good example I hope more to follow

"We, of course, have our communication with NATO through the Partnership for Peace — that is optimal level of cooperation for us and we are very satisfied with that. We always say to our NATO partners that we are militarily neutral and we do not have desire to become part of the NATO alliance, that’s our strong political resolution. As long as President of our state and Commander-in-Chief is Aleksandar Vucic and I am Minister in charge of military – we will not be part of NATO alliance or any other alliances," Vulin said during his official visit to Moscow.

The best reply/reaction to any kind of offers came from "heated heads".

reminds me of college frats. only makes gang wars. When one becomes a member his courage in the face of troubles will multiply many folds so instead of thinking to settle the issue diplomatically he looks for the frat to help him barrel his way into to trouble. And thats aside from the agenda of the frat organizer. people hardly learn from experience.

Seriously, Bubu? How can you think that anything from this "news" agency has legitimacy? It's a mouthpiece for the Kremlin, and of COURSE it would like the west to think this. Putin has long had the goal of shutting down NATO and its expansion along Russia's bordewrs. Posting anything about the west from this site is tantmount to posting a Clinton piece from Brietbart news, or a piece on Washington put out by Russia Today.

Wikipedia has a good summary Re: Sputnik News

Sputnik (Russian pronunciation: [ˈsputʲnʲɪk]; formerly The Voice of Russia) is a news agency, news websites and radio broadcast service established by the Russian government-controlled news agency Rossiya Segodnya.[2] Headquartered in Moscow, Sputnik has regional editorial offices in Washington, Cairo, Beijing, London and Edinburgh. It focuses on global politics and economics and is geared towards a non-Russian audience.[3] Sputnik has been widely accused of bias, disinformation[4] and being a Russian propaganda outlet.[5][6]

Sputnik News is a successor to Russian state-owned RIA Novosti's international branch ("...outside Russia our agency will be branded as Sputnik, which sounds familiar, warm, swift and romantic..."), which became defunct in 2013.[10] Whereas RIA Novosti's output tended to emanate from a more concentrated base in Moscow, Sputnik's content is drawn from a number of international bureaux.

This propaganda is completely transparent.

Dear Fellow Aspirant,

Former Yugoslavia has passed over 2 world wars and 1 civil war (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yugoslav_Wars) (10 years - '91/'01) in the last century and perhaps nowadays leaders think twice before entering again in an other conflict and had chosen country neutrality.Serbia didn't recover yet from the civil war and I think they learned the lesson/s.
