This is an older case and most people know of it. Some say hoax because the message would have gone World wide and Vrillon speaks with perfect British accent. Is there any further message or evidence to help determine authenticity? What of Vrillon and of the Ashtar Galactic Command? The only statements since 1977 involve channelled messages but nothing of any case with a hacked radio transmissions or new message from Vrillon himself since then.

Though one doesnt need evidence to resonate with more unity and peace message...

It really doesn't matter to me if the broadcast was fake or not, because the message still stands true.

There have been several threads about this , its not a BBC show
but a old Southern regional channel. I know you have seen this
Mojo but new viewers may not.

Hm, I don't buy it. It sounds like his script was written
by someone very keen to "new age" wording.

I'm pretty sure its a hoax, and I was trying to find some original
newspaper reports , but could not find them. I do seem to remember
something going on back then, but I'd have to see some literature
of the time to be sure. Close Encounter had just come out and
MK Ultra was in its hayday.......

" Of course Vrillion you could have another go "..

There has been some threads about this and it is very strange.....

Vrillon, representative of the Ashtar Collective, was the name used by an
unidentified voice that was broadcast on Southern Television transmitters in the UK
for about five minutes, at 17.10 Saturday, November 26, 1977. The voice, which
was scrambled and accompanied by a serious buzz interrupted a broadcast of
Independent Television News to warn viewers of "the fate of your kind" and
that "you should contact your next generation to begin to prevent a disaster that
threatens your world and the beings of other worlds around you. "(This release
does not affect the image, it was difficult to detect the source.)

Vrillions intro reminds me of the Mysterons from Capt Scarlett
a 1960/70's kids show I grew up with. I wonder if Ashtar
command watched the show.....

In another thread Nick Martin explains why he thinks its a hoax.....

Default Re: Southern Television Broadcast Interruption - Hoax or Real?

Hoax (i.e. not aliens!) But the taking over the TV sound really happened and I know how it was done.
