Nemesis is supposed to come around every 26,000 years approximately and the Anunnaki solar system every 3600 years according to Sitchin or 360 years according to another astronomer who relates it to bible events. This is all getting quite confusing. Comments required.

To cause a red shift or blue shift through a frequency-shifting Doppler effect in the visible spectrum, the object would have to be moving at intergalactic speeds... a pretty high proportion of the speed of light. That means that it would traverse the entire solar system within hours.

Thanks for your response to this post, Bill. Usually when I come across nonsense like this I do as most of the other members do, which is to ignore it and hope that it just dies a natural death through neglect. I'm so glad when you challenge it; maybe we should all do so more often, and maybe discourage those tempted to post such ill considered information. I look at such challenges, though, as valuable minutes of my life that I will never get back. So well done, Mr. Ryan!
