In his latest book, "Managing Magic: The Government's UFO Disclosure Plan", author Grant Cameron considers it might be that humans in general (no matter their level of power) are in the dark about much of the UFO mystery. This comes from several perspectives, one of them being the perspective shared by Jim Semivan:

"I am very much aware, particularly in regard to the Phenomenon, that this measured and linear approach is arguably laughable. How do you make sense of any of it when there does not appear to be any apparent "there" there? The Phenomenon seems to work on another level (consciousness, dimensions?) unknown to our science."

Grant also mentions that a lot of abductees/experiencers/near death experiencers report that during some point of the experience they knew the answer to "everything in the universe", but that the knowledge is then fading into forgetfulness when the experience is over.

In my case as an experiencer, in a nutshell I believe I experienced merging with God. What was it like? Imagine that you are a rain drop. Inside of this rain drop is you as an awareness/perspective - the total sum of all of your highest most beautiful memories of love, dreams, identity. Then the most incredible thing happens. Love overcomes everything - you hit the ocean and all of the love in cosmos flows in. It is something so incredibly grand.

Our focus needs to be unconditional love and peace. :heart:

What we think are "levels of power" isn't really the case, Trump couldn't just rock up at A51 & start poking his nose around, there amounts to a "break away civilisation" with the knowledge of this stuff, normal military ranks won't apply either.

I have also experienced that "all knowing -connected to everything" experience, in my case it was during profound meditation, I took it to be entering the causal plane at the time, but then again all such interests I now think were spurred by "them" ^^^^

The phenomena is definitely connected to consciousness, and certainly belongs to realms that science hasn't got the courage to look at !

Grant mentions that also, this is an idea that is getting more and more attention. In my OBE I learned that the spirit has a vibration and it is possible that it is all one thing. Maybe we are all individually a unique vibration sharing the same frequency range, which is earth in this physical density. That's a thought I sometimes have. In my OBE I learned that if we on earth would reach peace, it would be a unique peace because it would be subjective relative to human visions/imaginations about it. So you can imagine when you have many thousands of civilizations coming together with their own unique peace, the beauty of that... In my OBE I learned that peace has a very slow frequency when you are within that realm. When the nature, the animals the beings are all breathing breaths of peace, that's something very harmonious and very beautiful and very emotionally deep.
