This is a very interesting and informatively well put together piece dealing with health and environmental concerns in relation to man-made activity, better known to us all as geo-engineering. Much of the research outlined here took place in the state of California, and is still ongoing.

Rosalind Peterson of California Skywatch was a certified U.S.D.A Farm Service Agency Crop Loss Adjustor working in more than ten counties throughout California. She now spearheads a watch-dog group that monitors uncontrolled experimental weather modification programs, atmospheric heating and testing programs and ocean and atmospheric geoengineering programs. She is at the forefront of the chemtrail research field, and how the unexplained patterns that scar our skies are 'causing detrimental human health effects and environmental degradation.'

Rosalind Peterson was my first introduction to the greater geo-manipulation puzzle. I happen to rewatched it yesterday along with a second one which is informative towards our proactive quality-life decisions. (I also downloaded them for save keeping.)

In March 2017, Rosalind co-authored one of the first bills introduced into a USA state (RIH6011) that would provide public oversight and strong regulatory prohibition to include fines and penalties for GeoEngineering, weather modification, cloud seeding, and hazardous atmospheric activities.

Her goal was to draft a document that could be suitably adapted for other states and nations to protect agriculture, economies and all life from GeoEngineering.
