What do you think? Sounds like something he would write, to me...and sounds like him too...and it's from a movie where he is acting&singing as himself...if it really is him.

Not so sure ! - I can see why people could think that, but being from Liverpool there are certain words in there that, though sounding similar, do not seem to have "that" particular "Scouse Twang" I would expect from him - but being away for so long it's easy to loose I suppose - plus I wouldn't put it past him !

Ok that was easy, should have tested in the thread for learning and now I don't have anything to add apart from that the songs and music was not so commersialized in the seventies as they are now. It's all the same concept with few exceptions, and backbeat almost never is used, its the beat on the first note of the bars dominating and the swing is gone.

:thumbsup:Interesting...kinda sounds like a Beatles tune... &that singer looks a little bit like Lennon too...but I think I'd agree with transiten . Perhaps the 'channel' had a little 'static' on the line.
