Listening to today's Lionel Nation.
In Minnesota some council just passed rule to not refer to boys as boys or girls as girls in Kindergarten. You must call them Scholars. Apparently calling a boy a boy implies that is normal and could interfere in his future need to be a different gender.

A "transgender toolkit" for public schools in Minnesota advises teachers to call children "scholars" instead of boys and girls.
The guidelines were approved Wednesday by the "School Safety Technical Assistance Council" and will be distributed to Kindergarten through 12th grade public schools and charter schools throughout the state. The toolkit attempts to "ensure a safe and supportive transition" for children becoming a different gender at school.
The toolkit allows for boys who identify as girls to use the girls' bathroom, and tells teachers to ask kids what their "preferred pronouns" are.
The Minnesota Department of Education encourages parents to have "acceptance and support of their child's gender identity" if they want their child to perform well at school.
"Schools should not assume a student's name or pronoun," the toolkit states. "School officials should ask the student and use the requested name and pronouns."
The department says no legal documents are needed to change a student's name or gender in school records. The department also said that teachers must call students by whatever name they choose to ensure that bullying does not occur.
"When students are referred to by the wrong pronoun by peers or school staff, students may feel intimidated, threatened, harassed or bullied," the toolkit states. "School staff can ensure a more respectful environment for all students when efforts are made to correct the misuse of pronouns, as well as names, in student records."

But I believe that for decades there is a part of Intel, a part of governance, and I mean actual departments, that concerns itself with Culture Creation. If there were no transgenders the ruling class would create them. I'm not alone in believing there are agents in every conceivable area of public life meant to transform us into something we have no say about. That those who rule us have unlimited supplies of money and can afford with no problem paying hundreds of thousands to effect unwanted, unneeded changes in our culture meant to divest us of every normal reference point the human race has ever had. Tabula Rasa - a clean slate. Divest us of all reference points so we're primed to be molded into whatever our financial overlords want.

Apparently the nanny state has nothing better to do then to try and manipulate linguistics. smh
Calling them 'scholars'? Wouldn't that also imply that that is normal and could interfere in their future need to be different (than 'scholars')?
Were these so-called 'scholars' that came up with this?

Not long ago MN was a state of scandinavian heritage and Lutheran churches. Now in one week I read a Somali cop kills a white female for no reason and now this, mind controlling the little kids.

My question is - how is this not Child Abuse?
Asking a five year old what pronoun he wants to be addressed with, if he even knows what the teacher is talking about, has to put confusion in his little head. They are making kids confused about what bathroom to choose.
They are setting up bullying and making believe they're protecting.
They are mind f***ing the parents trying to make them feel guilty they will hurt the kids if they don't go along with this. They are mandating five year olds make decisions and override their parents. The parents are being told to shut up, we got your kids and we will do what we want with them.

I am familiar with MN in which half my relative still live there and can attest to the history and heritage of it.
Good point. I'll tell you, many times when I read articles like this it's like alien's body snatcher have taken over segments of the population for assimilation (a little dramatic perhaps but the whole thing is crazy so how does one explain it?). I'd be curious how something like this even occurs. Does it start with an influential PTA member proposing the rule? It has a globalist/ transhuman agenda feel to it. Why don't these people just come out and reveal their full agenda? Why do they have to hide it? Lay it all on the table to the people and let them decide for themselves instead of using this political correct verbology as a tool for a means to their end.
What is needed here is some good ol' Harper Valley widowed wives balancing out this swaray. LOL

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. If someone says something is broke when it isn't, tell them to take a hike.
Liberals are very unhealthy people and get a sadistic sexual pleasure out of forcing healthy people to submit to insane/unhealthy/anarchistic/chaotic/ungrounded/unfounded rule-making which about tiny, seldom, and/or irrelevant nuances which are no ones business, but that they want to smear on our faces, even our childrens: Andy Wharhal paintings for instance as a literal for my figurative statement. They believe that all cultures and religions are equal (Google "Ashura").
Forcing all to submit to something that is harmful should not be done to facilitate an experimental whim for one person. If there is one girl who wears a birkha in the classroom. . .the liberals will want to make her comfortable by having all girls wear a birkha. But not just girls, all boys who feel like girls. Round and round and round, the liberals creating discomfort where it never existed. If someone is uncomfortable about wearing a birkha in the classroom, then don't wear it. If they truly believe in their religions requirement to wear a birkha, then the problem of discomfort lies within themselves. People will always have moments and subjects of discomfort, that is normal and to be human. Water is not air: their is a boundary of tension. Part of the deformities of inbreeding are caused by too many chromosomes being identical and a lessening of tension.
To call children "scholars" can sound like a nice positive aspiration for the children, but to call them "scholars" to the point of excluding the words "boys and girls" sounds cold and disconnected. To have one's teacher say, "boys and girls", is a note of daily nurturance in the ears of children. A nurturance that some may not get at home due to the decaying of the American family unit.

