Could the solution be>>>stop seeing a problem?

This culture is screaming for whites who don't suffer from self-loathing and fear of reprisal to speak out against the almost state-sanctioned racism being encouraged against them.

I never heard of Jane Elliot before and wish I didn't but looked up who she is: net says "...anti-racism activist, feminist and lgbt activist.." do I really need to listen to her and more of the same 'ole?

Racism against whites today is disguised as anti-racism.
Hatred against men, particularly white men, is disguised as anti-sexism
It is one big mind-F**k
...and no one has the brains or balls to call them out on the ploy, the CON?

Almost monthly white haters and man haters come up with new elaborations of how horrible whites are or white males are. The latest accusation is 'Microaggressions'.

All the hate racists of color have inside them and project onto whites is now microaggressions against them for which they need protection. I just read that some university (sorry already forgot which) has a multicultural director and will be alloting separate housing for 'women of color' so after a long hard day of taking in microaggressions they can have some peace from the bad white people.... But white citizens have no reprieve, no safe space, no nothing, from this constant hammering of how bad we are. It really is nasty what is being done when the vast majority of white citizens are just trying to survive and not bothering anyone.

I find that my old, trusted news and culture source, the CBC has, in the last couple of years, become involved in a compaign of guilt. That is, in news items as well as general programming, much of the time is spent making white culture look and feel bad about itself: from the historical mistreatment of Jews, Japanese and aboriginal peoples to handicapped, gay and transgender citizens. Okay, I get it: we whites have much to atone for, and we need to be made aware of the past, but the hammering of late (in current affairs shows especially, but also more generally) has become non-stop. I have taken to switching over to the local NPR station for information I can use to improve my life. Enough already!

We're approaching the need for a national ethics discussion. The ethics of blaming innocent people for crimes committed by others.

Let's say you were raped. We know the perp is asian but the cops cannot find the perpetrator. So you/they see the neighbor across the street is also asian and decide he's in the same group, he's asian so he'll do. You/They want to get somebody so a Proxy will do.

Everyone would be up in arms. Using an innocent person just because they belong to the same group! How primitive, how unjust! Using a proxy, a substitute, to be punished for the crime! Everyone would automatically see the insanity. You could substitute any race or group, the point is the same. Aren't present day Caucasians proxies, substitutes for dead guilty people?

The accusers want to make the rules and draw the paradigm from which the discussion can be drawn. They can't be allowed to continue this because it involves general ethics, not just race. Brian mentions above "... we whites have much to atone for..." but I was raised that guilty people atone. What if I'm not guilty? What if I never hurt anyone? Why must I atone for something I haven't done, have no knowledge of or control over? Is that ethical?

Depersonalization is a hallmark of oppression. Check early feminist literature and black oppression literature. The Faux-oppressed are painting whites with one large brush. We are being conveniently depersonalized.

We are being transformed into SYMBOLS. We are walking symbols to them, not people. Be aware...

I couldnt agree more. I think it is disgusting how there are people who think you can not be racist against white people as a non white person. Their excuse is that it is power plus prejudice that makes racism but this is bull****. To disregard or attack or dislike a person based on an inherent trait to the species is disgusting. No need to introduce power or the post structuralist lens on it. Dont play into the oppression Olympics.

Now I just wish that more people on this site would take this to heart with how they view the "left" "liberals" "progressives". The level of vitriol and aggression expressed towards those amorphous groups is incredible. You would think this site is a fox news comment thread sometimes.

We need to work together, all across the spectrum of political ideology, to fix our common problems.

We do need a national ethics discussion. It starts with reading the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of rights again.

On my twitter it seems several times a week someone lists a either a college offering a course on Whiteness, white identity politics/white privilege or some racist of color or so-called white liberal (paid agent?) organizing a conference on same. Columbia U in NYC had one just a few weeks ago. Columbia U, people!

I think if the demons in Washington succeed in removing trump the anti-white hate movement will increase. Hope I'm wrong...

White people, due to deep seated fears of being called, "racist" are an easy power-source. Guilt and shame produces more fear and the degrading programmes via social media continue.
Michael Moore's book; "Stupid White Men" is a case in point.
It is the classic co-dependent dynamic;
indignant non-white needs white to feel seen, heard and validated.
Take-no-responsibility-for-my-actions-because-I-am-a-victim-non-white, needs white to feel empowered.
Today, it seems that all personal deficiencies can be blamed upon white culture.
Australia is decidedly anti-Trump. The ills of the world- global deficiencies-can be blamed on him.
And America.

A wise person will see one race; the human race.
A wise person will see the need for cultural diversity within the human race
A wise person will see that people of different cultures do best when surrounded by their own.
There will be a small percentage of LGBT folk within all cultures.

I'm surprised that you're surprised what I'm saying considering you posted such topic and vid... If you are following mostly paranormal then you won't be apprised of what is going on domestically in current events. It makes me more curious how you came across this vid unless perhaps you are just an Oprah fan.

In answer to your question on twitter I don't follow a lot of political as the ones I do retweet other political persons. The two main ones are Judicial Watch and The Daily Caller, which more alternative speakers are taking notice of since they are very much on top of things. So if you are implying that one must follow some extreme 'groups' you are very mistaken. What I'm speaking on is becoming more and more common, but it won't be on paranormal tweets for sure. Which calls into play how few people participated on this thread. racism was put in the title and they scrambled for the exits...

So shadowstalker, it's your thread and you haven't shared what you thought or felt about ms. elliot and her views? All you said was 'wow'. Wondering what are your thoughts?

Tribulus terrestris a.k.a Goat's-head, is what comes to mind with her teachings

My thoughts r above.
I came across her teachings through FB a few days ago.
I am not an Oprah fan.
My twitter is mainly para/ufo but not entirely , sorry I lead you to believe that.
And no I'm not implying anything, just a curiosity, when it comes to twitter feeds,as I do come up with political feeds that twitters suggests to me.

You should see the actual videos made of the experiment, it is worth it. It doesn't take long until all the blue eyes are cowed into sulky submission by the relentless list of 'proofs' that they are inferior and to blame for all the world's woe.

Then the experiment is changed around with another group and the blue eyes are the heros, with the same results. A few try to stand up for themselves but they are berated and made to feel self-indulgent for even having a counter opinion to the 'facts'. It is quite revealing.

I saw those, I was not impressed at all.
