Stanton Friedman lecture

Stanton is a great orator in the field of ufology. I wonder if he ever performed field investigation, witnessed or had contact that made him so passionate to share all these years? Usually a sighting or contact is a motivating factor for most but Stanton seems more cerebral and studious about it. At least he comes right out to the public and states "they are visiting us," but we still as a society dont accept testimony as proof... and the PTB hide behind our lack to get the truth.

Stanton's field work was his experience as a nuclear physicist & researcher
He has been a stalwart of the community for half a century and is best
known for covering the Betty and Barney Hill abduction case .The Roswell
crash , the majestic 12 documents as well as others . He has also done
much academic research from many sources including official libraries etc.
So he has done the 'leg' work even if he has not had a direct experience.

He can come over as being stuck in one aspect of the field and famously
disagreed with Bob Lazars credentials and would not think much of the
likes of Corey and Davids current sphere beings disclosure . Though I
have not heard him comment on it which might be interesting.....

Things have not changed much in this interview the host still tries to
lighten the subject. It looks like its from the 1990's ? but not sure.

Shortly after an UNSOLVED MYSTERIES television show about Roswell, a man from
Springfield, Missouri called the show's producers on the 800 number that they had
set up. Gerald Anderson announced that he had additional information about the
crash at Roswell and that he was willing to talk about it. This message was passed

THANKS for this. I'd seen parts of it, but not the entire thing.

This is solid gold. Gerald Anderson is certainly who he says he is, and was where he said he was... right there at the crash site of the SECOND incident, quite a distance away from Roswell, where he personally witnessed a surviving ET.

His testimony is unique, and immensely valuable. Very highly recommended.

He comes over genuine and although only a boy at the time of the
incident it was something that would of stayed with me if I experienced
it as I have many memories of far more mundane things than coming
across a ufo crash site. There seems to be several witness interviews
in the series.

I was aware of Roswell but it was the channel 4 documentary that really opened
my eyes even with the infamous autopsy section and the Frank Kaufman
controversy . The over all tone of the doc was good and there were some
excellent witness interviews.....

I'm in my 50s and I when I watched TV shows and movies on UFOs as a child, I expected to see the "old guy" with a beard. Stanton was the one UFO researcher I knew and he was in everything I saw. I still think fondly of him when I see him in something more recently.

His speeches have become rote but he is in his 80s and still going strong. While there are plenty of excellent UFO researches out there, for me Friedman is the top. As an aside, the other guy I felt the same about was Hynek but, as a child, I found him confusing because his views changed and I wasn't sure where he was coming from.

Stanton can divide opinion as he does not go into the esoteric side of ufology or the secret
space programme . But as a nuts and bolts man so to speak he gives a good foundation to
the UFO field by giving the basics and proving with out doubt for me something is happening
and being covered up. From there you can go in many different directions more unbelievable
and difficult to prove.....

He can be repetitive which is a result of the sheer number of talks and shows
he does and by keeping to academic and his own research there is only so
much material.