Why is this important? I mean the transgender thing? Why? What someone of a different gender selection does it that way, why is it our business on a constant? If I went around constantly bringing everyon in on my business, people would think me oversexed or a ****. So why is this being promoted everywhere during prime time? Yes the pedos have a world of this, but it's not my preference and I don't like their lifestyle, interfering in mine, when I simply don't care what they do with each other. Just saying I've noticed a lot, and I don't approve of having to explain to my grandchildren the facts oflife, until it's time. Sex is for adults, not children, but pedophiles try to treat children as if they are adults and use grownup practices on the innocent. So now they are in the classes teaching our youngest and innocent ones about protocols for their feelings not to get hurt?

Now THAT is the question !
On a side note - I decided to buy a bag of sweets as a treat for the grandchildren the other day.
I was buying "Skittles" and noticed a white bag with no colours. Great I thought they're starting to give us the opportunity to buy sweets without the added colours.
That what I bought, only to realize later that the "Limited Edition" bag was in honour of Gay Pride Month in the UK !! ( http://metro.co.uk/2017/06/14/skittles-have-changed-colours-and-abandoned-their-rainbow-to-honour-pride-month-6709256/ )
I used to joke about them forcing this Gay/Trans whatever down our throats all the time these days - now it looks as if they really are - literally !!

Employing the time tested "follow the money" technique, I believe Joseph Farrell has possibly hit on something (https://gizadeathstar.com/2017/07/big-pig-pharma-trans-gender-movement/)
Two very compelling points he brings up:
1) Folks that elect to move down the path of gender reversal eventually become lifelong customers of expensive hormone drug therapy. Cha ching!
2) If you're going to push hormone therapy for any high school boy that might feel a little confused or inadequate when compared to the alpha dog jocks ruling the campus, well then why wouldn't they just recommend some moderate testosterone therapy instead of wholesale reassignment requiring a lifetime of e$trogen therapy? Not that ANY hormone therapy is necessarily a good thing.
Most corporations today understand the enormous profit power behind the subscription based business model. So, much like how they've done with vaccines (i.e. destroy immune systems early on, then watch them file in line to buy your drug remedies), this suspiciously smells like another insidious way to establish a continuous revenue stream. And if folks can't afford it? Not to worry, since socialized medicine will guarantee that Big Pharma gets paid. Hooray, everybody wins right!

The endgame is the full sexualization of children, opening up the conversation with the discussion of the attributes of the different sexes (not genders, that applies to pronouns, not people, nod to JPF) and how it relates to one's identity is only the first shot over the bow.

That's it IMO - good thread, thanks Helene.
a strange thought... the writing on the wall says that one day "the human race" will be reduced to being "a sex toy supply" for a tiny elite who, through their ability to divorce their conscience, went on a generational mission to grab all power and control over this supply.

Thanks. Both you and Tinfoil above make good points about the profit aspect for Pharma and the sexualization of children, but I don't think even these are the end game. I think it is Power. Our financial overlords want to be God. To do so they have to break every normal relationship humans have known.
They are out to break the Parent/Child relationship. The parents are being given a warning they should not violate the rules in the "Toolkit". What if the child tells the teacher or another student something the parent said, or what the kid thought they said, in what the parent thought was the privacy of their own home that sounds critical of the rules. What could happen to the parent? first cautionary letters? a visit from CPS?
Teachers will be enforcers of the state - from the Washington Beacon - "If a teacher calls a child by the wrong pronoun, he could violate the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, according to the guide." That could mean their job.

