-author on the same study said: ‘It is already accepted that when we have very large earthquakes seismic waves travel all over the globe, but even though the waves are small when they reach the other side of the world, they still shake faults [such as the faults induced by geothermal water-injection]. This can trigger seismicity in seismically active areas SUCH AS VOLCANOES where there is already a high fluid pressure.” (emphasis added)

So, on the Big Island of Hawaii, where there is a massive volcanic eruption underway, there is a geothermal plant, PGV. How close to the volcano is PGV?

The Washington Post, May 12: “Long a concern for residents and the target of lawsuits challenging its placement ON AN ACTIVE VOLCANO, the Puna Geothermal Venture (PGV) is a major safety issue [i.e., chemicals stored at PGV] in the wake of the eruptions and earthquakes that have shaken the Big Island for days, government officials say.” (emphasis added)

I see. PGV is ON the volcano.

Who owns PGV? Ormat Technologies. Through internal merger and stock swapping, Ormat appears to be a jointly owned Israeli and US company now.

Ormat is no stranger to scandals. At blog.heartland.org, H Sterling Burnett writes (4/1/15): One scandal that could haunt [Harry] Reid for his remaining time in the Senate (and possibly beyond) was reported on recently in the Washington Free Beacon and Courthouse News. It seems the Reid helped the green energy company, Ormat Technologies, a firm that owns and manages geothermal plants in California and Hawaii, secure nearly $136 million in economic stimulus funding from the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.”

“Two former employees are suing the firm, claiming Ormat executives defrauded the United States of more than $130 million by reporting false information about two projects to get government grants, a federal judge ruled Tuesday.”

“Reid’s ties to Ormat are deep. The company runs geothermal plants in Nevada and Reid has been a big booster of the company in D.C. As reported in the Free Beacon, ‘Reid bragged about securing Ormat a $350 million loan guarantee from the Department of Energy (DOE) and took credit for expanding the Treasury program that the former employees say illicitly provided Ormat with millions more in taxpayer funds’.”

“It is also worth noting that Ormat’s DOE award came a year after investors sued the company for allegedly inflating its stock price through ‘fraudulent accounting and overstated financial results.’ Ormat settled the allegations in 2012 for $3.1 million.”

Ormat potentially faces a much larger scandal now.

Study: South Korea’s largest earthquake was likely triggered by geothermal fracking

Two separate studies have suggested that hydraulic fracking is the likeliest cause behind South Korea’s worst earthquake. An Eco Watch article shared the studies’ findings linking a fracking operation for a local geothermal power plant to the 2017 Pohang earthquake.

In November 15 of that year, a massive earthquake struck the southern port of Pohang. It was the second biggest quake ever experienced in South Korea, being tied with the earlier one that hit Gyeongju province in 2016.

It was also the most destructive. The quake ruined much of Pohang, caused dozens of injuries, and destroyed the homes of 1,500 families.

Hydraulic fracking is a process where a high-pressure fluid is injected deep underground. The liquid causes rock to fracture so that other liquids can pass through the broken rock with greater ease.

Fracking is used not just for freeing deep pockets of oil and natural gas for exploitation by the petroleum industry. It is also used to improve the circulation of heat in geothermal power systems. Noticed an EMSC referenced earthquake Crete approx 22.45-ish 8/7/18 on http://hisz.rsoe.hu/alertmap/index2.php but when I checked EMSC it was not there. This was a very shallow 4.2, being of interest to me as nearby relatives live on a clifftop in Crete. Hate anomalies as closest family going there to holiday soon, scared to warn them they are in potential danger. Fingers crossed all unrest in this area will have calmed in August. It looks like a zipper is being undone from south America going north on the ring of fire west coast of US. To see this amount of activity is pretty rare, last time it was like this Peru had a huge quake. We are very close to the blood moon on Friday too. And the Cascadia zone off Oregon is waking up. He's saying (as best as I'm able to summarize) that an 8.2 that's SO deep is unprecedented, and that to convert this to the equivalent near the surface you'd need to add an additional 1.1 (= 9.3). So what's happened is very major, and the whole ring of fire will be reverberating from this for the next 7-10 days. That's exactly what seems to be happening already.

US West Coast report starts at 29 minutes.
At 32 minutes in, Dutch forecasts another 7.0 (at least) or so on the West Coast in the next week or so, comparable to the big ones that have been striking elsewhere in the last week.
He compares the current seismic activity on the planet as similar to the huge amount of activity that manifested for over a month just before Fukushima, but the current activity has been manifesting in just a matter of 6 days, so is quite unprecedented.
He also lists the large number of accurate predictions he has been making, in spite of the unusual patterns, demonstrating that his methods and calculations are reliable.

A 6.2 struck 6 days ago on the Coast, and this activity doesn't seem to be over yet; Dutch predicts bigger ones coming further north and midway up the coast in the Bay Area in the next several days.

Thanks Foxie, I can’t comment too much on his lengthy explanations which are totally logical. The great thing is that he will not curtail any detail in an area of danger, hopefully saving lives, which has always been his forte, especially in his earliest tornado/storm forecasting, and latterly earthquakes, all due to diligent research.

The absolute detail in certain areas is fantastic, and the causes of those earth movements is obviously due to corporate greed, fracking, drilling, heat transference and to hell with ecology, but he only presents circumstances without blame. What is disconcerting is the lack of central Asia data, but thankfully China agency is providing some information. Then there is the M4.9 scenario globally from the usual agencies, levelling down?

This lad is an absolute gem, not self-serving, and worthy of research accolades.

This whole scenario from global agencies is obviously edited politically, to the detriment of peoples’ lives. Much love and acknowledgements to Dutchsinse and all the others trying to keep us aware and informed

Funny how so many of the recent fires on the West Coast have started right where "explosions" have occurred next to "dormant" volcanoes. The tens of thousands of fracking, drilling and geothermal pumping operations are causing tremors, volcanic plumes from those "dormant" volcanoes, and the activity of both quakes and vulcanism are on the rise.
