This is not new footage, i saw this years ago, it's electric substations overloading or something, the last time this was up I think it was the "Silver Legion" trying to claim that they had taken out the "Blue Beam facilities" at such & such.............

I recall seeing that footage you mentioned but don't think this is the same one. Would transformers do that without explosions and the colors and locations and repeated bursts of colors doesnt happen to the same transformer. Im not saying its anything but unusual...