In addition to the excerpt listed in my OP here is the remainder of the article from the Washington Free Beacon of July 21st -
*(note below how they're dragging American Indians into the fray. Just to ensure if they can't call you bigoted for objecting to insansity they will get you on the racist angle? **Note also the last paragraph about 'segregating' the child that objects):
"...Teachers also should avoid calling grade school children "boys and girls," because the phrase is not "inclusive."
"Teachers could address students as ‘students' and ‘scholars' to be inclusive as opposed to ‘boys and girls,'" the guide states.
Other tips include not picking a homecoming or prom king and queen—instead students should nominate "prom ambassadors," "homecoming court," or "homecoming royalty."
The department explains, "Language around gender is evolving."
"In some communities, the term ‘Two-Spirit' is used for an American Indian person possessing a blend of male and female spirits," the toolkit states. "The term honors people of native heritage. Two-spirit students traditionally do not seek out medical transition nor use the language of transgender nor gender nonconforming to describe their gender."
The toolkit links to several outside resource guides, including the group Gender Spectrum's "Student Gender Transition Plan," where a child can fill out their "preferred name," gender, and assigned sex at birth.
The form asks, "What does the student wish to communicate about their gender?" and what "requests" the student will make, such as a new name, pronouns, or using a different locker room or bathroom.
The plan also includes a schedule for sharing a child's new gender with the school and other parents, and a time for a "parent information night about gender diversity."
The department also references a "Guide for Supporting Transgender Students in K-12 Schools," developed by left-wing organizations such as the Human Rights Campaign, the ACLU, the National Education Association, and the National Center for Lesbian Rights. This guide states that a child's "age and maturity" should "never be a basis for denying a transgender student an opportunity to transition in a safe and supportive environment."
The guidebook also advises that students can use the restroom of their choice. The department suggests that school officials should segregate students who feel uncomfortable by a biological boy who identifies as a girl joining the girls' locker room.
"Privacy objections raised by a student in interacting with a transgender or gender nonconforming student may be addressed by segregating the student raising the objection provided that the action of the school officials does not result in stigmatizing the transgender and gender nonconforming student," the toolkit states."

Ah, Minnesota. Still hastening the apocalypse.
B.
Biologically speaking, if a human baby is born with female sex organs, it's called a girl.
With male sex organs, then a boy. As simple as that.
From Merriam-Webster online dictionary:
Definition of boy
1 a : a male child from birth to adulthood
It's one thing to accept the fact that a child's physical form is either male/ female by birth, unless the baby is born with ambiguous genitalia, a birth defect of the sex organs.
It's another to confuse the child of their gender by suggesting transgenderism, which is different from romantic gender preferences as in homosexual aka gay/ lesbian people. I have much respect and admiration towards those who've spiritually evolved their souls to love their own gender, or furthermore both genders as equally the same, but I question those who've artificially changed their sex organs due to their transgenderism.
If the 'Transgender toolkit' was made out of necessity due to an increase of children that are questioning their gender preferences, the cause of this increase would be the real issue - hmm how about some more mind programming for population control over humanity by TPTB.

My god... I almost can't believe it. This is downright sickening.
Just let kids be kids for christ's sake. Let them play outside and have fun while they still can. Instead of confronting them with these existential questions at that age.
You're suddenly forcing every single child between the ages of 4 and 14 to doubt its own existance, while, normally, maybe 1 class out of a 100 ever has a single child with gender issues.
It's nothing but traumatising. But of course that's precisely the point of all this.
I sure hope that these parents will pull their children out of any school that operates under this "Transgender Toolkit" double quick. I would honestly even move states if I was forced to take my kids to such a poisonous environment every day.
The same goes for the teachers. I would like to see them quit or go on strike in mass numbers if they are truly forced to do their work this way. I sure wouldn't want to.
You know, that's what surprises me the most about all this. I'm not at all surprised that there's some sick, twisted mind at the top who came up with this idea. We all know how that works. But to then have it passed and accepted by a large number of his or her subordinates, as well as all the teachers just going along with it... That just truly baffles me.

One can be certain, that speaking of transgenderism to small children will definitely cause a rise in transgenderism. Children readily take on the concepts of the adults around them, without the critical capacity to reject what is not in their best interest.

It seems there is an attack by the far left on social values. They are trying to redefine acceptable behavior and politically correct speech. You cannot watch a new show now without a couple of queers as main or supporting characters, flip-flopping between sexes like it is only about availability not preference. And now the lady-boy normalization. Remember: there are no chicks with d****, only guys with t****.
Strangest of all, in Canada, our health care system now pays for gender altering surgery. It is insane.
If these are liberals I must be ultra-conservative (and I can't believe I even joked about such a disgusting thing as being conservative) (to me it is most distasteful). But as they rebrand liberalism, I no longer even have an ideology with a name. I think I will invent a word like sanism, or futurism, or can't-f***-with-me-ism.

So on point! kids are hungry for positive feedback from adults. The parents won't be present and these socialist sociopaths liberals paid 'agents of change' or whatever they are will be smiling and giving them little pats on the head while they give their poisonous suggestions to them.
Johnny has to go to the bathroom. What bathroom would you like to go to Johnny? Ugh, boys, I'm a boy. Smiling and gently shaking her head - 'Johnny, you're a scholar, not a boy or a girl, and you could go to girls room if you want if you're feeling like a girl today' it's ok.' well, I may not have down the exact roll out but you get the pic - they are not helping transgenders they are creating transgenders.

A lot of you... As i've said before, i think you'll find that psychologically people who go through gender reassignment surgery do so because they have a burning need to fit in. They don't fit in because how they look, act, like or dislike, does not fall into pre set categories dictated by society on how "normal" people should be. Because this society is so screwed up, anyone that falls outside said pre determined boxes is a freak, weird, something is wrong with them, stay away from them bracket. They look at said pre filled boxes and realize they can fit in perfectly to some of them, the only issue is they have the wrong genitalia.........

I am not an enlightened bigot, I am not sure what enlightened means anymore, and I am certain I am not a bigot. But, I am far beyond certain I want my children to grow up to be exactly who they are with as little social agenda mixed in as possible. In the western world we have been raised with unheard of manipulation, and I have spent most of my adult life digging it up and clearing it out. Non discrimination is laudable, and I have come a long way from where I grew up, but conversely anything you make such a big deal about in the daily experience of a small child is bound to make a huge impact in their development.
Is it not just as bad to make a child who would not be considering such things for another ten years think and choose about what sex they think they might be as it would be to shut down and try to force a child who really was born knowing they are different to be anything other than what they are? Do you see where I am coming from? I am perfectly fine, if, when one of my younger kids reached puberty started indicating that they were something more than the traditional role of their sex, but for some social agenda to be putting these ideas in my child's head way before they might otherwise think of them is the worst form of manipulation against what they otherwise naturally and of themselves be.
To wit, in my view if some social agenda makes a child choose their sexual identity before they know what sex is beyond the fact that there are two sexes is just as bad as taking another child who knows that they have more of a tendency to be like the opposite sex and trying to stop it. Either way you are very possibly interrupting and interfering with what a person was supposed to be according to their own nature.

That was kind of a crappy thing to say. I have read a lot of Tigahawk's posts over the years, and I understand her story and why she would be triggered in such a way to respond the way she did. Before responding in such a way, it would serve you better to research and understand better who you are talking to. That was disrespectful.

Reading through the replies here it makes me sad, did not realize there was such a thing as an "enlightened bigot" before.
Thank you Tiga for your story. I think many on this forum are silent readers. I want to hope that many of the ideals expressed do not represent a majority of the readership.
I am all for freedom. If a person wants to do anything and it doesnt affect another, then they should be able to do it! This is what should be the foundation of America. So in that vein, if a person sees themselves as incorrect or having the wrong part and they wish to change to what they view as the correct form or part then by all means they should do it.
However, I think a different solution we should try because making permanent changes to our bodies would be destroying those pre determined boxes you mentioned instead of shifting to the other pre determined box. This is what I dont understand about the trans movement. It seems to reinforce the typical 50s stereotypes of what a man and a woman is then rejects whichever they were born into for the other. Again, I am all for people making their lives happy in the manner the see fit. But I fail to grasp how this isnt just reverting to old stereotypes I thought were dying.
What happened to the acceptance of who you are movement?
PurpleLama,
I really agree about what you said with pre pubescent kids and transitioning. I think it is outrageous to have a child change themselves before their body is actually even fully formed.

Like me you may ask yourself - Who is the source of this insanity? It does not appear to be coming officially from either of the three branches of government. As usual this is presented to be a human rights Issue involving compassion for oppressed people and safeguarding 'Freedoms'.
When i was a young girl i wanted to play soccer. It looked like fun. I asked to play, and was shunned by the boys. You're a girl. Soccer is for boy's. I asked the teachers as the boy's had a school team and played against other schools. Why on earth would you want to play soccer? That's a boy's game. You're a girl.
A lot of you... "people"..... look at LGBTI like it's a disease, some hidden force designed to corrupt and befoul today's younger generations, instead of realizing it's entirely about taking other peoples expectations on what they should look like, what they should wear, how they should act, what they should like and dislike, and telling you to stick it up your behind because what you think a "man" and a "woman" should be or act is complete bull****, derived from an ancient social structure that created marriage as a means for cavemen to claim ownership over their chosen mate.
They look at said pre filled boxes and realize they can fit in perfectly to some of them, the only issue is they have the wrong genitalia.........

well, I guess you'll love their 'toolkit' for enforced transgenderism....
That was kind of a crappy thing to say. I have read a lot of Tigahawk's posts over the years, and I understand her story and why she would be triggered in such a way to respond the way she did. Before responding in such a way, it would serve you better to research and understand better who you are talking to. That was disrespectful.
Well I disagree. you've read her/his other posts? well I have not. I can only go by what the person wrote. Tiga is calling people on the thread 'enlightened bigots' and why is that ok?
And from he/she wrote it honestly sounds like he/she would be pleased with with the Toolkit. And it's ridiculous for someone to have to research who a person is and and know 'their story' and all their posts before one responds. People are being worse than triggered by this phenomenon. Tiga did the name calling. You're giving her/him a pass for that, sorry you're not a hero for that.

The enlightened biggot comment was aimed at all whom consider themselves "awake" or not one of the mass of sheep, yet act no better in regards to standing around judging and commenting on others based off personal preferences. Not at you personally.
I mostly agree with your 2nd point. A child should not be told to pick what gender they want to be at that age, that has no place in their personal development whatsoever. However sexual education itself (not the joke of an education that you currently have in place for it, but look at what the Netherlands has. This is to educate and remove the "taboo" from the subject.
Look at what not talking about it and pointing towards abstinence when questioned vs being very open about it and providing sensible and responsible advice. Look at the numbers on unwanted pregnancy's, teenage pregnancy and abortions in both respective country's for your answers.
In regards to a young child asking questions after being taught about it in school vs not being taught anything about it and asking about it later during puberty. Children are blank slates. They learn to like and dislike based on stimuli, personal experience and input from their mentors. Let's randomly make an example - for whatever reason you decided to let your child watch TV for the first time. You switch it on, then you pick a channel and the show. You have chosen Dora the Explora. You watch it with the child and interact with the child and the show (sing along song or activity or whatever) Chances are, the child now likes Dora. Was this entirely their decision? hell no. You introduced it to them. You gave them support and approval to show it was ok / safe to watch. They learnt to like it. Some may not, and prefer another show.... but the point of the above is the parent has a hell of a lot of input on what the child will potentially like and dislike. They will pick up on things too. You say positive things about 1 person, and negative things about another, the child wont necessarily understand the situation or why, but they will understand that you like or dislike something, and then they apply that to their thinking (ie - racism)
You cant shield your children from anything. Keeping something "out of site, out of mind" will not work. They will hear about it, they will pick up on other peoples actions / reactions to the topic then most likely mimmic it (unless you've done a really good job on teaching the child to listen to what others say but make their own decisions based off their own input) and ignoring something, sweeping it under the table or making it a taboo only increasing peoples interest / fascination with it.
Why do people keep ignoring the points on gender roles and how big a part they play in the whole issue. If noone gave a poo if boy liked playing with barbie, singing and dancing instead of playing with GI Joe and being on the soccer team.... we would not have these problems.
I give up. The sooner we wipe ourselves out and let something else replace us the better. We do not deserve to exist, i mean look at us. Raised to lie, say one thing, do another, think one thing, act another, conform to those above you on the authority scale or suffer the consequences. Sitting here arguing about what people should / should not do when they have nothing in common / no real knowledge or understanding of the people they're talking about. All while we sit cozy essentially doing nothing. What a joke.

I understand, I guess only to a degree, the frustration of some about this topic. It hits home, too close to where some live. This is regrettable. I have only genuine compassion for the suffering of any.
I am glad that the conversation now is about helping trans, queer, plus live a happy life. No one should be ridiculed for their existing preferences or inclinations.
Children are naturally bullies. Innocently picking on those that are different so that they can fit in with the majority. They learn this behavior early. That is part of the reason a child must be protected from exposure to topics they are not yet ready to handle. Being one that had his innocence stolen too young, I can tell you it is confusing and damaging.
The problem is not with the trans gender youths and their need for surgery, it is about institutionalising sexual awareness and the gender question to pre-pubescent children. They are not ready for such awareness, and even if some are the majority are not.
Children are already over-exposed to sex as it is. Just look at the music videos they watch. Now we want to acerbate the problem to include the approximately 10% of children that might be LGBTQ+. That is the problem. Catering to a small minority and trying to normalise the issue is a disservice to the vast majority who do not want their little boys wanting to be girls, or vice versa.
It is inappropriate. It is wrong. Judging is a condition of this society. Without it we would very quickly advance to a completely new society based on integrity and love. We are not there yet.

This is not on the specific school issue that I OP'd on but I guess I'm a little thrown off right now.
I'm sitting here watching FS1 (fox sports 1) and a commercial came on for a Pizza biz, can't remember now if it's Pizza Hut or some other. It was supposed to be funny with different characters but two of the characters were women with a mustache. Good Lord they are really pushing this...
